1. Scope
These Terms apply only to the online features of Yatzi 2 (the “Game”), including online multiplayer and player reporting. By continuing to use the online features, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, you may continue playing the offline (local) version of the Game.

2. Eligibility
To access online play, you must:
Be at least 6 years old
Have a Steam account
Follow the rules and terms set by Steam

3. Fair Play & Conduct
You agree to behave respectfully when using online services. The following are not allowed:
Cheating or exploiting the game
Abusive, offensive, or disruptive behavior
False use of the report system

Online access may be restricted or revoked if these rules are broken.

4. User Reports & Data
We provide a reporting system to help keep the online experience safe and fair.
What We Collect:
SteamID — but only when someone is reported

Why:
To investigate reports of cheating or inappropriate behavior.
How Long:
We only keep this data for as long as necessary to handle the report.
Your Rights:
You have rights under the GDPR, including to access, correct, or delete your data. Contact us (Section 8) to make a request.

5. No Voice or Text Chat
The Game does not include chat or any form of real-time messaging. Players can only interact through game moves.

6. Availability and Interruptions
Online services may sometimes be unavailable due to maintenance, bugs, or server issues.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted online play and are not responsible for lost progress or matches.

7. Refunds
All refunds are handled by Steam.

9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time, but only as they apply to the online features of Yatzi 2. Your continued use of the online features after such updates means you accept the revised Terms. These changes do not affect offline or local gameplay.
