General Provisions<br>(1) If any provision of this Agreement or part thereof is held to be invalid or unenforceable under any laws or regulations, the remaining provisions hereof shall remain in full force and effect.<br>(2) This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Japan.<br>(3) In the event of any dispute, this English version of this Agreement shall prevail over any other language versions.<br>(4) Any and all disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court in the first instance.
