End User License Agreement (EULA)


License

This agreement grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and play "Witch Hunter: Our Secret", which is provided free of charge, for non-commercial purposes only, in accordance with the Steam Subscriber Agreement.


Restrictions

You may not:

sell, rent, or resell the game or any of its content,

copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or distribute the game or its files,

use any part of the game (including images, music, text, or code) for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Elisa Adamska.


Intellectual Property

All rights to the game, including its artwork, music, writing, characters, code, and other assets, remain the exclusive property of Elisa Adamska.


No Warranty

The game is provided “as is” and free of charge, without any warranties of any kind. You play at your own risk.


Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict of law principles.
