By downloading, installing, or playing Vanished Puzzle Quest, you agree to this End User License Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the game.

This is a legal agreement between you and Unity Productions Foundation.

1. License

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and play the game for personal, non-commercial use. All intellectual property rights remain the property of the Publisher.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works

Reverse engineer or decompile the software

Sell, rent, sublicense, or commercially exploit the game

Circumvent DRM or security protections

3. Streaming & Sharing

You may share gameplay videos, screenshots, and livestreams (including monetized content) as long as such use complies with applicable laws.

4. Third-Party Services

The game may use Steamworks, Epic Online Services, Unity services, and Google Analytics (Android). Use of those services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

5. Privacy

Use of the game is subject to the Privacy Policy:

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The game is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Publisher is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the game.
