Parties and Scope
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legally binding contract between you (the "User") and Mind Evotion Games Kft., represented by Adel Amon Ahmad, who is legally and administratively responsible for the software.
This EULA governs your use of the software Unbridled: That Horse Game ("Software"), regardless of whether you obtained it directly from Mind Evotion Games Kft. or through a platform such as Steam.
By installing, using, or clicking "Accept," you agree to all terms of this agreement.

Steam Notice
If you purchased or downloaded the software via Steam, the Valve Corporation Terms of Service (Steam Subscriber Agreement) also apply. In case of conflict, those terms take precedence over this EULA.

License Grant
Mind Evotion Games Kft. grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software under the terms of this EULA.
You may install and use the Software on compatible devices under your control that meet the minimum technical requirements.

Monetized Content
You are permitted to create content using the Software — such as gameplay videos, livestreams, or screenshots — and publish and monetize these on platforms like YouTube or Twitch, provided that:

• no official partnership with Mind Evotion Games Kft. is implied without written consent,
  
• software protection mechanisms are not bypassed,
  
• content does not misleadingly represent the Software.

This permission does not extend to creating independent commercial products that directly compete with the game or Mind Evotion Games Kft.

Usage Restrictions
The following uses of the Software are prohibited:

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or other forms of software disassembly,
  
• Resale, rental, or unauthorized redistribution,
  
• Use on behalf of third parties without a separate license,
  
• Use of cheats, hacks, bots, or other manipulations,
  
• Violation of copyright or applicable law.

Exception:
Purely visual graphics modifications (e.g., ReShade, ENBSeries) intended for visual enhancement are allowed as long as they do not affect gameplay mechanics or bypass security features. Use is at your own risk and unsupported.

Intellectual Property
The Software remains the exclusive property of Mind Evotion Games Kft., including all updates, expansions, and content.
This EULA grants usage rights only and does not transfer ownership.

Termination
This EULA is effective from first use of the Software and remains valid until terminated by you or Mind Evotion Games Kft.
You may terminate the license at any time by uninstalling the Software and notifying Mind Evotion Games Kft. in writing.
In case of breach, Mind Evotion Games Kft. may pursue legal action. A direct license revocation through Steam requires Valve's involvement.

Disclaimer of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mind Evotion Games Kft. is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including but not limited to:

• Data loss,
  
• System failures,
  
• Lost profits,
  
• Business interruptions,
  
• Or other economic damages.

This applies even if Mind Evotion Games Kft. was advised of the possibility of such damages. Where prohibited by law, liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This EULA is governed by the laws of the European Union and Hungarian civil law.
Jurisdiction lies with the courts of Budapest, Hungary; alternatively, the District Court of Dresden, Germany may be competent.

Severability
If any provision of this EULA is found invalid or unenforceable, the remainder shall remain effective. A lawful replacement provision shall apply.
