[TOOSIN : 투신 End User License Agreement]

This is a legal agreement between the end user and 팀니리즈(TEAM NIRIZ) regarding the game software "TOOSIN : 투신".

1. License Grant: TEAM NIRIZ grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the game for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

2. Ownership: All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to code, characters, artwork, music, and text, are owned by 팀니리즈(TEAM NIRIZ). This license does not transfer any ownership.

3. Restrictions: You may not: (i) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the game; (ii) copy, modify, distribute, or sell any part of the game; (iii) use the game for commercial gain; (iv) use unauthorized cheats or hacks that interfere with normal gameplay.

4. Data & Platform Integration: This game integrates with platform services (e.g., Steam, STOVE). Gameplay data such as rankings, playtime, and achievements may be collected and processed according to the respective platform’s policy.

5. Limitation of Liability: The game is provided "AS IS" without any warranties. 팀니리즈(TEAM NIRIZ) shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, including data loss or system failure, arising from the use of the game.

6. Termination: 팀니리즈(TEAM NIRIZ) reserves the right to terminate this license immediately without notice if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the game.
