Aspyr Media will fully cooperate with law enforcement and other governmental entities in policing the content of the Service. <br><br>5.6 <b>No Account Purchases and Transfers.</b> You may not buy, sell, give, or trade any Account, nor attempt to buy, sell, give, or trade any Account. You hereby waive and relinquish any right you may otherwise have to obtain injunctive or equitable relief under this Agreement.<br><br>25.9 <b>Entire Agreement.</b> This Agreement, including the documents expressly incorporated by reference, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Aspyr Media with respect to the Service and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, whether electronic, oral or written, between you and Aspyr Media with respect to the Service. <br><br>You must accept the terms and conditions before you are able to play this game or utilize the Services.
