THE REMNANTS - END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Team7 Studios LLC ("Developer"), the creator and publisher of the video game The Remnants ("Game").

This Agreement governs your access to and use of The Remnants. By installing, accessing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. License Grant
Team7 Studios LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use The Remnants for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

2. Ownership
The Remnants, including all content, code, assets, audio, visuals, narrative elements, and intellectual property, is owned by Team7 Studios LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

This Agreement does not grant you ownership of The Remnants.

3. Restrictions
You agree NOT to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute The Remnants except as permitted by Steam
  
• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of The Remnants
  
• Use The Remnants for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Team7 Studios LLC
  
• Remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notices
  
• Exploit bugs, glitches, or unintended mechanics for unfair advantage

4. User Content
If The Remnants allows user-generated content, you grant Team7 Studios LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with the Game.

5. Updates and Changes
Team7 Studios LLC may provide updates, patches, or modifications to The Remnants at any time. These updates may alter gameplay, features, performance, or content.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Remnants is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Team7 Studios LLC does not guarantee that the Game will be error-free or uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Team7 Studios LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use The Remnants.

8. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you violate any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease use of The Remnants.

9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
