This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Funorastudios for the use of the game software titled "The Last Earth Fighter" (“Software”).

本エンドユーザー使用許諾契約（以下「本契約」）は、お客様（個人または法人）とFunorastudiosとの間で、「The Last Earth Fighter」（以下「本ソフトウェア」）というタイトルのゲームソフトウェアの使用に関して締結される法的契約です。

By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the Software.

本ソフトウェアをインストール、コピー、またはその他の方法で使用することにより、お客様は本契約の条項に拘束されることに同意したことになります。本契約の条項に同意しない場合は、本ソフトウェアをインストールまたは使用しないでください。

1. GRANT OF LICENSE
Funorastudios grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use one copy of the Software for personal, non-commercial use on a single device.

Use the Software for any commercial purpose without prior written consent from Funorastudios.

Funorastudiosの事前の書面による同意なしに、本ソフトウェアを商用目的で使用すること。

Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the Software.

3. OWNERSHIP
The Software is licensed, not sold. Funorastudios and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights.

4. TERMINATION
This license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of the terms. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software.

5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
The Software is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Funorastudios disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

In no event shall Funorastudios be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
