This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Funorastudios for the use of the game software titled "The Last Earth Fighter" (“Software”).

Il presente Contratto di licenza con l'utente finale ("Contratto") è un accordo legale tra l'utente (persona fisica o giuridica) e Funorastudios per l'utilizzo del software di gioco denominato "The Last Earth Fighter" ("Software").

By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the Software.

The Software is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Funorastudios disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
