This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Funorastudios for the use of the game software titled "The Last Earth Fighter" (“Software”).

Le présent Contrat de Licence Utilisateur Final (le « Contrat ») est un accord juridique entre vous (individu ou entité) et Funorastudios pour l’utilisation du logiciel de jeu intitulé « The Last Earth Fighter » (le « Logiciel »).

By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the Software.

Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the Software.

3. OWNERSHIP
The Software is licensed, not sold. Funorastudios and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights.

This license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of the terms. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software.
