This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("Licensee") and Rollergoose ("Licensor") for the use of the video game "The Dust Between: Observer" ("Game").

By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the Game.

1. License Grant

Rollergoose grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and useThe Dust Between: Observer for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with the terms of this EULA.

2. Intellectual Property

The Dust Between: Observer, including all related assets, code, artwork, audio, and other intellectual property, is and shall remain the property of Rollergoose and its licensors.
No ownership or title is transferred to the Licensee under this EULA.

3. Restrictions

The Licensee shall not:

a. Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Game.
b. Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices in the Game.
c. Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, sublicense, or otherwise transfer rights to the Game.
d. Use the Game for any commercial purpose without prior written consent from Rollergoose.
e. Use the Game in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations.

4. Termination

This EULA remains effective until terminated. Rollergoose may terminate the License immediately and without notice if the Licensee breaches any term of this agreement.
Upon termination, the Licensee must cease all use of The Dust Between: Observer and delete all copies in their possession or control.

5. Limited Warranty

The Game is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Rollergoose does not warrant:

That the Game will be error-free or uninterrupted

That defects will be corrected

That the Game will function on all hardware or configurations

The Licensee assumes all risks associated with using the Game.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Rollergoose be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of the use or inability to use The Dust Between: Observer.
Rollergoose’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Licensee for the Game.

7. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction].
Any legal actions or proceedings related to this EULA shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in [Your Jurisdiction], and the parties consent to such jurisdiction.

8. Entire Agreement

This EULA constitutes the complete agreement between Rollergoose and the Licensee regarding The Dust Between: Observer, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings.
