(주)크래프톤(이하 “회사”라 함) 은 “The Callisto Protocol” 게임의 안정적인 서비스 제공 및 운영을 위하여 다음과 같이 개인정보를 수집 및 이용합니다.

1. Introduction

KRAFTON, Inc., and its affiliates (“we”, “our”, “Company” or “us”) collect and process information about you (“you”, “user”, or “player”). We provide the video game (“Game”), official sites (“Site(s)”) and services related to the Game (i.e., events, surveys, or customer service) (“Service(s)”) to players. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how we collect, use, and share personal information about you during and after your relationship with us in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

We automatically collect certain information when you are playing our Game online and/or use our Services. The type of information that we automatically collect may vary, but generally includes:

We use the collected information for a variety of purposes, primarily to provide the Game and the Services to players and to improve the quality of the Game and Services. These include:

- Providing opportunities to participate in events or surveys relating to the game (e.g., to deliver goods to players),

- Providing customer service by collecting and responding to inquiries,

- 부정 가입 및 이용 방지

- Sending newsletters about our Game or Services (e.g., notice of new games or relevant updates, etc.),

- 서비스 이용 환경 분석 및 서비스 개선

- Providing advertising information and other information on marketing and promotional events and surveys,

- 과금 등 결제 및 요금 정산, 환불

- Solving technical problems and improving the quality of the game,

2) 고객지원 서비스

- Technical protection against usage of unauthorized programs, hacks and cheating software, and

- Prevent, detect, identify, investigate, and respond to potential or actual claims, liabilities, prohibited behavior, and criminal activity.

In the majority of cases, our processing of your personal information is necessary to provide the Game or Service, respond to you, or process your request. We may also process your information to comply with a relevant legal obligation. From time to time, we may ask for your consent to use your information for certain specific reasons. You may withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal by contacting us at the address provided in this Policy.

3. 개인정보의 제3자 제공
회사는 개인정보를 "2. 개인정보의 처리목적"에서 고지한 범위 내에서 사용하며, 원칙적으로 이용자의 사전 동의 없이는 동 범위를 초과하여 이용하거나 개인정보를 외부에 공개하지 않습니다. 다만, 아래의 경우에는 예외로 합니다.

회사는 관련 법령에 따라 행정기관 또는 수사기관이 개인정보 제공을 요구한 경우, 법률에 규정된 바에 따라 영장 또는 기관장의 직인이 날인된 서면에 의한 경우 등 적법한 절차에 따라 제공합니다.

2) 이용자로부터 별도의 동의를 받은 경우

- customer service providers to answer user inquiries.

회사는 보다 나은 서비스 제공을 위하여 회사와 특수관계에 있는 회사에게 귀하의 개인정보를 제공/공유할 수 있습니다. 다만, 이 경우 사전에 귀하께 제공/공유 받는 자, 제공/공유되는 개인정보 항목, 제공/공유 사유 및 기간, 제공/공유된 정보에 대한 보호조치 등에 대한 사항을 고지하고 별도로 동의 받는 절차를 거치게 되며, 귀하께서 동의하지 않는 경우에는 제공/공유하지 않습니다.

We may also share your information where such disclosure is essential to comply with a legal obligation or a lawful data access request, pursuant to a merger or acquisition, with our affiliates for the purposes described in this Policy, or where you have otherwise provided your consent or at your direction.

이용자의 개인정보는 원칙적으로 개인정보의 수집 및 이용목적이 달성되면 지체 없이 파기 또는 분리보관 합니다. 단, 다음의 사유에 한하여 일정기간 동안 해당 정보를 다른 정보와 분리하여 저장, 관리하며 아래에 명시된 기간 이후에 지체 없이 파기 또는 분리보관 합니다.

We operate globally and to provide our Services may transfer your data to countries and other regions outside of where you are located. If your personal information is transferred, stored or processed by us, we will take reasonable steps to safeguard the privacy of your personal information. Depending on where you are located, we may process your data only in certain regions (as set out in more detail below).

개인정보 삭제를 요청하는 경우, 이에 대한 지원과 이용자 불만 및 분쟁해결을 위하여 서비스 제공 및 운영 등을 목적으로 수집한 개인정보는 요청일자로부터 최대 7일간 보관 후 파기 또는 분리보관 합니다.

7. Retaining and Deleting Personal Information

Generally, we will remove your personal information without delay after the purpose of collecting personal information is achieved. Personal information stored in physical form will be shredded or incinerated, and personal information stored electronically will be removed using technical measures in a way that the information cannot be reproduced. However, we may retain your personal information even after you have closed your account with us or we have ceased providing the Game or Services to you, if retention of your personal information is reasonably necessary to comply with our legal obligations, meet regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, cheating or abuse, or enforce this Policy or any other agreement we may have with a player.

서비스 이용 중 발생한 부정 이용 기록은 부정 가입 및 이용 방지를 목적으로 발생일자로부터 5년간 보관 후 파기 또는 분리보관 합니다.

8. Our Policy Concerning Children

We do not knowingly collect, use or share any information about children (age of majority depends on the country where you reside) without verifiable parental consent or as permitted by law. If you are a parent or guardian and you believe your child has provided us with information, you can contact us and request your child’s information to be deleted from our system.

이벤트 개최 등을 위하여 수집한 개인정보는 이벤트의 종류 등에 따라 보관 기간이 상이할 수 있어 각 이벤트 페이지에 기재된 보관 기간에 따르며, 수집 이용 목적 달성 시 파기 또는 분리보관 합니다.

9. Links and Third-Party Services

이 외에 관계법령의 규정에 의하여 수집 및 이용목적 달성 후에도 보존할 필요가 있는 경우 회사는 아래와 같이 관계법령에서 정한 일정한 기간 동안 이용자의 정보를 보관합니다.

If you click on a link to a third-party website, including, without limitation, an advertisement, you will leave the Game or Site and go to the website you selected. Because we cannot control the activities of third parties, we do not have responsibility for any use of your personal information by such third parties, and we cannot guarantee that they will adhere to the same privacy and security practices as we do. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any other service provider from whom you request services. If you visit a third-party website that is linked to our Games or Services, you should consult that site’s privacy policy before providing any personal information.

10. Security of Your Information

A) Nevada

회사는 이벤트 등 프로모션 제공 과정에서 경품 지급 목적의 배송 업무를 처리 위탁할 수 있습니다. 이 경우 별도의 안내 및 동의 절차를 통해 개인정보 처리 및 위탁 관련 사항을 고지합니다.

If you are a Nevada resident, we do not sell your personal information. Nonetheless, if you are Nevada residents who purchased our Game or any Services from us, you may submit a request to record your preference to opt out for the future.
