THE CALLISTO PROTOCOL TERMS OF SERVICE AND LICENSE AGREEMENT

These Terms of Service and License Agreement (“Terms” or “Agreement”), the Rules of Conduct [•], and our Privacy Policy (located at [•]) apply to and govern your use of The Callisto Protocol, which comprises the video game software (the “Game Software”); associated media, any software associated with the online mode of the video game (subject to any additional terms of service applicable to such online mode), and any and all copies of such software (collectively, the “Game”); and any printed materials, manuals, and any online or electronic documentation created for or in relation to the Game, and any and all copies of such materials (collectively, the “Documentation”) published by KRAFTON, Inc. (“Company,” “we”, “our,” or “us”). These Terms also apply to and govern your use of the services that support or are related to the Game (collectively, the “Services”).

I presenti Termini di servizio e il Contratto di licenza (i "Termini" o il "Contratto"), il Codice di condotta [•], e la nostra Informativa sulla privacy (consultabile all'indirizzo [•]) si applicano e disciplinano l'uso da parte dell'Utente di The Callisto Protocol, che comprende il software del videogioco ("Software di gioco"), i media associati, qualunque software associato alla modalità online del videogioco (soggetto ad eventuali termini di servizio aggiuntivi applicabili a tale modalità online) e qualsiasi e tutte le copie di tale software (collettivamente il "Gioco"); tutti i materiali stampati, i manuali, e tutta la documentazione online ed elettronica creata per o in relazione al Gioco e qualsiasi e tutte le copie di tale materiale (definiti collettivamente la "Documentazione") pubblicati da KRAFTON, Inc. (la "Società", "noi", "nostro/a/i/e" o "ci"). I presenti Termini disciplinano anche l'utilizzo da parte dell'Utente dei servizi che supportano il Gioco o sono ad esso correlati (definiti collettivamente i "Servizi").

“User”, “you”, or “player” means the person who uses the Game, the Documentation or Services by: (i) installing, accessing or using the Game Software; (ii) installing, accessing, or using the Game; or (iii) accessing or using the Documentation or Services. If you are a minor (i.e., below the age at which you can provide consent under the laws of your territory) and you choose to use the Game, the Documentation or Services, we must have valid consent from your parents or legal guardian.

"Utente", "egli" e "giocatore" si riferiscono alla persona che utilizza il Gioco, la Documentazione o i Servizi nel momento in cui: (i) accede al Software di gioco, lo installa o lo utilizza; (ii) accede al Gioco, lo installa o lo utilizza oppure (iii) accede alla Documentazione o ai Servizi, o ne fa uso. If you have a KRAFTON Account (an “Account”), which can be found at accounts.krafton.com, these Terms shall coexist with, and shall not supersede, the Terms that apply to your Account (the “Account Terms”). To the extent that the provisions of these Terms conflict with the provisions of the Account Terms, these Terms shall govern.

Se l'Utente dispone di un Account KRAFTON (un "Account"), ottenibile online su accounts.krafton.com, i presenti Termini coesisteranno e non sostituiranno i Termini applicabili al suo Account (i "Termini dell'Account"). Nella misura in cui le disposizioni dei presenti Termini siano in conflitto con le disposizioni dei Termini dell'account, faranno fede i presenti Termini.

PLEASE NOTE THE ARBITRATION AGREEMENT SET FORTH IN SECTION 11 AND THE CLASS ACTION WAIVER IN SECTION 14 BELOW, REQUIRES YOU TO, EXCEPT WHERE AND TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY LAW, ARBITRATE ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS ANY CLAIMS YOU MAY HAVE AGAINST THE COMPANY OR THE GAME’S LICENSORS. ARBITRATION ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS MEANS THAT YOU WILL NOT HAVE, AND YOU WAIVE, THE RIGHT FOR A JUDGE OR JURY TO DECIDE YOUR CLAIMS, AND THE CLASS ACTION WAIVER MEANS THAT YOU MAY NOT PROCEED IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE CAPACITY.

IN ORDER TO USE THE GAME, THE DOCUMENTATION OR SERVICE ON SPECIFIC PLATFORMS OR DEVICES (e.g., console or PC), YOU WILL ALSO BE REQUIRED TO ACCEPT AND COMPLY WITH ALL RULES OF EXTERNAL PLATFORMS OR DEVICES APPLICABLE TO THE GAME, THE DOCUMENTATION OR SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE THIRD-PARTY PLATFORM’S TERMS OF SERVICE AND PRIVACY POLICY. TO THE EXTENT THAT THE PROVISIONS OF THESE TERMS CONFLICT WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THE TERMS OR POLICIES OF THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS, THESE TERMS SHALL GOVERN.

1. Limited License

Subject to your agreement and compliance with these Terms, the Company and, as applicable, its licensors grant to you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to download, install and use one (1) copy of the Game on one (1) computer, console, or similar device now known or hereafter devised (each, a “Device”) at any given time solely for your personal use (the “License”). Subject to Section 3(e) (consent to account transfer), the License shall be non-transferrable. All rights not specifically granted under this License are hereby reserved by the Company and, as applicable, by its licensors. The Game is licensed to you, not sold. This License does not give you any title or ownership in the Game and should not be construed as a sale or transfer of any intellectual property or other rights to the Game. The License shall terminate automatically if you fail to comply with these Terms. In such event, you must uninstall all copies of the Game and the Game Software. You may also terminate the License at any time by uninstalling the Game Software from your Devices (including any archival copies).

A condizione che l'Utente accetti e rispetti i presenti Termini, la Società e, se del caso, i suoi concessori di licenza, concedono all'Utente un diritto limitato, non esclusivo, revocabile, non trasferibile e non concedibile in sublicenza di scaricare, installare e utilizzare una (1) copia del Gioco su un (1) dispositivo (un computer, una console o un dispositivo simile) oggi conosciuto o di futura concezione (ciascuno denominato un "Dispositivo") in qualsiasi momento, esclusivamente per uso personale (la "Licenza"). Fatta salva la Sezione 3(e) (Consenso alla cessione dell'account), la Licenza non sarà trasferibile. Tutti i diritti non specificatamente concessi dalla presente Licenza sono riservati alla Società e, se del caso, ai suoi licenziatari. Il Gioco viene concesso in licenza e non venduto all'Utente. La presente Licenza non conferisce all'Utente alcun titolo né proprietà sul Gioco, e non deve essere interpretata come una vendita o un trasferimento di proprietà intellettuale o di altri diritti relativi al Gioco. La Licenza viene revocata automaticamente se l'Utente viola i presenti Termini. In tal caso, l'Utente dovrà disinstallare tutte le copie del Gioco, come pure il Software di gioco. L'Utente potrà porre fine alla Licenza in qualsiasi momento disinstallando il Software di gioco dai suoi Dispositivi (incluse tutte le copie d'archivio).

Subject to your agreement and compliance with these Terms and any limitations set by the respective platform from which You are accessing the Game, the Company and, as applicable, its licensors also grant to you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to: (i) create live or recorded gameplay videos that leverage assets from the Game, such as images, video, sound effects, recordings, and in-game music (“Gameplay Videos”); and (ii) distribute such Gameplay Videos on websites that permit others to view such Gameplay Videos without any charge of any kind. For the avoidance of doubt, you may not license or sublicense your Gameplay Video to anyone else for a fee or any other commercial use without first receiving our written authorization to do so. You may not include in any Gameplay Video (nor anywhere linked near or on the same webpage as the Video) any content that is prohibited by us in these Terms or the Rules of Conduct. Any Gameplay Video must include the following prominent disclaimer either at the beginning of the Video or, if live-streaming, near the Video in a visible font: “This video is subject to the Game’s Terms of Service and was not endorsed or sponsored by KRAFTON, Inc. or Striking Distance Studios, Inc.” We may terminate the limited license granted to you to create, distribute or otherwise make available a Gameplay Video for any reason (or for no reason at all) without notice or liability to you.

Subordinatamente all'accettazione e al rispetto da parte dell'Utente dei presenti Termini e delle eventuali limitazioni stabilite dalla piattaforma da cui egli accede al Gioco, la Società e, se del caso, i suoi concessori di licenza concedono allo stesso anche un diritto limitato, non esclusivo, revocabile, non trasferibile e non concedibile in sublicenza di: (i) creare filmati di gioco dal vivo o registrati che sfruttano le risorse del Gioco, come immagini, video, effetti sonori, registrazioni e musica di gioco ("Filmati di gioco"); e (ii) distribuire tali Filmati di gioco su siti web che consentono ad altre persone di visualizzarli senza addebiti di alcun tipo. A scanso di equivoci, l'Utente non potrà concedere in licenza o in sublicenza il proprio Filmato di gioco ad alcun altro soggetto dietro pagamento o per qualsiasi altro uso commerciale senza prima aver ricevuto la nostra autorizzazione scritta in tal senso. L'Utente non potrà includere in nessun Filmato di gioco (né in alcun collegamento vicino o sulla stessa pagina web del filmato) alcun contenuto da noi proibito nei presenti Termini o nel Codice di condotta. Qualsiasi Filmato di gioco deve includere, in maniera ben visibile, la seguente dichiarazione di non responsabilità all'inizio del filmato o, in caso di trasmissione in live-streaming, accanto al filmato in un carattere visibile: "Il presente filmato è soggetto ai Termini di servizio del Gioco e non è stato promosso o sponsorizzato da KRAFTON, Inc. o Striking Distance Studios, Inc." Abbiamo la facoltà di revocare la licenza limitata concessa all'Utente per creare, distribuire o rendere disponibile in altro modo un Filmato di gioco per qualsiasi motivo (o per nessun motivo) senza alcun preavviso né responsabilità nei confronti dell'Utente.

b) The Company may change or update these Terms in its sole discretion, and at any time, to the extent consistent with applicable laws and regulations.

c) Material changes to these Terms will be brought to your attention as Company may determine in its sole discretion. If any such future changes to these Terms are unacceptable to you or cause you to no longer be in compliance with these Terms, you may terminate these Terms in accordance with Section 9 (Period and Termination) below and you will no longer be able to use, as applicable, the Game, the Documentation or Services. You are otherwise responsible for checking this page regularly to make note of any changes. Your continued use of the Game, the Documentation or Services after we have posted updated Terms means that you agree to the changes and updates to these Terms.

c) Le modifiche sostanziali apportate ai presenti Termini saranno portate a conoscenza dell'Utente, secondo le modalità stabilite dalla Società a sua esclusiva discrezione. Se eventuali modifiche future ai presenti Termini dovessero risultare inaccettabili per l'Utente o impedirgli di rispettare i Termini stessi, egli potrà recedere dai presenti Termini in conformità con la Sezione 9 (Durata e recesso) riportata di seguito e non sarà più in grado di utilizzare, a seconda dei casi, il Gioco, la Documentazione o i Servizi. L'Utente è comunque tenuto a controllare periodicamente questa pagina per verificare l'eventuale introduzione di modifiche. La prosecuzione dell'uso del Gioco, della Documentazione o dei Servizi da parte dell'Utente dopo la pubblicazione di Termini aggiornati implica la sua accettazione delle modifiche e degli aggiornamenti di tali Termini.

d) Company may provide updates, patches and other modifications to the Game that must be installed for the User to continue to play the Game properly or at all. Company may, as applicable, update, patch or modify the Game remotely and access the Game Software residing on your machine for such purpose, and you hereby grant to Company the right to deploy and apply such patches, updates and modifications. All provisions of these Terms that refer to the Game shall also include all such patches, updates and modifications.

d) La Società può fornire aggiornamenti, patch e altre modifiche di Gioco, che l'Utente è tenuto a installare per poter continuare a utilizzare correttamente il Gioco. La Società potrebbe decidere, a seconda dei casi, di aggiornare, correggere o modificare il Gioco da remoto e accedere a tal fine al Software di gioco installato sul dispositivo dell'Utente. L'Utente è pertanto tenuto a concedere alla Società il diritto di implementare e applicare tali patch, aggiornamenti e modifiche. Tutte le disposizioni dei presenti Termini che si riferiscono al Gioco includono dunque di fatto anche tali patch, aggiornamenti e modifiche.

e) Company may upgrade, change, or terminate the Game, Game Software, the Documentation or Service, or it may discontinue offering any or all without further notice to you.

e) La Società potrebbe decidere di aggiornare, modificare o eliminare il Gioco, il Software di gioco, la Documentazione o il Servizio e di interrompere la fornitura di uno o tutti questi elementi senza preavviso.

3. Prohibited Uses

Company provides the Game, the Documentation and the Service to Users only for personal, non-commercial and entertainment purposes, as limited by these Terms. You agree not to violate any of these Terms. Violation of any portion of these Terms may lead to temporary or permanent suspension of your Account that you create with us in relation to the Game, the Documentation and the Service, if applicable, or your access to the Game, the Documentation or Services. Violation of any portion of these Terms may, in some instances, require an investigation by the Company (although Company is not obligated to do so or to monitor access to or use of the Game, the Documentation or Services), in accordance with these Terms. You agree to only use the Game, the Documentation and the Services, or any part of them, in a manner that is consistent with these Terms and you SHALL NOT, AND NOT ATTEMPT TO:

La Società fornisce agli Utenti il Gioco, la Documentazione e il Servizio esclusivamente per scopi personali, non commerciali e di intrattenimento, secondo le limitazioni previste dai presenti Termini. L'Utente acconsente a non violare alcuna singola disposizione dei presenti Termini. La violazione di qualsiasi parte dei presenti Termini può portare a una sospensione temporanea o permanente dell'Account creato dall'Utente presso di noi in relazione al Gioco, alla Documentazione e ai Servizi, se del caso, oppure all'impossibilità di accedere al Gioco, alla Documentazione o ai Servizi da parte dell'Utente. La violazione di qualsiasi parte dei presenti Termini potrebbe, in alcuni casi, richiedere che sia condotta un'indagine da parte della Società (sebbene la Società non sia obbligata a farlo o a monitorare l'accesso o l'utilizzo del Gioco, della Documentazione o dei Servizi), in conformità con i presenti Termini. L'Utente acconsente a utilizzare il Gioco, la Documentazione e i Servizi, o qualunque parte di essi, esclusivamente nel rispetto dei presenti Termini e della Licenza. L'Utente SI IMPEGNA QUINDI A NON TENTARE DI:

a) without written permission from Company, use, advertise or exploit in any manner the Game, the Documentation or the Services (in each case in whole or in part) for non-personal, commercial purposes;

a) utilizzare, pubblicizzare o sfruttare in qualsiasi modo il Gioco, la Documentazione o i Servizi (sempre, in tutto o in parte), senza il permesso scritto della Società, per scopi commerciali non personali;

b) use the Game, the Documentation or Services in connection with unauthorized software, applications, services, or Devices. Such use may be illegal, voids any warranty, and is a breach of these Terms;

b) utilizzare il Gioco, la Documentazione o i Servizi in combinazione con software, applicazioni, servizi o Dispositivi non autorizzati. Tale modalità di utilizzo può essere illegale, invalida qualunque garanzia e rappresenta una violazione dei presenti Termini;

c) without a separate, additional license from Company, use the Game or permit the use of the Game on more than one Device;

c) utilizzare il Gioco o consentirne l'utilizzo su più Dispositivi senza una licenza separata aggiuntiva concessa dalla Società;

d) use the Game, or permit use of the Game, in a network, multi-user arrangement or remote access arrangement, including any online use, except as otherwise allowed through normal operation of the Game (as it is intended to be played) or explicitly permitted by Company in writing;

d) utilizzare il Gioco o consentirne l'utilizzo all'interno di una rete, di un accordo multi-utente o di un accordo di accesso remoto, incluso ogni utilizzo online, salvo quanto diversamente consentito dal normale funzionamento del Gioco (così come è stato concepito) o esplicitamente autorizzato dalla Società per iscritto;

e) make copies of the Game, the Documentation or the Services (in each case in whole or in part);

e) creare delle copie del Gioco, della Documentazione o dei Servizi (sempre, in tutto o in parte);

f) sell, rent, lease, license, distribute, upload to any Internet server or other website, or otherwise transfer any portion or copies of the Game, the Documentation or Services without the express prior written consent of Company which may involve the payment of a fee (for the Account and, separately, any digital assets); or attempt to access or search the Game, the Documentation or Services or download content from the Game, the Documentation or Services using any engine, software, tool, agent, device or mechanism (including spiders, robots, crawlers, data mining tools, or similar) other than software provided by Company or other generally available third-party web browsers.

f) vendere, concedere in affitto, in leasing o licenza, distribuire, caricare su server Internet o un altro sito web, o altrimenti trasferire qualunque parte del Gioco, della Documentazione o dei Servizi o eventuali copie di essi senza il previo consenso della Società espresso per iscritto, che può comportare il pagamento di una tariffa (per l'Account e, separatamente, per i beni digitali); o tentare di accedere o cercare il Gioco, la Documentazione o i Servizi o scaricare contenuti dal Gioco, dalla Documentazione o dai Servizi utilizzando qualsiasi motore, software, strumento, agente, dispositivo o meccanismo (compresi spider, robot, crawler, strumenti di data mining o simili) diverso dal software fornito dalla Società o da altri browser web di terzi comunemente disponibili;

g) reverse engineer, derive source code, modify, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works of the Game, the Documentation or Services (in each case in whole or in part) or infringe any patent, trademark, copyright or other proprietary rights, except as applicable law expressly permits, in which case any and all lawful modifications, adaptations, improvements, etc., and all copyrights therein, shall be deemed assigned to, and shall belong to, vest in and be the exclusive property of Company or, as applicable, its licensors on creation, in any event, and all moral rights (these include the right to be credited as the author of a work and the right to object to derogatory treatment of a work) therein shall be deemed waived (which means you will not be able to enforce your moral rights);

g) decodificare, ricavare il codice sorgente, modificare, decompilare, disassemblare il Gioco, la Documentazione o i Servizi (sempre, in tutto o in parte) o creare prodotti derivati da essi, o ancora infrangere qualsiasi brevetto, marchio, copyright o altri diritti di proprietà (salvo quando espressamente consentito dalle leggi applicabili, nel qual caso tutte le modifiche, gli adattamenti, i miglioramenti, ecc. leciti e tutti i relativi copyright devono essere sempre considerati come assegnati e conferiti al momento della loro creazione alla Società e/o ai suoi licenzianti e devono appartenere ed essere di loro proprietà esclusiva). L'Utente rinuncia con ciò a tutti i diritti morali associati (tra cui il diritto di essere accreditato come autore di un'opera e quello di opporsi a un suo eventuale trattamento offensivo), il che significa che egli non può far valere i suoi diritti morali;

h) remove, disable, avoid, impair, descramble, or circumvent any security protections or any technical measures that control access to the Game, the Documentation or Services, or attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any Company system or network or breach any security or authentication measures;

i) upload, modify, share, display or publish any information that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any Device resource;

j) remove, modify, deface or circumvent any proprietary notices or labels contained on or within the Game, the Documentation or Services;

j) rimuovere, modificare, danneggiare o eludere qualsiasi avviso o etichetta di proprietà apposti sul Gioco, sulla Documentazione o sui Servizi;

k) export or re-export the Game or Services or any copy or adaptation of the Game, the Documentation or the Service in violation of any applicable laws or regulations;

l) create data or executable programs that mimic the data or functionality in the Game, the Documentation or Services;

m) steal or publish information belonging to others (including but not limited to personal information or personal data, non-personal information, or payment information) without requisite consent or a license;

v) use, develop, advertise, trade, or distribute unauthorized programs, including but not limited to any programs that intercept communications in the Game between a game and a game server or between a Service and its server, or any unauthorized third-party programs or Devices that may affect the Game or normal game play or access to the Services (including but not limited to hacks, cheats, helpers, bots, scripts, trainers, automatic programs, automatic mouse, mouse with macro function, programs that collect or modify game data by reading the game memory, etc.).

Any action which is not defined in these Terms that negatively impacts the delivery of the Game, the Documentation or Services, or that negatively affects other players, may be subject to warning and penalty, including termination of the License granted to you herein.

4. Accessing the Game and Services

The accessibility of the Game, the Documentation and Services may be subject to the Company shutting them down, in whole or in part, for any period the Company deems appropriate to enable the update or technical maintenance of the Game, the Documentation or Services, or any other action that the Company determines in its sole discretion. The availability of the Game, the Documentation and Services may also be subject to your geographic location. The Company may make amendments to the Game, the Documentation and Services or restrict access (including cancellation, termination, modification or suspension of a User’s Account or License) by all or specific Users without notice and in its sole discretion.

The License confers to you no title or ownership in the Game, including any in-game items, the Documentation, or Services, and it should not be construed as a sale of any rights in the Game, the Documentation or Services.

You agree and acknowledge that all rights, title, and interest, including intellectual property rights in and connected with the Game, the Documentation and the Services and any and all copies thereof (including but not limited to any derivative works, titles, computer code, themes, objects, characters, character names, stories, dialogs, catch phrases, locations, concepts, artwork, graphics, animation, sounds, musical compositions, audio-visual effects, text, screen displays, methods of operation, moral rights, “applets” incorporated into the Game, and any related documentation) (the “Game IP”), are owned by Company or, as applicable, its licensors. We do not provide you with any interest in the Game IP and you hereby agree that you do not, and will not, claim any ownership rights in the Game IP. Except as expressly authorized by us in writing, you may not create works based on the Game IP or modify, distribute, or transmit the Game IP. If you do not abide by the requirements of this section, we shall own all right, title, and interest in any works created, adapted, distributed, or transmitted via the Game, the Documentation or Services, or, in the alternative, have an unlimited license thereto.

6. Player-Created Content

1) Company or, as applicable, its licensors own all rights, title and interest, including all intellectual property rights, in and to any content you, as a User, submit to Company via the Game or the Services (“Player-Created Content”). To the extent that full title, rights or interests to Player-Created Content does not automatically vest in Company or, as applicable, its licensors for any reason (for example there may specific laws in your territory which impact these rights being automatically vested in Company or, as applicable, its licensors), you hereby legally transfer, assign and convey all rights, title and interest (including all intellectual property rights) in Player-Created Content to Company. If rights, title or interest in and to Player-Created Content cannot be legally assigned, transferred or conveyed to the Company, whether in whole or in part, you hereby grant to Company a free, perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, transferable, sublicensable right to use the Player-Created Content (including to modify, adapt, use, reproduce, license, publish, broadcast, perform, sell, translate, create derivative works from and distribute any Player-Created Content) for any purpose, commercial or otherwise, in any format existing now or in the future. You also agree to waive any right to claim that Company’s or Company’s sublicensee’s use of Player-Created Content violates or infringes any of your rights, including but not limited to moral rights, rights of privacy, rights to publicity, proprietary or other rights, or rights to any credits for the material or ideas set forth therein.

The Company or, as applicable, its licensors have ownership rights and intellectual property rights to the Game, the Documentation and Services.

However, there may be situations in which the Company does need to monitor, screen, edit, block or remove any Player-Created Content, in whole or in part, sent through or appearing in the Game or through the Services (for example, if the Company considers the Player-Created Content may be in breach of these Terms, may cause harm, or if otherwise required to by law).

By making Player-Created Content, you agree to these Terms, the Rules of Conduct, and Company’s Privacy Policy. Furthermore, you agree to indemnify Company from any legal claims or fees that arise in relation to your Player-Created Content.

The Game is protected by the copyright laws of the United States, international copyright treaties and conventions, United States and common law trademark laws, and other relevant laws. All rights are reserved worldwide. The Game contains certain materials licensed by Company from others, and Company and, as applicable, its licensors may protect their rights in the event of any violation of these Terms.

2) The Company and, as applicable, its licensors have the ownership, licensing rights and all other rights to all content related to the Game. You have the limited right to use in-game data (items, skins, etc.) or similar content in the Game, solely in accordance with Terms and the Rules of Conduct. However, you do not own the copyrights and other rights in the in-game data you possess. You are not allowed to transfer, sell, donate, or attempt to trade in virtual property outside of the Game absent written approval from the Company.

c) any unavoidable reasons that cause the Game or Services to fail, such as maintenance, replacement, regular inspection, construction, etc., save with respect to intentional or material negligence of the Company;

h) any loss involved when making selections or using the Game, the Documentation or Services, particularly when Users fail to receive the results they expect of the Game;

j) circumstances in which the Company limits the Users’ use of Game or Services in accordance with the relevant laws or government policies.

The Game, the Documentation and Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind (including any implied warranty of merchantability, non-infringement, quiet enjoyment, fitness for a particular purpose, or any warranties arising out of course of dealing, course of performance, or usage of trade), to the maximum extent permitted by law. You acknowledge that use of the Game, the Documentation and Services is at your sole risk. Company and, as applicable, its licensors do not make any promises that you will be able to enjoy continuous, error-free, secure or virus-free operation of the Game, the Documentation, Services or your Account.

8. Limitation of Liability; Indemnification

The Company, its affiliates and subsidiaries, and, as applicable, its and their licensors will not be responsible for any damage or loss caused to you where such damage or loss is not reasonably foreseeable to you and us when you use the Game, the Documentation or Services, including where the damage or loss results from our breach of these Terms.

The Game, the Documentation or Services may be changed or suspended temporarily and without notice for any reason, including where we decide to end the Game, the Documentation or Service (in whole or in part), in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair, or for reasons beyond our reasonable control. Except as set out elsewhere in these Terms, we and our affiliates and subsidiaries will not be liable to you or to any other person in the event that all or part of the Game, the Documentation or Services are unavailable, discontinued, modified or changed in any way.

The Company, its affiliates and subsidiaries, and, as applicable, its and their licensors do not accept any responsibility for:

a) any damage or loss caused to you where you are not entering into these Terms as a consumer;

b) any failure, suspension or termination of access to the Game, the Documentation or Services or any content in connection with or arising out of a force majeure event. In these Terms, a "force majeure" event shall include, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs or other industrial disputes, nuclear accident or acts of God, war or terrorist activity, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage, compliance with any law or government order, rule regulation or direction, accident or breakdown of plant or machinery, fire, flood, storm or default of suppliers, and where they are beyond our reasonable control, any other acts, events, omissions or accidents; or

b) eventuali guasti, sospensioni o interruzioni dell'accesso al Gioco, alla Documentazione o ai Servizi o ai contenuti derivanti da o connessi a eventi di forza maggiore. Per "eventi di forza maggiore" si intendono nei presenti Termini, a titolo esemplificativo e non esaustivo, scioperi, serrate o altre controversie industriali, incidenti nucleari o calamità naturali, guerre o attività terroristiche, sommosse, tumulti civili, danni dolosi, rispetto di leggi o di ordini governativi, regole, regolamenti o direttive, incidenti o guasti di impianti o macchinari, incendi, inondazioni, tempeste o inadempienze di fornitori, come pure qualsiasi altro atto, evento, omissione o incidente che esuli dal nostro ragionevole controllo; o

c) any claims brought against you by a third party except as stated in these Terms.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE COMPANY, ITS AFFILIATES AND SUBSIDIARIES, AND, AS APPLICABLE, ITS AND THEIR LICENSORS, WILL NOT BE LIABLE IN ANY WAY FOR ANY: (i) LOSS OF PROFITS; (ii) LOST REVENUE; (iii) LOST SAVINGS; (iv) LOSS OR EXPOSURE OF DATA; OR (v) ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS, THE GAME, THE DOCUMENTATION OR THE SERVICES, EVEN IN THE EVENT OF OUR FAULT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, INDEMNITY, BREACH OF CONTRACT, BREACH OF WARRANTY, OR OTHERWISE AND EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE LIABILITY OF THE COMPANY, ITS AFFILIATES AND SUBSIDIARIES, AND, AS APPLICABLE, ITS AND THEIR LICENSORS, ARISING UNDER, RELATING OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR THE GAME, THE DOCUMENTATION OR SERVICES, INCLUDING ANY LIABILITY FOR DIRECT OR INDIRECT DAMAGES, LOSSES OR INJURIES, EXCEED FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS ($50). THE LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY SET FORTH IN THIS SECTION SHALL APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE AT LAW.

You agree that you will compensate (in legal terms this is often referred to as indemnifying) the Company, its partners, affiliates, subsidiaries, contractors, licensors, officers, directors, employees (the “Indemnified Parties”), and will defend, protect, indemnify and hold harmless the Indemnified Parties from any claims, lawsuits, damages, losses, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal and attorneys’ fees) arising directly or indirectly out of or in conjunction with your acts or omissions including: (A) use, or misuse of the Game, the Documentation or Services; and (B) your breach of any of the provisions of these Terms. Company reserves the right to assume exclusive defense and control over all matters subject to indemnification by you.

L'Utente accetta di rimborsare (in termini legali di "indennizzare") la Società, come pure i suoi partner, le sue affiliate e consociate e i suoi appaltatori, concessori di licenza, funzionari, i dirigenti e i dipendenti (le "Parti indennizzate"), e di difendere, proteggere, indennizzare e tenere indenni le Parti indennizzate da qualunque reclamo, azione legale, danno, perdita, richiesta di risarcimento e spesa (incluse ragionevoli spese legali e parcelle dell'avvocato) derivanti da o connessi, direttamente o indirettamente, ad azioni od omissioni da parte dell'Utente, tra cui: (A) uso o uso improprio del Gioco, della Documentazione o dei Servizi; e (B) violazione di una qualsiasi delle disposizioni dei presenti Termini da parte dell'Utente. La Società si riserva il diritto di assumere la difesa e il controllo esclusivi di tutte le questioni che comportano un indennizzo da parte dell'Utente.

9. Period and Termination

9. Durata e recesso

These Terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or Company. Company or the User may terminate the License or the User’s access to the Game, the Documentation or Services at any time, for any reason or no reason at all, without prior notice. Termination by Company will go into effect immediately upon the termination or deletion of your Account. This Agreement, and any license granted by Company to you, is terminated immediately when you delete the Game Software. Except as required by applicable laws or permitted by our Refund Policy, Company will not issue a refund for purchase of the Game or any downloadable content or any other items lost due to such termination, whether voluntary or involuntary, and you also acknowledge that Company is not liable to provide a refund for any reason, even if you terminate the Terms. You are fully responsible for any problem that may occur due to inaccurate information you provided when registering an Account, and you also acknowledge that Company reserves the right to terminate your Account if the information you provided is inaccurate.

I presenti Termini restano validi finché l'Utente o la Società non decidono di recedere da essi. L'Utente o la Società possono sospendere la Licenza o l'accesso al Gioco, alla Documentazione o ai Servizi da parte dell'Utente in qualsiasi momento, per qualunque motivo o senza alcun motivo, senza bisogno di dare alcun preavviso. Il recesso da parte della Società ha effetto immediato non appena viene chiuso o eliminato l'Account dell'Utente. Il presente Accordo, e qualsiasi licenza concessa all'Utente dalla Società, vengono risolti immediatamente quando l'Utente elimina il Software di gioco. Eccetto laddove previsto dalla legge o dalla nostra Politica di rimborso, la Società non emetterà alcun rimborso per l'acquisto del Gioco o di contenuti scaricabili o altri oggetti persi a causa di tale recesso, volontario o involontario. L'Utente riconosce inoltre che la Società non è tenuta a fornire compensazioni per alcuna ragione, neanche nel caso in cui sia l'Utente a recedere dai presenti Termini. L'Utente risponde interamente di eventuali problemi che possano insorgere a causa di informazioni inesatte da lui fornite durante la registrazione di un Account. L'Utente riconosce inoltre che la Società si riserva il diritto di chiudere il suo Account se le informazioni da lui fornite non risultano essere accurate.

Sections 2 (Amendments, Updates, and Patches), 3 (Prohibited Uses), 5 (Ownership), 6 (Player-Created Content), 7 (Disclaimers), 8 (Limitation of Liability; Indemnification), 9 (Period and Termination), 11 (Grievance Handling and Dispute Resolution; Arbitration Agreement), 12 (Inadequacy of Damages) 13 (Governing Law and Disputes), 14 (Class Action Waiver) 16 (Refund Policy) 17 (Other Policies) and 18 (Miscellaneous) shall survive any termination of these Terms.

Le Sezioni 2 (Modifiche, aggiornamenti e patch), 3 (Modalità di utilizzo vietate), 5 (Proprietà), 6 (Contenuti creati dai giocatori), 7 (Esclusioni di responsabilità), 8 (Limitazione di responsabilità e indennizzo), 9 (Durata e recesso), 11 (Gestione dei reclami e risoluzione delle controversie; Accordo di arbitrato), 12 (Inadeguatezza delle misure di risarcimento danni) 13 (Legislazione applicabile e controversie), 14 (Dichiarazione di rinuncia ad azioni collettive) 16 (Politica di rimborso) 17 (Altri regolamenti) e 18 (Disposizioni varie) resteranno valide anche dopo il recesso dai presenti Termini.

10. Transfer of Terms and Conditions

11. Grievance Handling and Dispute Resolution; Arbitration Agreement

a) If a dispute arises between you and Company, our goal is to provide you with a neutral and cost-effective means of resolving the dispute quickly. Before taking any formal action, you agree to first contact us in writing and provide a description of your dispute, all relevant documents, and your proposed resolution. If we are unable to resolve your dispute within thirty (30) days of your notice to us, you agree to submit your dispute to binding arbitration or small claims court as set forth in this Section. Please forward your dispute to: KRAFTON, Inc., Attn. Legal Department, 28~35F, 231, Teheran-ro, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, Republic of Korea.

a) In caso di controversia tra l'Utente e la Società, il nostro obiettivo è quello di fornire all'Utente uno strumento neutrale e conveniente per risolverla rapidamente. Prima di intraprendere qualsiasi azione formale, l'Utente accetta di contattarci per iscritto e di fornire una descrizione della controversia, nonché tutti i documenti pertinenti e la sua proposta di risoluzione. Laddove non saremo in grado di risolvere la controversia entro trenta (30) giorni dalla sua notifica da parte dell'Utente, quest'ultimo accetta di sottoporre tale controversia all'arbitrato vincolante o al tribunale competente per le controversie di modesta entità, come stabilito nella presente Sezione. Preghiamo l'Utente di inoltrare la notifica della controversia a: KRAFTON, Inc., All'att.ne di Legal Department, 28~35F, 231, Teheran-ro, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, Repubblica di Corea.

b) Subject to subsection (a) above, (i) if you live in the United States any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be determined by arbitration in San Ramon, California. The arbitration shall be administered by JAMS (or any like organization successor thereto). The arbitrator shall follow any applicable federal law and California state law in rendering an award. (ii) If you live in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, this Agreement is to be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be finally settled by arbitration by the International Chamber of Commerce (“ICC”), which rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference in this clause. The legal place of arbitral proceedings shall be Amsterdam, The Netherlands. The language to be used in the arbitral proceedings shall be English. (iii) If you live anywhere else, you and Company agree that any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be finally settled by arbitration by the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board, in accordance with the International Arbitration Rules of the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board. The number of arbitrators shall be one. The seat, or legal place, of arbitral proceedings shall be Seoul, the Republic of Korea. The language to be used in the arbitral proceedings shall be English. Regardless where you live in (i)-(iii) above, in any action or suit to enforce any right or remedy under this Agreement, to interpret any provisions of this Agreement, or to settle a dispute between the parties hereto, the prevailing party will be entitled to recover its costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses. ARBITRATION ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS MEANS THAT YOU WILL NOT HAVE, AND YOU HEREBY WAIVE, THE RIGHT FOR A JUDGE OR JURY TO DECIDE YOUR CLAIMS, AND THAT YOU MAY NOT PROCEED IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE CAPACITY. Other rights that you and we would otherwise have in court will not be available or will be more limited in arbitration, including discovery and appeal rights. If a dispute arises between Company and the User, Company shall faithfully demonstrate the measures taken in respect of the User, including any restrictions of usage, and will comply with result of any arbitration decision.

b) Fatto salvo il paragrafo (a) di cui sopra, (i) se l'utente risiede negli Stati Uniti, qualsiasi controversia derivante da o connessa al presente Contratto dovrà essere risolta mediante arbitrato a San Ramon, in California. L'arbitrato sarà gestito da JAMS (o da un'organizzazione analoga che le succeda). Nell'emettere un lodo, l'arbitro dovrà attenersi a tutte le leggi federali applicabili e alle leggi dello Stato della California. (ii) Se l'Utente risiede nel territorio dello Spazio economico europeo o nel Regno Unito, il presente Accordo deve essere disciplinato e interpretato in conformità con le leggi dei Paesi Bassi, e qualsiasi controversia derivante da o connessa al presente Accordo sarà definitivamente risolta mediante arbitrato della Camera di Commercio Internazionale ("CCI"), le cui regole si considerano incorporate a titolo di riferimento nella presente clausola. La sede legale del procedimento arbitrale sarà Amsterdam, nei Paesi Bassi. La lingua da utilizzare nel procedimento arbitrale sarà l'inglese. (iii) Se l'Utente risiede in un luogo diverso, quest'ultimo e la Società convengono che qualsiasi controversia derivante da o connessa al presente Accordo sarà risolta in via definitiva mediante arbitrato dal Korean Commercial Arbitration Board o "KCAB" (il Collegio arbitrale commerciale coreano), in conformità al Regolamento di arbitrato internazionale del KCAB. Il numero degli arbitri sarà pari a uno. La sede, o sede legale, del procedimento arbitrale sarà Seoul, nella Repubblica di Corea. La lingua da utilizzare nel procedimento arbitrale sarà l'inglese. A prescindere dal luogo di residenza dell'Utente di cui ai punti (i)-(iii) di cui sopra, in qualsiasi azione o causa per far valere un diritto o un rimedio ai sensi del presente Accordo, per interpretare una qualsiasi disposizione del presente Accordo o per risolvere una controversia tra le parti, la parte prevalente avrà il diritto di recuperare i costi sostenuti, ivi comprese le ragionevoli spese legali e gli onorari degli avvocati. ACCONSENTENDO ALL'ARBITRATO INDIVIDUALE, L'UTENTE RINUNCIA DI FATTO AL DIRITTO DI RIVOLGERSI A UNA GIURIA O A UN GIUDICE PER FAR VALERE LE PROPRIE PRETESE E NON È AUTORIZZATO AD AVVIARE ALCUNA AZIONE COLLETTIVA, CONSOLIDATA O RAPPRESENTATIVA. Scegliendo l'arbitrato, altri diritti di cui la Società e l'Utente potrebbero godere nell'ambito di un procedimento giudiziario non saranno più disponibili o risulteranno limitati, inclusi quello di esibizione delle prove e di ricorso. In caso di controversia tra l'Utente e la Società, quest'ultima deve dimostrare fedelmente le misure adottate nei confronti dell'Utente, inclusa ogni limitazione d'uso, e si impegna a rispettare i risultati di qualunque decisione arbitrale.

c) The Company has the sole discretion on whether to, and to what extent to, but no obligation to, enforce any rights of Company or take any actions as stated in these Terms.

c) La Società può decidere, a propria esclusiva discrezione e senza alcun obbligo, se e in che misura applicare i propri diritti o intraprendere alcuna azione indicata nei presenti Termini.

d) This agreement to arbitrate disputes is intended to encompass all disputes or claims arising out of your relationship with Company, including our respective subsidiaries, affiliates, predecessors in interest, successors, licensors, and assigns, arising out of or relating to the Game, the Documentation or Services (whether based in contract, tort, statute, fraud, misrepresentation, or any other legal or equitable theory).

d) Il presente accordo di arbitrato delle controversie è inteso come comprensivo di tutte le controversie o rivendicazioni derivanti dal rapporto tra l'Utente e la Società, comprese le rispettive affiliate, consociate, e i predecessori, i successori, i concessori di licenza e gli assegnatari, derivanti da o relative al Gioco, alla Documentazione o ai Servizi (siano esse basate su contratto, illecito civile, statuto, frode, falsa dichiarazione o qualsiasi altra teoria legale o secondo equità).

12. Inadequacy of damages

12. Inadeguatezza delle misure di risarcimento danni

Without prejudice to any other rights or remedies that Company may have, you acknowledge and agree that compensation by way of damages alone would not be an adequate remedy for any breach of these Terms by you, because Company would suffer irreparable losses if you breach these Terms. Accordingly, you agree that Company and, as applicable, its licensors shall be entitled to the remedies of an injunction, specific performance or any other equitable remedy, in addition to any other remedies available to it under the applicable law. For the avoidance of doubt, Company and, as applicable, its licensors shall be entitled to an injunction, specific performance or any other equitable remedy without bond, other security or proof of losses.

Fatto salvo ogni altro diritto o titolo di risarcimento di cui possa godere la Società, l'Utente riconosce e accetta che la misura del semplice risarcimento per danni derivanti da violazioni dei presenti Termini perpetrate dall'Utente non risulterebbe adeguata, dal momento che la Società soffrirebbe perdite irreparabili a causa di tale violazione. Di conseguenza, l'Utente accetta che la Società e, se del caso, i suoi concessori di licenza, possano ricorrere a misure quali l'ingiunzione, l'esecuzione forzata o qualsiasi altra misura equa, oltre ad altri titoli di risarcimento disponibili ai sensi della legge applicabile. A scanso di equivoci, la Società e, se del caso, i suoi concessori di licenza, avranno diritto a fare richiesta di ingiunzione, esecuzione forzata o qualsiasi altra misura equa senza alcun vincolo, altra garanzia o prova di perdita.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

13. Legislazione applicabile e dispute

If a dispute arises between you and Company, our goal is to provide you with a neutral and cost-effective means of resolving the dispute quickly. (i) If you live in the United States, these Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of California, the courts of the State of California shall have exclusive jurisdiction for all purposes regarding this Agreement, and venue of any action brought hereunder shall be exclusively in the County of Contra Costa. (ii) If you live in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, these Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the Netherlands. (iii) If you live anywhere else, these Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea and all lawsuits related to these Terms are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Korea pursuant to relevant laws such as the Code of Civil Procedure. Other laws may apply if you use the Game outside of these locations. In such event, the applicable local laws shall only affect these Terms to the extent required by the applicable jurisdiction, and these Terms shall be construed as to make their terms and conditions as effective as possible. You must comply with all local laws to the extent that local law applies.

In caso di controversie tra l'Utente e la Società, il nostro obiettivo è quello di fornire all'Utente uno strumento neutrale e conveniente per risolverla rapidamente. (i) Se l'Utente risiede negli Stati Uniti, i presenti Termini saranno interpretati e disciplinati dalle leggi dello Stato della California, i tribunali dello Stato della California avranno giurisdizione esclusiva per tutte le finalità riguardanti il presente Contratto e la sede di qualsiasi azione legale intentata ai sensi del presente Accordo sarà esclusivamente la Contea di Contra Costa. (ii) Se l'Utente risiede nel territorio dello Spazio Economico Europeo o nel Regno Unito, i presenti Termini saranno interpretati e disciplinati dalle leggi dei Paesi Bassi. (iii) Se l'Utente risiede altrove, i presenti Termini saranno interpretati e disciplinati dalle leggi della Repubblica di Corea e tutte le azioni legali correlate ai presenti Termini saranno soggette alla giurisdizione dei tribunali della Corea ai sensi delle leggi pertinenti, come il Codice di procedura civile. Se l'Utente utilizza il Gioco al di fuori di tali luoghi, può essere soggetto ad altre legislazioni. In questo caso le norme locali in vigore influiranno sui presenti Termini solo nella misura prevista dalla giurisdizione applicabile e i Termini saranno interpretati in modo tale da rendere i loro termini e le loro condizioni il più efficaci possibile. L'Utente è tenuto a rispettare tutte le norme locali nella misura in cui esse sono applicabili.

14. Class Action Waiver

Consistent with the foregoing arbitration agreement, you agree not to participate in, including but not limited to, a class or representative action, private attorney general action, or collective arbitration related to the Game, the Documentation or Services or these Terms. You also agree not to seek to combine any action or arbitration related to the Game, the Documentation or Services or these Terms with any other action or arbitration without the consent of all parties to these Terms and all other actions or arbitrations.

In linea con l'accordo di arbitrato di cui sopra, l'Utente acconsente a non partecipare, a titolo esemplificativo e non esaustivo, ad azioni collettive o rappresentative, a cause private di interesse generale o a procedimenti arbitrali collettivi in relazione al Gioco, alla Documentazione o ai Servizi o ai presenti Termini. L'Utente acconsente inoltre a non cercare di combinare eventuali azioni o procedimenti arbitrali relativi al Gioco, alla Documentazione o ai Servizi o ai presenti Termini con altre azioni o procedimenti arbitrali senza avere ottenuto il consenso di tutte le parti coinvolte nei presenti Termini e in tutte le altre azioni o tutti gli altri procedimenti arbitrali.

16. Refund Policy

Except as set forth herein, all sales for paid content related to the Game, the Documentation or Services including in-Game items are final, and Company is not obligated to issue any refunds for sales of paid content except as required by applicable laws or as permitted by a third-party platform’s refund policy. Requests for refunds for any paid content must be made directly to the third-party platform as prescribed in the third-party’s refund policy. If requested by the third-party, Company will review and process a User’s request for refund consistent with any applicable laws and the third-party’s refund policy. In case of termination due to your breach of these Terms or the Rules of Conduct, you are not entitled to any refund.

Fatta eccezione per quanto stabilito nel presente documento, tutte le vendite di contenuti a pagamento relativi al Gioco, alla Documentazione o ai Servizi, ivi compresi gli oggetti di gioco, sono definitive e la Società non è tenuta a concedere alcun rimborso per le vendite di contenuti a pagamento, ad eccezione di quanto richiesto dalle leggi vigenti o di quanto consentito dalla politica di rimborso di una piattaforma di terzi. Le richieste di rimborso per qualsiasi contenuto a pagamento devono essere inoltrate direttamente alla piattaforma di terzi, secondo quanto previsto dalla politica di rimborso di questi ultimi. Se richiesto dalla parte terza, la Società esaminerà ed elaborerà la richiesta di rimborso di un Utente in conformità con le leggi applicabili e la politica di rimborso della parte terza. In caso di cessazione del presente accordo per via di una violazione dei presenti Termini o del Codice di condotta da parte dell'Utente, quest'ultimo non ha diritto ad alcun risarcimento.

a) Company may use the Privacy Policy, Rules of Conduct and other policies to cover specific details that are not covered in these Terms in order to protect User interests and maintain order in the Game, the Documentation and Services.

These Terms constitute the entire understanding and agreement between Company and you with respect to the Game, the Documentation and Services and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements or understandings, inducements or conditions, express or implied, written or oral, between Company and you regarding the Game, the Documentation and Services. If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be amended only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect. Company’s failure to enforce any of the rights or provisions hereof shall not be construed to be a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of such right or provision will be effective only by a writing signed by Company.

I presenti Termini costituiscono l'intero accordo tra la Società e l'Utente in relazione al Gioco, alla Documentazione e ai Servizi e sostituiscono tutti gli accordi o le intese, gli incentivi o le condizioni precedenti e contemporanei, espressi o impliciti, scritti od orali, tra la Società e l'Utente in merito al Gioco, alla Documentazione e ai Servizi. Nel caso in cui una delle disposizioni dei presenti Termini sia ritenuta per qualsiasi ragione inapplicabile, tale disposizione dovrà essere rettificata nella misura necessaria a renderla applicabile, mentre tutte le restanti disposizioni dei presenti Termini continueranno ad avere piena validità. La mancata applicazione da parte della Società di uno qualsiasi dei diritti o delle disposizioni del presente documento non deve essere interpretata come una rinuncia a tale diritto o disposizione. Qualsiasi rinuncia a tale diritto o disposizione sarà efficace solo se formulata per iscritto e firmata dalla Società.

This Terms of Service has been translated into other languages for the convenience of the players. In case of any discrepancies between the English version and the other versions, the English version shall prevail. However, Korean Terms of Service shall prevail for Korean players.

I presenti Termini di servizio sono stati tradotti in altre lingue a beneficio dei giocatori. In caso di discrepanze tra la versione inglese e quella in altre lingue, fa fede la versione inglese. Per i giocatori coreani invece fanno fede i Termini di servizio coreani.
