1. INTRODUCTION

These Rules of Conduct govern both in-game behavior and certain out-of-game conduct relating to your (the “player,” “user,” or “end user”) use of The Callisto Protocol (hereinafter referred to as “Game”) published by KRAFTON, Inc. (“Company,” “we”, “our,” or “us”). These Rules of Conduct are aimed at regulating user behavior in a consistent manner and to address situations that may arise in the process of providing or servicing the Game. These Rules of Conduct supplement, and shall be read together with, the Terms of Service [•] that apply to the Game and Services (as defined in the Terms). Matters not specifically mentioned in the Rules of Conduct shall be treated in accordance with the Terms of Service and applicable laws.

Il presente Codice di condotta disciplina sia il comportamento all'interno del Gioco sia alcuni comportamenti al di fuori del Gioco relativi all'uso da parte del giocatore (di seguito, "Giocatore", ''Utente" o "Utente finale'') di The Callisto Protocol (di seguito, il ''Gioco'') pubblicato da KRAFTON, Inc. (la ''Società'', ''noi'', ''nostro/a/i/e'' o ''ci''). Il presente Codice di condotta ha lo scopo di disciplinare coerentemente la condotta degli utenti per affrontare le situazioni che possono insorgere durante il processo di fornitura o nel servizio del Gioco. 2. CHANGES TO RULES OF CONDUCT

Company reserves the right to change these Rules of Conduct at any time within its sole discretion. Changes will be brought to your attention as we may determine in our sole discretion, including through the Company homepage [•] at least 7 days prior to the effective date of the changes. For material changes that we regard as serious or that may be unfavorable to you, as we may determine in our sole discretion, we will notify you 30 days prior to the effective date of the changes. You are solely responsible for your failure to comply with the revised Rules of Conduct after the effective date, including for any loss incurred due to a lack of awareness of these Rules.

La Società si riserva il diritto di modificare il presente Codice di condotta in qualsiasi momento a sua esclusiva discrezione. Le eventuali variazioni saranno portate a conoscenza dell'Utente secondo le modalità da noi stabilite a nostra esclusiva discrezione, anche attraverso la home page della Società [•] almeno 7 giorni prima della loro data di entrata in vigore. Informeremo l'Utente 30 giorni prima della data di entrata in vigore di tali variazioni, se queste, a nostra unica discrezione, fossero considerate rilevanti o potessero risultare sfavorevoli all'Utente stesso. Dopo la data di entrata in vigore, l'Utente dovrà rispondere in prima persona della mancata osservanza del Codice di condotta rivisto, nonché di eventuali perdite subite a causa della mancata conoscenza di tale Codice.

3. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF COMPANY

1) Company and, as applicable, its affiliates and subsidiaries will endeavor to eliminate the misconduct described in the Rules of Conduct to help ensure that the users can enjoy playing the game.

2) Company will not ask you for your password.

3) Company and, as applicable, its affiliates and subsidiaries receive feedback on all types of bugs and errors through its (or their) official customer support center and official community, and Company and, as applicable, its affiliates and subsidiaries will be committed to promptly review and correct bugs and errors.

4) Company and, as applicable, its affiliates and subsidiaries will not intervene or engage in activities and disputes between or among end users in relation to the Game.

5) Company and, as applicable, its affiliates and subsidiaries may restrict some or all of the Game or Services if Company or, as applicable, its affiliate or subsidiary determines, in its sole discretion, that unusual or unintended situations hinder enjoyment of the gameplay.

5) La Società e, se del caso, le relative affiliate e consociate, potrebbero limitare una parte o tutto il Gioco oppure alcuni o tutti i Servizi, se la Società e, se del caso, le relative affiliate e consociate dovessero stabilire, a loro unica discrezione, che tali situazioni anomale o non intenzionali ostacolino la fruizione del Gioco.

6) If you or a group of users does anything that interferes with or adversely affects any services provided by Company, or that violates the Rules of Conduct, Company shall, consistent with the Penalty Criteria Table For Misconduct set forth below, restrict Service usage.

6) Se l'Utente o un gruppo di utenti dovesse compiere qualche azione che interferisca con o influisca negativamente sui servizi forniti dalla Società o che violi il Codice di condotta, la Società, in conformità alla Tabella dei criteri di applicazione di penalità per cattiva condotta riportata di seguito, porrà dei limiti all'utilizzo dei Servizi.

4. END USER’S RESPONSIBILITIES AND RIGHTS

1) You are obliged to understand and comply with Company’s Terms of Service and Rules of Conduct.

1) L'Utente è tenuto a comprendere e a osservare i Termini di servizio e il Codice di condotta della Società.

2) The Company and, as applicable, its affiliates and subsidiaries reserve all rights arising out of in-game data (characters, items, game currency (where applicable), etc.) created by you when using the Game or Services, and you have a limited License to use in-game data consistent with the Terms of Service.

2) La Società e, se del caso, le relative affiliate e consociate, si riservano tutti i diritti derivanti dai dati di gioco (personaggi, oggetti, eventuale valuta di gioco ecc.) creati dall'Utente durante l'uso del Gioco o dei Servizi. Inoltre, l'Utente stesso ha una Licenza limitata per l'utilizzo dei dati di gioco, come previsto nei Termini di servizio.

3) If you are unfairly treated or incurred harm using the Game or Services, you have the right to appeal and correct Company through legitimate methods and procedures as provided by the “Grievance Handling and Dispute Resolution; Arbitration Agreement” within the Terms of Service (Section 11). If you have been unfairly treated or harmed by another player, you have the right to notify and ask other users to comply with Rules of Conduct.

3) In caso di trattamento ingiusto o di danni subiti in seguito all'utilizzo del Gioco o dei Servizi, l'Utente ha il diritto di fare ricorso e di correggere la Società attraverso metodi e procedure legittime, secondo quanto previsto da ''Gestione dei reclami e risoluzione delle controversie; Accordo di arbitrato'', incluso nei Termini di servizio (Sezione 11). Se l'Utente fosse trattato ingiustamente o danneggiato da un altro giocatore, ha il diritto di farlo presente e di chiedere ad altri giocatori di rispettare il Codice di condotta.

4) You have an obligation to be fully informed about the information that Company officially announces, and Company shall not be responsible for any damages incurred due to lack of awareness about the announcements.

4) L'Utente ha l'obbligo di tenersi informato sugli annunci ufficiali emessi dalla Società. Quest'ultima non sarà dunque ritenuta responsabile di eventuali danni subiti dall'Utente, a seguito di una sua mancata conoscenza di tali annunci.

5) You are not allowed to generate any profit using the Game or Services without prior written approval from Company.

5) All'Utente non è consentito generare profitti utilizzando il Gioco o i Servizi, senza la previa autorizzazione scritta della Società.

6) You may not use the information obtained through the Game – whether by copying, duplicating, modifying, translating, publishing or otherwise providing this information to others – without prior consent from Company.

6) L'Utente non può utilizzare le informazioni ottenute tramite il Gioco, ad esempio copiandole, duplicandole, modificandole, traducendole, pubblicandole o altrimenti fornendole ad altre persone, senza il previo consenso della Società.

7) You may not distribute or publish false information not officially announced by Company in any manner that is likely to cause confusion to other end users, otherwise you may be find liable for engaging in such conduct.

7) L'Utente non potrà diffondere o pubblicare in alcun modo informazioni false, non annunciate ufficialmente dalla Società, che possano causare confusione ad altri utenti finali. In caso contrario, l'Utente potrebbe dover rispondere di tale condotta.

8) You should notify Company of any glitches (such as bugs, system errors, illegal programs, etc.) of the Game or Services and must not exploit or propagate such information to other users. If you discover any vulnerability, but do not disclose it to Company and forward it to another person, your use of the Game or Services may be restricted in accordance with the Rules of Conduct, and this misconduct will be regarded as intentional misconduct.

8) L'Utente deve informare la Società di eventuali difetti di funzionamento (quali bug, errori di sistema, programmi illeciti ecc.) presenti nel Gioco o nei Servizi e non deve sfruttare tali informazioni o diffonderle ad altri utenti. Se l'Utente dovesse scoprire una falla, ma non si premurasse di comunicare tale informazione alla Società e la inoltrasse a un'altra persona, potrebbe essere soggetto a limitazioni nell'uso del Gioco o dei Servizi in conformità al Codice di condotta, e il suo cattivo comportamento sarebbe considerato intenzionale.

9) You can make inquiries, suggestions and requests related to game services through following channel(s):

– As a general rule, we will respond promptly to inquiries, suggestions, requests, and feedback you may provide us through the Customer Support Center. However, please be advised our response may be delayed depending on the number of inquiries we are handling at any given time.

5. POLICIES FOR MISCONDUCT

5. POLITICHE PER LA GESTIONE DELLA CATTIVA CONDOTTA

In order to provide a fair and pleasant gaming experience for all users, Company has defined policies which all users need to comply with when using our Game or Services. All users playing the Game or Services must comply with the following rules.

Allo scopo di offrire un'esperienza di gioco equa e piacevole a tutti gli utenti, la Società ha definito delle politiche a cui tutti gli utenti devono aderire quando utilizzano il nostro Gioco o i nostri Servizi. Tutti gli utenti che usufruiscono del Gioco o dei Servizi sono tenuti a rispettare le seguenti regole.

1) DO NOT USE UNAUTHORIZED PROGRAMS OR HARDWARE DEVICES

1) NON UTILIZZARE PROGRAMMI O DISPOSITIVI HARDWARE NON AUTORIZZATI

If you use unauthorized programs or hardware devices that promote unfair game play (collectively “Unauthorized Programs or Devices”), you may be subject to severe penalties, such as a permanent Game ban, termination of the License detailed in the Terms, and restrictions on the use of the Services on your hardware devices. If you develop, advertise, trade, publish or distribute unauthorized programs or hardware, Company may take legal action against you, seek relief from judicial authorities, make an investigation in accordance with relevant laws, and impose penalties within the Game.

Se l'Utente dovesse utilizzare programmi o dispositivi hardware che incoraggiano il gioco sleale (denominati collettivamente "Programmi o Dispositivi non autorizzati"), potrebbe essere soggetto a pesanti penalità, quali l'interdizione permanente dal Gioco, la revoca della Licenza descritta nei Termini e restrizioni nell'utilizzo dei Servizi sui propri dispositivi hardware. Nel caso in cui l'Utente sviluppi, pubblicizzi, scambi, pubblichi o distribuisca programmi o hardware non autorizzati, la Società potrebbe intraprendere azioni legali contro lo stesso, ottenere una tutela giurisdizionale, indagare in conformità alle leggi pertinenti e imporre penalità all'interno del Gioco.

2) DO NOT MODIFY THE GAME CLIENT, SERVERS OR GAME DATA

2) NON MODIFICARE IL CLIENT DI GIOCO, I SERVER O I DATI DEL GIOCO

Unauthorized changes to the Game client (“ini” file modification, etc.), servers, or data (such as packets) are actions that interfere with the Game or Services and violate copyright laws. You must not engage in these actions. Further, you are forbidden from manipulating the Game data to change, copy, share or otherwise transmit your in-game characters or items outside the authorized channels and methods provided by the Game or Services themselves.

Eventuali modifiche non autorizzate al client (modifica del file ''ini'' ecc.), ai server o ai dati del Gioco (ad esempio, i pacchetti) sono considerate azioni che interferiscono con il Gioco o i Servizi e che violano le leggi sul copyright. L'Utente deve astenersi dall'intraprendere tali azioni. All'Utente è altresì fatto divieto di manipolare i dati del Gioco per modificare, copiare, condividere o trasmettere in altro modo i propri personaggi o oggetti di gioco al di fuori dei canali e dei metodi autorizzati messi a disposizione dal Gioco o dai Servizi stessi.

3) DO NOT EXPLOIT VULNERABILITIES IN THE GAME (BUGS AND GLITCHES)

3) NON SFRUTTARE EVENTUALI FALLE PRESENTI NEL GIOCO (BUG E DIFETTI DI FUNZIONAMENTO)

Users exploiting errors and bugs found while playing the Game will be liable for serious penalties. We reserve the right to take action against those who take unfair advantage through official procedures, and all acquired in-game items and other data will be forfeited and removed.

Gli utenti scoperti a sfruttare gli errori e i bug riscontrati durante il Gioco possono incorrere in pesanti penalità. Ci riserviamo pertanto il diritto di adottare provvedimenti, seguendo le procedure ufficiali, contro coloro che ne approfittino indebitamente, e tutti gli oggetti e gli altri dati acquisiti nel Gioco saranno confiscati e rimossi.

4) DO NOT USE OFFENSIVE NICKNAMES

4) NON UTILIZZARE NICKNAME OFFENSIVI

Use of offensive nicknames, or other references that may provoke negative imagery, are considered to violate these Rules of Conduct, and appropriate action may be taken against users who create them. The following list illustrates what can constitute an offensive nickname or reference:

Nickname offensivi o altri riferimenti che possono evocare immagini negative sono considerati una violazione del presente Codice di condotta e potremmo pertanto adottare opportuni provvedimenti contro gli utenti che li creano. Il seguente elenco illustra cosa può costituire un nickname o un riferimento offensivo:

- A nickname or reference that is sexually explicit or obscene;

- un nickname o riferimento sessualmente esplicito o osceno;

- A nickname or reference that is made with the intention to impersonate Company or our staff;

- un nickname o riferimento creato con l'intenzione di fingersi la Società o membri del suo staff;

- A nickname or reference that is discriminatory in nature;

- un nickname o riferimento di natura discriminatoria;

- A nickname or reference that may infringe on the trademark or copyright of a third party;

- un nickname o riferimento che potrebbe violare il marchio o il copyright di terzi;

- A nickname or reference that is sensitive or causes offense for any other reason not mentioned above;

- un nickname o riferimento sensibile oppure offensivo per qualsiasi altra ragione non menzionata sopra.

In addition, if you change a few letters of an inappropriate nickname, or try to construct nicknames that are cleverly inappropriate by mixing other characters before and after the letters, your nickname will be changed without your consent or penalty measures will be taken.

Inoltre, se l'Utente dovesse modificare alcuni caratteri di un nickname inappropriato o tentare di creare nickname inappropriati aggiungendo astutamente caratteri alle lettere di base della parola non ammessa, provvederemo a modificare tale nickname senza il suo consenso o ad applicare misure punitive.

5) DO NOT ATTEMPT CASH TRANSACTIONS

5) NON TENTARE TRANSAZIONI IN DENARO CONTANTE

Any conduct that we determine to be an attempted cash transaction will be subject to penalties. This refers to any act that we determine to have the intention of pursuing cash or in-kind transactions by using a nickname or a name generated under a Game mode designated by the user, selling an account or in-game items, attempting or advertising account transactions, or transacting cash or in-kind through a nickname or account, etc.

Qualsiasi condotta che consideriamo essere un tentativo di transazione in contanti sarà soggetta a penalità. Ciò si riferisce a qualsiasi atto che a nostro giudizio sia commesso con l'intenzione di realizzare transazioni in contanti o in natura utilizzando un nickname o un nome generato in una modalità del Gioco designata dall'utente, la vendita di un account o di oggetti all'interno del Gioco, il tentativo o la pubblicità di transazioni sull'account o l'effettuazione di transazioni in contanti o in natura attraverso un nickname o un account, ecc.

6) DO NOT PROMOTE OR ADVERTISE

6) NON EFFETTUARE ATTIVITÀ DI PROMOZIONE O PUBBLICITÀ

Any conduct in Game or related to the Services that we determine is intended to be promoting or advertising any contents or products of yours or a third party and that are not related to the Game or Company will be subject to penalty. This includes any act that we determine to constitute using the Game or Services for the purpose of advertising for yourself or on behalf of a third party, or a purpose other than the original purposes of the Game or Services, for your or a third party’s profit, sales, advertising, or promotion.

Qualsiasi condotta all'interno del Gioco o correlata ai Servizi che a nostro giudizio sia tesa a promuovere o pubblicizzare contenuti o prodotti dell'Utente o di terzi, e non legati al Gioco o alla Società, sarà soggetta a penalità. Ciò include qualsiasi azione che, a nostro giudizio, preveda l'utilizzo del Gioco o dei Servizi con lo scopo di fare pubblicità a se stessi o per conto di terzi, oppure per uno scopo diverso dalle finalità originarie del Gioco o dei Servizi, ad esempio a scopo di lucro, vendita, pubblicità o promozione personale o di terzi.

7) DO NOT PUBLISH PERSONAL INFORMATION

7) NON PUBBLICARE INFORMAZIONI PERSONALI

Penalties may be imposed if you publish or otherwise disclose information that personally identifies another (e.g., disclosing to third parties personal information known by you of others or otherwise making it publicly available), whether through the Game or Services, which is regarded as an act that violates privacy.

Se l'Utente pubblica o diffonde in altro modo informazioni che identificano personalmente un altro soggetto (ad esempio rivelando informazioni personali di sua conoscenza a terze parti o rendendole disponibili pubblicamente), attraverso il Gioco o i Servizi, può incorrere serie penalità, poiché il suo comportamento è considerato un atto di violazione della privacy.

8) DO NOT ACCESS OR STEAL ANOTHER USER’S ACCOUNT

8) NON ACCEDERE ALL'ACCOUNT DI UN ALTRO UTENTE O RUBARLO

A user may not attempt or gain access to another user’s account. Where such activity has been detected, the user may be banned from the Game or Services, or access to the user’s own information and account may be restricted.

Nessun utente deve tentare di ottenere l'accesso all'account di un altro utente. Laddove tale attività sia stata rilevata, l'Utente potrebbe essere interdetto dal Gioco e/o dai Servizi oppure l'accesso alle informazioni e all'account dell'Utente potrebbe venire limitato.

9) DO NOT TRADE/SELL ACCOUNTS

9) NON CEDERE O VENDERE ACCOUNT

The act of accessing accounts that are not in your possession and trading, selling or exchanging for any consideration (monetary or non-monetary) such accounts or related Game data, without Company’s prior written approval, is forbidden.

È vietato accedere ad account che non sono in possesso dell'Utente e cedere, vendere o scambiare a titolo oneroso (monetario o non monetario) tali account o i relativi dati del Gioco, senza la preventiva approvazione scritta della Società.

10) DO NOT DISTURB BUSINESS OPERATIONS

10) NON INTERFERIRE CON LE NORMALI ATTIVITÀ COMMERCIALI

Users who disclose confidential information subject to a non-disclosure agreement, spread false information, abuse the customer service platform, impersonate an employee, create and spread rumors, or conduct any other acts that disturb the Company’s business operations may be permanently banned from the Game depending on the seriousness of the misconduct.

Gli utenti che divulgano informazioni riservate oggetto di un accordo di non divulgazione, diffondono informazioni false, usano la piattaforma dell'assistenza clienti in modo improprio, si fingono nostri dipendenti, creano e diffondono voci menzognere o adottano altri comportamenti che ledono le ordinarie attività commerciali della Società possono essere soggetti a penalità proporzionate alla gravità della loro condotta, fino all'interdizione permanente dal Gioco.

11) DO NOT PLAY THE GAME ABNORMALLY

If any abnormal gameplay patterns are detected (i.e., gameplay that goes against the intentions of how our Game is meant to be played), measures could be taken against the account that performed such actions in order to create a fair gameplay environment.

Se dovessimo rilevare delle modalità di gioco anomale (ad esempio, una modalità di gioco che vada contro le intenzioni del nostro Gioco), adotteremo delle misure contro l'account responsabile, in modo da garantire un ambiente di gioco leale.

12) DO NOT EXPLOIT THE PAYMENT SERVICE OR REFUND POLICY

Penalties may be imposed on players who take financial advantage by exploiting the payment service and refund policies of Company or third-party platform providers.

13) OTHER UNDEFINED MISCONDUCT

Any action which is not defined in the Rules of Conduct that negatively impacts the delivery of Company’s Services or negatively affects other players may be subject to warning and penalty through careful review of the circumstances.

6. PENALTY CRITERIA FOR MISCONDUCT

1) The forgoing Penalty Criteria Table For Misconduct is used to protect the player’s enjoyment while playing the Game.

2) If you fail to comply with the Rules of Conduct, you may be restricted from using the Game or Services without prior notice in accordance with Penalty Criteria Table For Misconduct.

2) In caso di mancato rispetto del Codice di condotta, è possibile che l'accesso al Gioco o ai Servizi da parte dell'Utente venga limitato senza preavviso in conformità alla Tabella dei Criteri di applicazione di penalità per cattiva condotta.

3) If your violation goes over the final attempt listed in the table below, a permanent ban will be applied.

4) We define exploiting bugs and glitches as an act which includes acquiring any virtual items or other data through bugs and glitches in the system.

5) Generally, the Company considers the Maximum Penalty Period set forth in the Penalty Criteria Table For Misconduct as the most severe penalty for the corresponding action; however, depending on the seriousness of the misconduct, the imposed penalty may become more or less severe, up to and including legal action taken against a player.

6) In order to maintain fair gaming environment, the Company may restrict users from running the Game if misconduct was found from a specific hardware device.

7) Any in-game items and other character-related data can be permanently removed from your account if they have been obtained through misconduct; and depending on the seriousness of the misconduct, the user’s entire character data may be deleted.

7. POLITICA DI RECUPERO

We are unable to recover any losses (pecuniary, non-monetary or otherwise) that arise from a player’s failure to follow the Rules of Conduct, in-game notices, homepage notices, policies, game systems, etc.

Non siamo in grado di recuperare eventuali perdite (pecuniarie, non monetarie o di altro tipo) derivanti dal mancato rispetto del Codice di condotta, di avvisi all'interno del Gioco, avvisi visualizzati nella home page, informative, sistemi di gioco ecc. da parte di un giocatore.

These Rules of Conduct have been translated into other languages for the convenience of the players. In case of any discrepancies between the English version and the other versions, the English version shall prevail. However, the Korean Rules of Conduct shall prevail for players based in Korea.

Il presente Codice di condotta è stato tradotto in altre lingue per facilitarne la consultazione da parte dei giocatori. In caso di discrepanze tra la versione inglese e quella in altre lingue, fa fede la versione inglese. Per i giocatori residenti in Corea invece fa fede il Codice di condotta coreano.
