USER AGREEMENT
1.	Your agreement to these terms
1.1.	This user agreement (Agreement) sets out the terms and conditions governing your use of Konami Digital Entertainment B.V.’s (KONAMI) video game products and services, including game software, applications, downloadable content and updates to the foregoing and related online and offline services (collectively Services).
1.2.	By accessing or using the Services, you agree to comply with this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, you may not access or use the Services. 
1.3.	KONAMI reserves the right to modify the Agreement. In such a case, KONAMI will indicate to you within the Services that it intends to modify the Agreement, and unless otherwise stipulated, the modifications will come into effect when you agree to the modifications upon first using the Services after such modifications. If you do not agree to such modifications, you may no longer use the Services.
2.	Platform Terms
2.1.	Access to the Services may be subject to acceptance and compliance with the terms and conditions, rules and policies of the platform provider through which you access or use the Services (Platform Terms). 
2.2.	The platforms through which you access the Services are referred to in this document as the Platforms, and the providers of such Platforms are referred to as Platform Providers. 
2.3.	KONAMI is not affiliated with Platform Providers, has no control over Platform Terms, and is not responsible for the Platform Providers acts or omissions. KONAMI is solely responsible for the Services, not the Platforms or the Platform Providers. 
2.4.	Pursuant to the Platform Terms, you may be required to register an account (Platform Account) in order to access or use the Services via the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the Platform Account, and you are fully responsible for all interactions with the Services that occur in connection with, or through, your Platform Account. You agree that any actions made using your Platform Account shall be deemed to be the actions made by you. KONAMI is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of your Platform Account and/or your failure to comply with any of the foregoing obligations.
3.	Legal capacity and parental or legal guardian consent
3.1.	IF YOU ARE UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE (OR UNDER THE AGE OF LEGAL CAPACITY IN YOUR COUNTRY OF RESIDENCE, IF DIFFERENT), YOUR PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN MUST READ AND ACCEPT THIS AGREEMENT FOR YOU. 
3.2.	If you do not know whether you have reached the age of legal capacity where you live, or do not understand any part of this Agreement, please do not use the Services before you have asked your parent or legal guardian for help. 
3.3.	If you are the parent or legal guardian of a minor, you and the minor accept and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement and you are responsible for supervising your minor in the use of the Services, including in respect of any purchases. 
3.4.	Parents and legal guardians are recommended to utilise appropriate parental controls (where available) on devices, or the Platforms, used by their children.
4.	Intellectual Property and Licence
4.1.	All intellectual property rights in the Services, and any information and materials available or incorporated within the Services, such as text, audio-visual materials, Virtual Currency (as defined below) and Virtual Goods (as defined below) (collectively, Materials) throughout the world belong to KONAMI (or KONAMI’s licensors) and the rights in the Services are licensed (not sold) to you. You have no intellectual property rights in, or to, Services or Materials other than the right to use them in accordance with this Agreement.
4.2.	KONAMI grants to you a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to access and use the Services and Materials solely as incorporated therein, solely for your personal, non-commercial uses and in the manner as may be provided for by a Platform. Nothing in this Agreement, or in the Services, grants or should be construed as granting any license or right to make commercial use of the Services, Materials or other KONAMI or third-party copyrighted materials, trademarks or intellectual property without KONAMI’s prior written consent.
5.	User Content
5.1.	Any content you create or generate in respect of, or incorporating material from within, the Services (User Content), is your responsibility. This includes:
(a)	ensuring that you obtain any necessary consents or licenses from any third party in respect of the User Content; and 
(b)	any publishing or posting of the User Content online or elsewhere. 
KONAMI is not responsible or liable for any User Content. 
5.2.	User Content shall include: 
(a)	any content captured from use of the Services (such as gameplay images and footage); and
(b)	content generated through features of the Services whether for use within the Services or otherwise (such as maps, scenarios, designs, items, characters and any other content which is capable of being generated as part of the Services).
5.3.	You may not upload online (such as on social media platforms or video sharing websites), or publish elsewhere, any User Content that infringes a third party's intellectual property rights or that violates the law, this Agreement or a third party's right of privacy or right of publicity.
5.4.	Where the Services allow you to create User Content and use it within the Services, KONAMI may, in its sole discretion, remove, edit or disable any such User Content for any reason, including if the User Content breaches the terms of this Agreement. 
5.5.	In respect of any User Content, you hereby grant to KONAMI a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, transferable, worldwide, sublicensable license to use, publish, reproduce, modify, edit, combine with other works, create derivative works, publicly perform or display, otherwise exploit the User Content, in whole or in part, using any present or future methods or means. You hereby confirm that no sums of any kind shall be payable to you or any third party. 
6.	Rules of Conduct
6.1.	While using the Services, you will comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations. 
6.2.	In using the Services, you shall respect the rights and dignity of others.
6.3.	Your use of the Services is conditioned upon your compliance with rules of conduct set forth in this section. Failure to comply with such rules may result in termination of your license to use and access the Services. 
6.4.	You agree that you will not:
(a)	post, transmit or otherwise make available, through or in connection with the Services:
(i)	anything that is or may be (a) threatening, harassing, degrading, hateful or intimidating; (b) defamatory; (c) fraudulent or tortious; (d) obscene, indecent, pornographic or otherwise objectionable; (e) protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, right of publicity or other proprietary rights without the express prior consent of the owner of such right; (f) related to alcohol or the sale of tobacco products, ammunition or firearms; or (g) related to wagering or gambling;
(ii)	any material that would give rise to criminal or civil liability; that encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense; or that encourages or provides instructional information about illegal activities or activities such as “hacking”, “cracking” or “phreaking”; 
(iii)	any virus, worm, Trojan horse, Easter egg, time bomb, spyware or other computer code, file or program that is potentially harmful or invasive or may or is intended to damage or hijack the operation of, or to monitor the use of, any hardware, software or equipment; 
(iv)	any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional material, “junk mail”, “spam”, “chain letter, “pyramid scheme” or investment opportunity, or any other form of solicitation; and
(v)	any material, non-public information about a company without proper authorization to do so,
(b)	use the Services for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose;
(c)	attempt to gain for yourself or any other person any unfair advantage with respect to use of the Services, including use of cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, mods or any unauthorized third-party software, or by exploiting any bugs or errors in the Services. You also agree not to inform any person (other than KONAMI) of such bugs or errors; 
(d)	use the Services in connection with designing or assisting in the design of cheats, automation software, bots, hacks, mods or any other unauthorized third-party software; 
(e)	use the Services to defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights of others, including without limitation others' privacy rights or rights of publicity, or harvest or collect personally identifiable data/information about other users of the Services;
(f)	impersonate any person or entity, including without limitation any representative of KONAMI; falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity in connection with the Services, or express or imply that KONAMI endorses any statement that you make;
(g)	interfere with or disrupt operation of the Services or any servers or networks used to make the Services available, including without limitation taking any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load upon the Services or upon such servers or networks; or violate any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of such networks;
(h)	restrict or inhibit any other person from using the Services (including without limitation by hacking or defacing any portion of the Services);
(i)	use the Services to advertise or offer to sell or buy any goods or services; 
(j)	license, sublicense, transfer, assign, reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, distribute or otherwise exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of, use of or access to the Services;
(k)	reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, broadcast, make derivative works of, translate, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any portion of the Services without KONAMI’s prior approval;
(l)	remove any copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights notice from the Services or materials originating from the Services;
(m)	frame or mirror any part of the Services without KONAMI’s express prior written consent;
(n)	create a database by systematically downloading and storing the Services and/or Materials;
(o)	use any robot, spider, site search/retrieval application or other manual or automatic device to retrieve, index, “scrape”, “data mine” or in any way gather Materials or reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of the Services without KONAMI’s express prior written consent; 
(p)	prostitute a child, exploit a child for pornography or engage in acts likely to constitute child abuse, or engage in acts that will or may have a bad influence on or encourage bad behaviour among minors (including encouraging minors to drink, smoke or gamble, posting information relating to the adult or sex entertainment industry and soliciting minors to access sites inappropriate for use by minors); 
(q)	engage in acts that encourage or assist suicide or drug abuse, or any act leading to meetings for the purpose of sexual or obscene acts; 
(r)	post or ask for information that can identify or enable direct access to an individual (such as a telephone number, e-mail address and SNS service account);
(s)	campaign for election campaigns, campaign or participate in politics or other similar acts;
(t)	post, publish, collect or accumulate personal data of third parties (including addresses, e-mail addresses, telephone numbers, credit card numbers and account numbers); 
(u)	conduct real money trading, transfer, sale, purchase, convert of Platform Accounts, data (including personal data), characters or items in the Services into cash, purchase or sale of property or information (including personal) through the foregoing or any act or statement comparable to the foregoing; 
(v)	unless explicitly permitted by KONAMI, assign, exchange, lend or license data, characters or items in the Services, or act or state something comparable to the foregoing; 
(w)	use any program defects of the Services or any other problematic phenomenon or effect to gain a benefit or for other improper purpose; 
(x)	engage in any act that instigates, encourages or abets any acts set forth in this section; and
(y)	engage in any other acts KONAMI determines to be inappropriate.
7.	Virtual Goods and Virtual Currency 
7.1.	KONAMI may provide you with an opportunity to purchase personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable licenses to access and use virtual goods (Virtual Goods) solely within the Services to which those Virtual Goods relate and solely for your personal, non-commercial uses. Once you purchase any Virtual Goods, such Virtual Goods are not returnable, exchangeable, or refundable.
7.2.	Depending on the functionality of the Services, purchases of Virtual Goods may be made using:
(a)	direct payments by you; or 
(b)	virtual currency (such as, virtual coins, tokens, or points), which may be earned or purchased through the Services or from one of KONAMI’s approved third-party providers (Virtual Currency). 
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement or in the Services, you agree that you have no right or title to any Materials, including without limitation any Virtual Goods and/or “earned” or “purchased” Virtual Currency, and that such Virtual Goods and/or Virtual Currency do not constitute or represent any balance of real currency or other stored value or its equivalent. 
7.3.	You may not sublicense, lease, lend, sell, gift, bequeath, trade, transfer or provide use or access to any Virtual Goods and/or Virtual Currency, except as expressly provided by KONAMI, and any such act or attempted act is prohibited and void. 
7.4.	You shall not attempt to use or access any Virtual Goods and/or Virtual Currency that you have not personally licensed or acquired from KONAMI or from one of KONAMI’s approved third-party providers. If you leave a balance of purchased Virtual Currency unused for a period of time or if KONAMI terminates or suspend access to and/or use of the Services, KONAMI may process your balance in accordance with KONAMI’s legal obligations, including by submitting funds associated with your purchased Virtual Currency balance to the appropriate governing body where required by applicable law.
7.5.	If you wish to purchase Virtual Currency made available by KONAMI through the Services (each such purchase, a Transaction), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Transaction. Such information may include payment information (such as your credit/debit card number and its expiration date and billing address), and other information required to make payment (such as your name and address) (collectively Payment Information). The purchase and use of any Virtual Currency is governed by such terms and conditions as may be notified to you (including within the Services). 
7.6.	You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any payment method utilised in connection with any Transaction and that you are in compliance with any terms and conditions applicable to such payment methods, and you agree that you are responsible for any use of your payment methods by minors. 
7.7.	By submitting the Payment Information, you grant KONAMI the right to provide the Payment Information to third parties for purposes of facilitating completion of Transactions initiated by you or on your behalf. Verification of the Payment Information may be required prior to acknowledgment or completion of any Transaction.
7.8.	You agree that Virtual Currency:
(a)	has no monetary value and has no value outside the Services; 
(b)	may not be sold, traded, transferred, or exchanged for cash; and
(c)	is non-refundable (including any unused Virtual Currency).
8.	Saved Data
KONAMI does not warrant that data or record of your use of the Services, or any save files, (Saved Data) will be preserved, or be usable, without error, bugs, corruption or loss. KONAMI may add, modify, make changes to, or delete Saved Data without obtaining your prior approval where (in its sole discretion) it deems necessary to maintain operation of the Services or it is in the users’ interest. KONAMI reserves the right to delete Saved Data that is not used for a long period of time.
9.	Monitoring, Deleting and Blocking
9.1.	KONAMI reserves the right, but is not obligated, to monitor and, in its sole discretion, to delete any materials and postings or to block (or request that Platform Providers block) users who have posted materials or acted in a manner, in each case, that KONAMI believes to violate this Agreement or to be unsuitable for the Services. 
9.2.	KONAMI also reserves the right to disclose any posting, the circumstances surrounding its transmission, and the identity of the poster, including without limitation in order to operate the Services properly, to protect KONAMI, its affiliated companies and other Services users, and to comply with legal obligations or governmental requests.
10.	Personal Data
Any personal information collected and used by KONAMI in connection with your use of the Services will be handled in accordance with KONAMI’s privacy notice separately presented to you when using the Services.
11.	Giveaways, sweepstakes, contests and similar promotions
Any giveaways, sweepstakes, contest, raffles and other promotions made available through the Services (Promotion) may be governed by specific rules that are separate from this Agreement. By participating in any such Promotion, you agree to comply with those rules, which may vary from terms and conditions set forth herein. With respect to any Promotion, in the event of any conflict between terms and conditions of such Promotion and this Agreement, the terms and conditions of such Promotion shall prevail.
12.	Third-Party Services 
The Services may provide you with opportunities to use services provided by, and/or link to websites, services, products, content or other material owned by or operated by third parties (including, without limitation, Platform Providers) (Third-Party Services). You acknowledge and agree that KONAMI does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any such Third-Party Services, and that you access and use such Third-Party Services at your own risk. KONAMI encourages you to review the privacy notices/policies and terms of use policies made available to you by such third parties. You acknowledge and agree that your use of Third-Party Services is at your own risk and is subject to terms and conditions of use applicable to such Third-Party Services.
13.	Disclaimer of Warranties 
13.1.	KONAMI makes no guarantees or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Services. Your access to and use of the Services is at your own risk. The Services are provided “AS IS” and KONAMI is not responsible for their use or misuse by you. Access to and use of the Services from locations where the Services may be illegal is prohibited, and you are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.
13.2.	Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, KONAMI disclaims, to the maximum extent permitted by law, any and all:
(a)	warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose (including suitability of the Services for your needs or requirements or those of any other person);
(b)	warranties against infringement of any third-party intellectual property or proprietary rights; 
(c)	warranties relating to the accuracy, reliability, correctness or completeness of the Services;
(d)	warranties relating to operation of the Services (including delays, interruptions, errors, viruses, defects or omissions);
(e)	warranties otherwise relating to performance, non-performance or other acts or omissions by KONAMI or any third party; and 
(f)	warranties that may arise in the course of dealing, course of performance or usage of trade. 
Applicable law may not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so some or all of the above exclusions may not apply to you.
13.3.	KONAMI and its affiliates, licensors, suppliers, advertisers, sponsors and agents, and each of their subsidiaries or affiliated entities and owners, shareholders, general and limited partners, directors, officers and employees of the foregoing entities (KONAMI Entities) provide no warranty that: (i) your use of the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, that defects will be corrected;  or (ii) the Services or the server(s) on which the Services are hosted are free from viruses or other harmful components. You acknowledge that you are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all telephone, computer hardware and other equipment and (where applicable) an internet connection needed to access and use the Services, and all charges related thereto. You assume all responsibility and risk for your use of the Services and your reliance thereon. No opinion, advice or statement of any KONAMI Entities, or of any user, visitor or fan of or to the Services, whether made in the Services or using any materials (such as software available through the Services), shall create any warranty.
14.	Limitation of liability
In no event shall KONAMI Entities be liable for any special, indirect, incidental, exemplary, punitive or consequential damages, or any other damages of any kind, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of profits or loss of data, whether in an action in contract, tort (including but not limited to negligence) or otherwise, arising out of or in any way connected with: (i) the use of or inability to use the Services; or (ii) any site or service linked from the Services; or (iii) the terms of this Agreement. In no event shall the aggregate liability of KONAMI and/or any of the KONAMI Entities, whether in contract, warranty, tort (including negligence, whether active, passive or imputed), product liability, strict liability or other theory, arising out of or relating to the use of or inability to use the Services or any site or service linked from the Services exceed the amount you pay, if any, to KONAMI for such activity. Some states or countries do not allow exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
15.	Indemnification
You agree to indemnify KONAMI, each of the KONAMI Entities and each of their affiliates and agents from any third-party lawsuits, claims, demands, damages, liabilities and costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Services in breach or alleged breach of the covenants, representations or warranties in this Agreement.
16.	Suspension or termination
16.1.	If you breach this Agreement or any of the other applicable terms, or if KONAMI suspects, in KONAMI’s sole discretion, fraudulent, abusive or unlawful activity associated with your account, KONAMI may immediately:
(a)	suspend or limit your access to the Services; or
(b)	terminate your account (if applicable). 
16.2.	Notwithstanding any other provision in this Agreement or other applicable terms to the contrary, KONAMI reserves the right to reduce, liquidate, suspend, deactivate, remove access to and/or terminate any and all Virtual Goods if KONAMI suspects, in its sole discretion, that:
(a)	you have used any Virtual Good(s) in violation of this Agreement, and/or any other applicable terms; and/or 
(b)	you have otherwise used any Virtual Good(s) to conduct any fraudulent or illegal activity.
16.3.	KONAMI may modify, suspend, discontinue or prohibit you from accessing the Services (or any portion of the Services) upon one months’ notice, for any reason, acting reasonably. In such instances, upon termination, your license to access and use the Services and any Materials (including any Virtual Currency and Virtual Goods) shall be automatically terminated or suspended, as applicable. KONAMI shall not be required to provide refunds, benefits or other compensation to you in connection with such termination or suspension.
17.	Termination by you
If you delete the Services from your device, your Virtual Goods may no longer be usable. Unless otherwise notified via a separate notification from KONAMI, you cannot transfer, assign, give away or request refund for your Virtual Goods.
18.	No Assignment
You may not lend, license, assign or succeed to any third party all or part of your rights, obligations, status or interests to use the Services.
19.	Variations depending on country or region 
You hereby acknowledge and agree that the Services may vary depending on countries/regions to comply with applicable laws and regulations.
20.	Severability
If any provision of this Agreement, or the Services thereof to any person, place or circumstance, shall be held to be invalid, void or otherwise unenforceable, such provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent possible so as to effect the intent of the parties, or, if incapable of such enforcement, shall be deemed to be deleted from this Agreement, and the remainder of this Agreement and such provisions as applied to other persons, places and circumstances shall remain in full force and effect.
21.	Waivers
21.1.	No waiver by KONAMI of any term, provision or condition of this Agreement, whether by conduct or otherwise, in any one or more instance, shall be deemed to be or be construed as a further or continuing waiver of any such term, provision or condition or as a waiver of any other term, provision or condition of this Agreement.
21.2.	KONAMI’s decision not to pursue legal action for any violation of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any terms contained in this Agreement or of KONAMI’s legal rights.
22.	Language
This Agreement have been prepared in, and will be construed in, the English language. Translated versions have been prepared for the convenience of users only. If there is any discrepancy in the meaning or interpretation of this Agreement between the English version and any translated version of this Agreement, the meaning and interpretation of this Agreement prepared in English shall prevail.
23.	Governing Law
23.1.	The terms of this Agreement, your access to and use of the Services and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or your access to and use of the Services or the subject matter or formation of this Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
23.2.	The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with the Services or this Agreement or its subject matter or formation.

2.	플랫폼 이용약관 
2.1.	서비스에 대한 액세스는 귀하가 서비스에 액세스하거나 서비스를 사용하는 플랫폼 공급자의 약관, 규칙 및 규정(플랫폼 약관)을 수락하고 준수해야 가능합니다.
2.2.	귀하가 서비스에 액세스하는 플랫폼은 본 계약서에서 플랫폼이라 지칭하며 이러한 플랫폼을 제공하는 공급자는 플랫폼 공급자라 칭합니다.
2.3.	KONAMI는 플랫폼 공급자와 관계가 없으므로 플랫폼 약관에 대한 통제권이 없으며 플랫폼 공급자의 작위 또는 부작위에 대해 어떤 책임도 지지 않습니다. KONAMI는 오로지 플랫폼이나 플랫폼 공급자가 아닌 제공하는 서비스에 한하여서만 책임을 갖습니다. 
2.4.	플랫폼 약관에 따라, 귀하께서 플랫폼을 통해 서비스에 액세스하거나 사용하려면 계정(플랫폼 계정)을 등록해야 합니다. 계정을 등록함에 있어 귀하는 본인의 계정에 대한 기밀 유지 책임이 있으며 귀하의 플랫폼 계정과 관련하여 또는 플랫폼 계정을 통해 발생하는 서비스와의 모든 상호 작용에 대해 전적인 책임을 갖게 됩니다. 또한, 귀하는 본인의 플랫폼 계정을 사용하여 행하는 모든 작업이 본인이 직접 수행한 작업으로 간주된다는 데 동의합니다. KONAMI is not responsible or liable for any information it provides in response to, or for any failure or delay in responding to, any questions, comments or other materials in respect of the Services.

3.	법적 행위 능력과 부모 및 법적 보호자의 동의 
3.1.	귀하가 18세 미만 (또는 귀하의 거주 국가에서 법적 행위 능력이 있는 연령 미만)인 경우에는 귀하를 위해 귀하의 부모 또는 법적 보호자가 본 계약서를 읽고 동의해야 합니다.
3.2.	귀하가 거주하는 나라에서 본인이 법적 행위 능력의 연령에 도달했는지 정확히 알지 못하거나 본 계약의 내용을 명확히 이해하지 못하는 경우, 귀하의 부모 또는 법적 보호자에게 도움을 요청하기 전에는 본 서비스의 사용을 금합니다. 
3.3.	귀하가 미성년자의 부모이거나 법적 보호자인 경우, 귀하와 귀하의 미성년자는 본 계약의 이용 약관을 수락하고 준수하는 것에 동의하며, 귀하는 미성년자의 서비스 사용에서 발생하는 구매를 감독할 책임을 가집니다.  
3.4.	부모 및 법적 보호자에게 해당 자녀가 사용하는 디바이스 또는 플랫폼에서 자녀를 보호하기 위한 적합한 컨트롤 기능이 있을 시 이를 사용할 것을 권장합니다. 

4.	지적 재산권 및 라이선스
4.1.	본 서비스에 대한 모든 지적 재산권과 텍스트, 시청각 자료, 가상 통화 (아래 정의한 대로) 및 가상 상품 (아래 정의한 대로) (총체적으로 ‘자료’라 칭함)과 같이 서비스 안에서 사용 가능하거나 통합된 모든 정보 및 자료는 전 지구적으로 KONAMI (또는 KONAMI의 라이선스 허가자)의 소유이며, 본 서비스에 대한 권리는 귀하에게 라이선스로만 부여하며 이는 판매하는 것이 아닙니다. 즉, 귀하는 본 계약서에 따라 해당 서비스 또는 자료를 사용할 수 있는 권리만 가지며 해당 서비스 또는 그 어떤 자료에 대한 지적 재산권도 갖지 않습니다. 
4.2.	KONAMI는 귀하에게 개인적이고 제한적이며 취소 가능하나 양도는 불가능한 라이선스를 부여하며 이는 개인적이고 비상업적인 용도로 플랫폼에서 제공하는 방식으로만 해당 서비스와 자료에 액세스하고 사용할 수 있음을 의미합니다. 즉, 본 계약서의 그 어떤 내용도 또는 서비스에 해당하는 그 어떤 내용도 KONAMI의 사전 서면 동의 없이 서비스나 자료 또는 그 외 KONAMI 또는 제3자의 저작권이 있는 상표 또는 지적 재산권을 상업적으로 사용할 수 있는 라이선스나 권리를 부여하거나 부여하는 것으로 해석되어서는 안 됩니다.
5.	사용자 콘텐츠
5.1.	서비스 내에서 또는 그 자료와 관련하여 귀하가 창조하거나 생성하는 모든 콘텐츠 (사용자 콘텐츠)는 귀하의 책임이며 그 책임에는 아래 사항이 포함됩니다: 
(a)	사용자 콘텐츠에 관련된 제3자로부터 모든 필요한 동의 또는 라이선스를 반드시 취득할 책임; 그리고  
(b)	사용자 콘텐츠를 온라인이나 다른 곳에 게시하는 행위에 대한 책임.
KONAMI는 사용자 콘텐츠에 대해 그 어떤 법적 책임도 지지 않습니다.
5.2.	사용자 콘텐츠는 아래 내용을 포함합니다:
(a)	서비스 사용에서 캡처한 모든 콘텐츠 (예: 게임 플레이 이미지나 장면) 그리고
(b)	서비스 내에서 또는 그 외 다른 용도로 사용하기 위해 서비스 기능을 이용해서 생성한 콘텐츠 (예: 지도, 시나리오, 디자인, 아이템, 캐릭터 및 서비스의 일부로 생성할 수 있는 기타 콘텐츠).
5.3.	귀하는 제3자의 지적 재산권을 침해하거나 법에 위배되거나, 본 계약서 또는 제3자의 개인 정보 보호 권리 또는 퍼블리시티권을 위반하는 사용자 콘텐츠를 온라인 (예: 소셜 미디어 플랫폼이나 영상을 공유하는 웹사이트 등)에 업로드하거나 그 외 다른 곳에 게시할 수 없습니다.
5.4.	서비스를 통해서 사용자 콘텐츠를 생성하고 해당 서비스 내에서 사용할 수 있는 경우 KONAMI는 단독 재량으로 그러한 사용자 콘텐츠를 어떤 이유로든 삭제, 편집 또는 비활성화할 수 있으며 이는 사용자 콘텐츠가 본 계약 조건을 위반하는 경우를 포함합니다. 
5.5.	사용자 콘텐츠에 관하여, 귀하는 KONAMI에게 비독점적이며, 저작권 무료이고, 영구적이며, 양도 가능하고, 전 세계적으로 2차 라이선스를 부여할 수 있고, 공개 게재할 수 있고, 복제, 수정, 편집, 또는 다른 저작물과 합치거나, 파생 저작물을 생성하거나, 공개적으로 행사하거나 전시할 수 있는 권리를  부여하며 이러한 권리는 사용자 콘텐츠를 악용하지 않는 한 현재 또는 미래에 존재하는 방법과 수단을 사용하여 해당 사용자 콘텐츠 전체 또는 일부를 수행 또는 전시할 수 있음을 의미하며 이에 대해 귀하는 본인 또는 제3자가 그 어떤 종류의 금전적 지급도 받지 않음에 동의합니다. 
6.	사용자 행동 규칙 
6.1.	귀하는 서비스를 사용하는 동안 모든 해당 법률과 규칙 및 규정을 준수합니다.
6.2.	귀하는 서비스를 사용함에 있어 타인의 권리와 존엄성을 존중해야 합니다.
6.3.	본 서비스의 사용은 귀하께서 아래 섹션에 명시된 행동 규칙에 따르는 것을 조건으로 합니다. 하여, 이 규칙을 준수하지 않으면 귀하가 서비스를 사용하고 액세스할 수 있는 라이선스는 해지될 수 있음을 알려드립니다.
6.4.	귀하는 아래 행동을 하지 않을 것에 동의합니다: 
(a)	서비스를 통해서 또는 서비스와 연계하여, 게시하거나 전송 또는 그 외 다른 가능한 방식으로 제공하는 행위:
(i)	(a) 협박, 괴롭힘, 비하, 혐오 또는 위협적이거나 그럴 수 있는 모든 것; (b) 명예 훼손; (c) 사기나 불법적인 행위; (d) 음란하거나 외설적이거나, 포르노 그래픽이나 기타 모든 불쾌한 것; (e) 권리 소유자로부터 명시적인 사전 동의 없이 저작권, 상표권, 거래 비밀, 퍼블리시티권 또는 그 외 소유권에 의해 보호되는 것, (f) 주류, 담배 제품, 탄약 또는 총기 판매와 관련된 것; 또는 (g) 내기 또는 도박과 관련된 것;
(ii)	형사 또는 민사적인 법적 책임을 야기할 수 있는 모든 자료로; 형사 상의 범죄를 구성하는 행위를 조장하거나 "해킹", 불법적이고 악의적인 해킹 ("크래킹") 또는 "원격 통신 시스템 해킹" (“프리킹”)과 같은 불법 활동에 대하여 교육적인 정보를 제공하거나 그러한 불법행위를 조장할 수 있는 콘텐츠;
(iii)	바이러스, 악성 컴퓨터 웜, 트로이 목마, 이스터에그, 시한폭탄, 스파이웨어 또는 그 외 컴퓨터 코드나 파일 또는 프로그램에 잠재적으로 유해하거나 침입적이거나 컴퓨터 작동을 손상하거나 하이재킹 하거나 그 사용을 모니터링할 수 있거나 또는 그러한 의도를 가진 일체의 하드웨어, 소프트웨어 및 기기;
(iv)	요청받지 않았거나 승인받지 않은 광고물이나 판촉 자료 일체, "정크 메일", "스팸", 연쇄 통신물 ("행운의 편지"), "피라미드 체계", 투자 기회 또는 그 외 모든 형태의 권유; 그리고
(v)	적절한 승인을 받지 않은 회사에 대한 비공개 정보나 그에 관련된 모든 자료,
(b)	사기 또는 불법적인 목적을 위해 서비스를 사용하는 행위;
(c)	서비스 사용자인 귀하 또는 다른 이가 불공정한 이익을 취하기 위해 치트 (“cheats”), 엑스플로잇 (“exploits”), 자동화 소프트웨어, 봇 (“bots”), 해킹, 모드 (“mods”) 또는 승인받지 않은 제3자 소프트웨어, 버그 또는 오류로 서비스를 부당하게 사용하는 행위를 포함한 일체의 불법행위. 또한 그러한 버그나 오류를 다른 사람(KONAMI 제외)에게 알리지 않는 데 동의하는 행위;
(d)	치트(“cheats”), 자동화 소프트웨어, 봇 (”bots”), 해킹, 모드(“mods”) 또는 그 외 모든 승인받지 않은 제3자 소프트웨어의 설계나 그러한 설계를 돕기 위해 서비스를 사용하는 행위;
(e)	본 서비스를 사용하여 명예 훼손, 학대, 괴롭힘, 스토킹, 위협 등을 포함한 다른 사람의 법적 권리에 반하는 행위로 타인의 사생활 권리나 퍼블리시티 권리뿐만 아니라 서비스를 사용하는 다른 사용자에 대한 개인적으로 식별 가능한 데이터나 정보를 수집하여 모으는 일체의 행위;
(f)	개인이나 단체를 사칭하는 행위로, KONAMI를 대신하는 행위뿐 아니라; 서비스와 연관된 다른 사람이나 단체와 본인 간의 관계를 거짓으로 진술하거나 허위로 알리는 행위 또는 귀하가 하는 진술에 대해 KONAMI가 그 진술을 보증한다고 명시하거나 암시하는 일체의 행위;   
(g)	서비스 자체의 운영 또는 서비스를 운영 가능케 하는 데 사용되는 모든 서버 및 네트워크의 작동을 방해하거나 개입하는 행위로, 서비스 또는 해당 서버나 네트워크에 비합리적 또는 불균형적으로 막대한 로딩을 하는 행위뿐 아니라 관련 네트워크의 요구 사항, 절차, 방침 또는 규정을 위반하는 일체의 행위; 
(h)	다른 사람이 서비스를 사용하는 것을 제한하거나 금지하는 행위로서 서비스의 어느 일부라도 해킹하거나 훼손하는 것을 포함하는 일체의 행위;
(i)	상품이나 서비스를 광고하거나 판매 또는 구매를 제안하기 위해 본 서비스를 사용하는 행위;
(j)	본인의 상업적인 목적을 위해 라이선스 하거나, 2차 라이선스 하거나, 양도, 선임, 재생산, 복제, 복사, 판매, 재판매, 배포 또는 그 외 방식으로 본 서비스의 어떤 일부라도 이용하거나 액세스하는 행위;
(k)	KONAMI의 사전 승인 없이 서비스의 어떤 일부라도 복제하거나, 수정하거나, 개작하거나, 출판하거나, 배포하거나, 방송에 내보내거나, 파생물을 제작하거나, 번역하거나, 리버스 엔지니어링으로 모방하거나, 디컴파일 하거나 분해하는 일체의 행위; 
(l)	서비스 또는 서비스에서 나온 자료의 저작권, 상표 또는 그 외 소유권 공고문을 없애는 행위;
(m)	KONAMI의 명확한 사전 서면 동의 없이 서비스의 그 어떤 일부라도 프레이밍 (“framing”) 하거나 미러링 (“mirroring”) 하는 행위;
(n)	서비스나 서비스 관련 자료를 체계적으로 다운로드하고 저장하여 데이터베이스를 생성하는 행위;
(o)	KONAMI의 명시적인 사전 서면 동의 없이 로봇, 스파이더, 사이트 검색/ 정보 검색 응용 또는 그 외 수동 또는 자동 장치를 사용하여 검색, 인덱싱, 스크래핑 (“scrape”), "데이터 마이닝" (“data mine”) 또는 어떤 방식으로든 자료를 수집하거나 본 서비스의 검색 구조를 우회 또는 보여주는 일체의 행위;
(p)	아동 매춘, 포르노그래피를 위해 아동을 착취하거나 아동 학대를 불러올 수 있는 가능성이 있는 행위에 가담하거나 미성년자로 하여금 나쁜 행동을 하게 하거나 그들에게 악영향을 미치거나 미칠 수 있는 행동을 조장하는 일체의 행위 (미성년자에게 음주나 흡연 또는 도박, 성인 또는 섹스 엔터테인먼트와 관련된 정보를 포스팅하거나 그들이 사용하기에 부적합한 사이트에 엑세스할 수 있도록 권유하는 일체의 행위 포함); 
(q)	자살이나 약물 남용을 부추기거나 조장하는 행위 또는 성적이고 외설적인 행위를 위한 모임으로 이들을 끌어들이는 일체의 행위;
(r)	특정 개인을 식별하거나 직접 액세스하는 것을 가능케하는 정보를 포스팅하거나 그런 정보를 요청하는 일체의 행위 (예: 전화번호, 이메일 주소, SNS 서비스 계정);
(s)	선거 캠페인 또는 정치적 참여나 그 외 유사한 활동 참여를 위한 일체의 행위; 
(t)	제3자의 개인적인 데이터 (주소, 이메일 주소, 전화번호, 신용카드 번호, 계좌 번호 포함)를 포스팅하거나 공개하거나 수집 또는 축적하는 일체의 행위;
(u)	플랫폼 계정이나 데이터 (개인 데이터 포함하여), 캐릭터 또는 서비스 내의 아이템을 거래, 양도, 판매, 구매, 또는 현금화하는 실제적인 금전 거래, 자산이나 정보 (개인 정보 포함)를 구매 또는 판매하거나 이에 준하는 일체의 진술이나 행위;
(v)	KONAMI의 명시적인 허락 없이 서비스 내의 데이터, 캐릭터 또는 아이템을 할당, 교환, 대여, 또는 라이선스 하는 것을 포함한 이와 유사한 일체의 행위; 
(w)	자신의 이득을 취하기 위해 또는 그 외 다른 부적절한 목적을 위해 본 서비스에 결함을 야기하거나 문제를 일으키는 현상을 초래할 수 있는 프로그램을 사용 또는 사용하려는 일체의 행위;
(x)	본 섹션에 명시된 상기 행위를 선동, 조장 또는 교사하는데 관여하는 일체의 행위; 그리고
(y)	KONAMI가 부적절하다고 판단하는 행위에 관여하는 일체의 행위.

7.	가상 상품 및 가상 통화
7.1.	KONAMI는 서비스 내에서만 가상 상품 (가상 상품)에 액세스하고 사용할 수 있는 개인적이고 제한적이며 취소 가능하나 양도 불가능한 라이선스를 구매할 수 있는 기회를 제공할 수 있으며 본 라이선스는 오직 귀하의 개인적이고 비상업적인 용도로만 사용이 가능합니다. 구매를 마친 가상 상품은 반품, 교환 또는 환불이 불가능합니다. 
7.2.	해당 서비스의 기능에 따라 아래 방식을 통해서 가상 상품을 구매할 수 있습니다:
(a)	직접 결제; 또는 
(b)	가상 통화로 구매하는 방식 (예: 가상 코인, 토큰 또는 포인트)으로 본 서비스나 KONAMI가 승인한 제 3자 공급자로부터 얻거나 구매한 가상 통화 (가상 통화). 
본 계약서 또는 서비스에 반대되는 사항이 있더라도 귀하는 자료에 대한 권리나 소유권이 없음에 동의합니다. 이 자료에는 가상 상품뿐 아니라 "획득" 또는 "구매"한 가상 화폐를 포함하며 그러한 가상 상품 및 가상 통화가 실제 통화 또는 그 외 저장 가치 또는 그에 상응하는 잔액을 구성하거나 나타내지 않음을 의미합니다.
7.3.	귀하는 KONAMI가 명시적으로 제공하지 않는 한 가상 상품 및 가상 화폐에 액세스하거나 사용할 수 있도록 2차 라이선스, 임차, 대여, 판매, 선물, 유증, 거래, 양도할 수 없으며 이러한 행위를 시도하는 것을 금하며 그러한 일체의 시도는 무효입니다.    
7.4.	귀하는 KONAMI 또는 KONAMI가 승인한 제3자 공급자로부터 본인을 위한 개인적인 용도로 라이선스를 얻거나 취득하지 않은 경우에는 그 어떤 가상 상품이나 가상 화폐도 사용하거나 액세스하려고 시도해서는 안 됩니다. 귀하가 구매한 가상 통화의 잔액을 일정 기간 동안 사용하지 않거나 KONAMI가 귀하의 서비스 액세스나 사용을 종료 또는 중단하는 경우 KONAMI는 KONAMI의 법적 의무에 따라 귀하의 잔액을 처리할 수 있으며 이는 적용되는 법률에 따라 귀하가 구매한 가상 화폐 잔액에 해당하는 자금을 적합한 관리 기관에 회부하는 것을 포함합니다. 
7.5.	귀하가 본 서비스를 통해 KONAMI가 제공하는 가상 통화를 구매할 경우(각각의 구매는 거래라 칭함), 귀하는 해당 거래에 관한 특정한 정보를 제공해 달라는 요청을 받을 수 있습니다. 이러한 정보에는 결제 정보 (예: 귀하의 신용/직불 카드 번호, 카드 만료일 및 청구 주소)와 그 외 결제에 필요한 정보 (예: 이름 및 주소) (총체적으로 결제 정보라 칭함)가 포함될 수 있습니다. 모든 가상 통화를 이용한 구매와 사용에 적용되는 이용 약관은 귀하에게 통지될 수 있습니다(서비스 내 포함)
7.6.	귀하는 거래에 사용되는 모든 지불 방법에 대한 법적 권리가 있음과 지불 방법에 적용하는 모든 이용 약관을 준수한다는 것을 밝히고 보증합니다. 또한 미성년자를 위해 귀하가 사용하는 일체의 지불 방식에 전적인 책임을 진다는 것에 동의합니다.  
7.7.	귀하는 지불 관련 정보를 당사에 제출함으로써 KONAMI가 귀하 또는 귀하를 대신하여 지불하는 거래를 완료할 목적으로 제3자에게 귀하의 지불 정보를 제공할 권리를 부여합니다. 모든 거래는 그 거래를 승인하거나 완료하기 전에 결제 정보를 확인하는 검증이 필요할 수 있습니다.
7.8.	귀하는 가상 화폐에 대해 아래와 같이 동의합니다:
(a)	금전적 가치가 없고 서비스 외에서는 가치가 없으며;
(b)	현금으로 판매, 거래, 양도 또는 교환할 수 없으며; 그리고
(c)	환불받을 수 없음 (사용하지 않은 가상 통화 포함).
8.	저장된 데이터
KONAMI는 귀하가 서비스 사용에서 저장하는 데이터나 리코딩 또는 일체의 모든 저장된 파일 (저장된 데이터)이 오류, 버그, 변질 또는 손실 없이 보존되거나 사용할 수 있다고 보증하지 않습니다. KONAMI는 서비스의 운영을 유지하기 위해 필요하다고 판단되거나 사용자에게 도움이 되는 경우 (단독 재량에 따라) 귀하의 사전 승인 없이 저장된 데이터를 추가, 수정, 변경 또는 삭제할 수 있습니다. 또한, KONAMI는 사용자가 장기간 사용하지 않는 저장된 데이터를 삭제할 권리를 갖습니다.
9.	모니터링, 삭제 및 차단 
9.1.	KONAMI는 단독 재량으로 모든 자료와 포스팅을 모니터링하고 삭제할 수 있는 비의무적인 권리를 가지며 사용자가 포스팅한 자료가 본 계약서를 위반하거나 서비스에 부적절하다고 판단하는 각각의 경우에 대해 해당 사용자의 포스팅을 삭제하고 차단 (또는 플랫폼 제공자에게 차단을 요청) 하는 권리를 갖습니다.   
9.2.	KONAMI는 또한 KONAMI와 그 계열사 및 기타 서비스 사용자를 보호하고, 법적 의무를 다하고, 정부 차원의 요청에 따르는 것을 포함하여 서비스를 제대로 운영하기 위해 어떤 포스팅이나 거래에 관련된 정황, 포스팅을 게재한 사용자의 신원을 공개할 수 있는 권리를 갖습니다.    

10.	개인 정보 
귀하의 서비스 사용으로부터 KONAMI가 수집하고 사용하는 모든 개인 정보는 KONAMI의 개인 정보 보호 고지에 따라 처리되며 이 고지는 귀하가 서비스를 사용할 때 별도로 제공합니다.  
11.	경품, 경품 행사, 콘테스트 및 이와 유사한 프로모션 
서비스를 통해 사용자에게 제공되는 경품, 경품 행사, 콘테스트, 추첨 및 기타 판촉 행사 (프로모션)는 본 계약서와는 별도인 특정 규칙에 따를 수 있습니다. 이러한 프로모션에 참여함으로써 귀하는 여기에 명시된 본 이용 약관과 상이할 수 있는 프로모션 관련 규칙을 준수하는 데 동의합니다. 해당 프로모션의 이용 약관과 본 계약서의 이용 약관이 상충하는 경우에는 해당 프로모션의 이용 약관이 우선합니다. 
12.	제3자 서비스 
본 서비스는 귀하로 하여금 제3자 (플랫폼 제공자를 포함하나 이에 국한되지 않음)가 소유하거나 운영하는 웹사이트, 서비스, 제품, 콘텐츠 또는 그 외 자료를 사용할 수 있는 링크 및 그러한 기회를 제공받을 수 있습니다 (제3자 서비스). 이에 관하여 귀하는 KONAMI가 제3자 서비스를 보증하지 않으며 이에 대한 어떠한 법적 책임도 지지 않으며, 제3자 서비스에 대한 액세스 및 사용은 귀하의 전적인 책임이라는 것에 이해하고 동의합니다. KONAMI는 귀하가 제3자로부터 제공받는 개인 정보 보호 고지/방침 및 이용 약관을 검토할 것을 권장합니다. 귀하가 제3자의 서비스를 사용하는 것은 귀하가 그 위험을 각오하고 책임지는 것이며 제3자 서비스가 적용하는 이용 약관에 따르는 것을 알고 동의하는 것입니다. 

13.	보증 면책 
13.1.	KONAMI는 서비스와 관련하여 명시적이든 묵시적이든 어떠한 종류의 보장이나 보증도 하지 않습니다. 귀하의 서비스 액세스와 사용은 귀하의 책임입니다. 서비스는 "있는 그대로" 제공하는 것이며 이에 대해 KONAMI는 귀하의 사용 또는 오용에 대한 책임을 지지 않습니다. 본 서비스가 불법일 수 있는 곳에서 서비스에 액세스하거나 사용하는 것을 금지하며 귀하는 귀하가 거주하는 현지의 법률을 준수할 책임이 있습니다.
13.2.	앞서 밝힌 면책 내용의 일반성을 포함하여, KONAMI는 법률이 허용하는 최대한의 한도로 아래 사항에 대한 면책을 갖습니다: 
(a)	특정한 목적에 대한 상품성이나 적합성에 대한 보증 (귀하의 니즈 및 요구 사항 또는 다른 사람의 요구 사항에 대한 서비스의 적합성 포함);
(b)	제3자의 지적 재산권이나 소유권 침해에 관한 보증;
(c)	서비스의 정확성, 신뢰성, 올바름 또는 완전성과 관련된 보증;
(d)	서비스 운영에 대한 보증 (지연, 방해, 오류, 바이러스, 결함 또는 누락 포함)
(e)	KONAMI 또는 제3자의 이행, 불이행 또는 그 외 행동 또는 누락에 관한 보증; 그리고
(f)	거래 과정, 이행 과정 또는 거래 사용 과정에서 발생할 수 있는 일에 대한 보증.
적용 가능한 법률이 이와 같은 묵시적 보증 면책을 허용하지 않을 수 있으므로 상기 나열된 면책 내용의 일부나 전부는 귀하에게 적용되지 않을 수 있습니다. 
13.3.	KONAMI와 그 계열사, 라이선스 제공자, 공급업체, 광고업체, 스폰서 및 에이전트, 그리고 이들 각각의 자회사, 계열사, 소유주, 주주, 일반 및 유한 파트너, 이사, 임원 및 직원 (KONAMI 기업체)은 다음에 관한 보증에 면책을 가집니다: (i) 귀하의 서비스 사용이 방해받지 않고, 오류가 없고, 안전하며, 결함이 수정된다. 또는 (ii) 서비스 또는 서비스를 호스팅 하는 서버에 바이러스나 다른 유해한 구성 요소가 없다. 귀하는 서비스에 액세스하고 사용하기 위해 필요한 모든 전화, 컴퓨터 하드웨어 및 기타 장비와 (해당하는 경우) 인터넷 연결을 하고 유지 관리할 책임과 이와 관한 일체의 요금에 대한 책임이 있음을 인정하고 동의합니다. 귀하는 서비스 사용 및 이에 대한 귀하의 의존에 대한 모든 책임과 위험을 감수합니다. 모든 KONAMI 법인체 또는 서비스를 사용하는 모든 사용자, 방문자 또는 팬의 의견이나 조언 또는 진술은 서비스에서 작성되었거나 자료(예: 서비스를 통해 사용할 수 있는 소프트웨어)를 사용하여 작성되었는지의 여부와 무관하게 그 어떠한 보증도 받지 않습니다.
14.	법적 책임 제한 
KONAMI 기업체는 어떤 경우에도 사용으로 인한 손실, 이익 손실 또는 데이터 손실을 포함하나 이에 국한되지 않는 특별한, 간접적, 우발적, 전형적, 처벌적 또는 이에 따른 결과적 손해 또는 그 외 모든 종류의 손해에 대해 법적인 책임을 지지 않으며 이는 본 계약서 상의 행위인지와 무관하게 모든 불법 행위 (과실을 포함하나 이에 국한되지 않음) 또는 (i) 서비스 사용 또는 사용 불능으로 인한 ; 또는 (ii) 서비스에 링크된 사이트나 서비스로 인한; 또는 (iii) 본 계약서의 이행 약관과 연계하여 발생하는 일체의 경우에도 적용합니다. 어떤 경우에도 계약, 보증, 불법 행위(적극적, 수동적 또는 전가된 과실을 포함), 제품에 대한 법적 책임, 무과실 책임 또는 그 외 이론에 관계없이 귀하의 서비스 사용으로 인하여 또는 서비스를 사용할 수 없음으로 인하여 또는 서비스에 연결된 사이트나 그 서비스의 사용으로 인하여 발생한 일에 대한 KONAMI 기업체의 책임은 귀하가 KONAMI에 지불한 금액을 초과하지 않습니다. 일부 국가나 지역에서는 우발적 또는 결과적으로 발생하는 손해에 대한 면책이나 제한을 허용하지 않으므로 본 조항은  귀하에게 적용되지 않을 수 있습니다.
15.	배상 
귀하는 KONAMI 서비스를 사용함에 있어 본 계약서의 계약 내용이나, 진술 또는 보증을 위반했거나 위반한 것으로 의심되는 경우 이로 인해 발생하는 제3자 소송, 청구, 요구, 손해, 법적 책임 및 비용 및 경비 (타당한 변호사 비용 포함)로부터 KONAMI, 각각의 KONAMI 기업체 및 각 계열사 및 대리인을 면책하는 데 동의합니다. 
16.	계약 중지 및 종료 
16.1.	귀하가 본 계약서나 기타 적용 가능한 이용 약관을 위반하거나 KONAMI의 단독 재량에 따라서 귀하의 계정과 관련한 사기, 남용 또는 불법 활동이 의심되는 경우에 KONAMI는 다음과 같은 일을 즉각적으로 수행할 수 있습니다:
(a)	서비스에 대한 액세스를 중지하거나 제한한다; 또는
(b)	해당 계정을 해지한다 (필요한 경우)
16.2.	본 계약서의 다른 조항이나 그 외 상반되는 적용 가능한 조건에도 불구하고, 다음과 같이 의심되는 일이 발생할 경우에는 KONAMI는 단독 재량으로 귀하의 모든 가상 상품에 대한 액세스를 줄이거나, 청산하거나, 일시 중지하거나, 비활성화하거나, 없애거나 종료할 수 있는 권리를 갖습니다:  
(a)	귀하가 본 계약서의 내용이나 그 외 적용 가능한 조건을 위반하며 가상 상품을 사용한 경우; 또는
(b)	귀하가 사기 또는 불법적인 활동을 하기 위해 가상 상품을 사용한 경우.
16.3.	KONAMI는 어떤 이유로든 합당한 방식 하에 귀하에게 1개월의 통지를 주고 귀하의 서비스 (또는 서비스의 일부)에 대한 액세스를 수정, 일시 중지, 중단 또는 금지할 수 있습니다. 서비스를 종료하는 경우에는 귀하가 서비스 및 모든 자료 (가상 통화 및 가상 상품 포함)에 액세스하고 사용할 수 있게 하는 귀하의 라이선스는 자동으로 종료되거나 중단됩니다. 종료 또는 중단에 대해 KONAMI는 귀하에게 환불, 혜택 또는 기타 보상을 제공하지 않습니다. 
17.	사용자에 의한 종료 
귀하가 사용하는 기기에서 서비스를 삭제하면 가상 상품을 더 이상 사용할 수 없습니다. KONAMI에서 별도로 귀하에게 통지하지 않는 한 귀하는 가상 상품을 양도, 할당, 인도하거나 환불을 요청할 수 없습니다. 
18.	양도 금지 
귀하는 서비스 사용에 관한 귀하의 권리, 의무, 지위 또는 이익의 전부 또는 일부를 제3자에게 대여, 라이선스 부여, 할당 또는 승계할 수 없습니다.
19.	국가 또는 지역에 따른 차이
귀하는 거주하는 국가나 지역의 법률 및 규정 준수에 입각하여 본 서비스가 상이할 수 있음을 인정하고 이에 동의합니다.
20.	분리성
어느 사람이나 장소 또는 상황에 따라 본 계약서의 내용이나 서비스의 조항이 유효하지 않거나 무효이거나 그 외 달리 시행할 수 없는 경우 이에 해당하는 조항은 당사자의 의도를 따르기 위해 가능한 최대 범위까지 시행합니다. 또한 그러한 최대한의 시행이 불가능한 경우 본 계약서에서는 해당 조항이 삭제된 것으로 간주하나 본 계약서의 나머지 내용과 다른 사람, 장소 및 상황에 적용되는 계약 조항은 온전한 법적 효력을 유지합니다.
21.	권리 포기
21.1.	본 계약서의 내용, 조항 또는 조건에 대한 KONAMI의 모든 각각의 권리 포기는 이행 또는 불이행과 무관하게, 그러한 하나의 또는 그 이상의 경우에 해당되는 계약서의 내용, 조항 또는 조건을 포함하여 본 계약서 외의 다른 내용, 조항 또는 조건에 추가적이거나 지속적인 권리 포기로 간주되거나 해석되지 않습니다. 
21.2.	본 계약을 위반할 경우, 그에 대해 법적 조치를 취하지 않기로 하는 KONAMI의 결정은 본 계약서에 포함된 조건 또는 KONAMI의 법적 권리를 포기하는 것으로 해석되지 않습니다.
22.	언어
본 계약서는 영어로 작성되었으며 영어로 해석됩니다. 번역본은 오로지 사용자의 편의를 위해 준비되었습니다. 본 계약서의 영어 버전과 번역본 사이에 의미나 해석에 차이가 있는 경우 영어로 작성된 본 계약서의 의미와 해석이 우선합니다.
23.	준거법
23.1.	본 계약서의 약관, 귀하의 서비스에 대한 액세스 및 사용, 본 계약서 또는 서비스 액세스 및 사용 관련, 본 계약서의 관련 주제와 구성 양식에 관한 일체의 분쟁이나 청구 (비계약적 분쟁이나 청구 포함)는 잉글랜드와 웨일즈의 법률에 준거하고 해석합니다.
23.2.	잉글랜드와 웨일즈 법원은 본 서비스 또는 본 계약서 또는 그 주제  또는 구성 양식과 관련하여 발생하는 일체의 분쟁이나 청구 (비계약적 분쟁 또는 청구 포함)를 해소할 단독 관할권을 가집니다.
