This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you (the end user) and the developer of Success ("Developer").
By installing or using the game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. License Grant

The Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the game solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• distribute, sell, or rent the game;
• modify, decompile, or attempt to obtain the source code;
• use the game for commercial purposes without the Developer’s permission.

3. Ownership

All rights to the game, including code, graphics, music, and other assets, remain the property of the Developer. The game is licensed, not sold.

4. Updates

The Developer may release updates or patches for the game. Such updates are also subject to this Agreement.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The game is provided "as is." The Developer makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted operation or freedom from errors.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Developer is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the game.

7. Termination

This Agreement remains in effect for as long as you use the game, or it is installed or downloaded on your end device. The Developer may terminate it without notice if you violate the terms.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of your country of residence.
