END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)Effective Date: 04.12.2024
This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a binding contract between you ("User") and Byting Games e.K. ("Company") for the use of the game, STUNTBOOST ("Game"). By downloading, installing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not download, install, or use the Game.
1. Anonymous Information Collection1.1 Types of Information CollectedThe Game may collect and process certain types of anonymous information to improve the gameplay experience, enhance security, analyze user behavior, and for other legitimate purposes. Examples of such information include:
- Gameplay statistics (e.g., levels completed, medals gained, session durations).
- Performance information (e.g., lags, crash reports).
1.2 No Personally Identifiable InformationThe information collected will not include personally identifiable information ("PII") such as your name, email address, phone number, or any other data that can directly identify you.
1.3 Purpose of Information CollectionThe information is collected solely for the following purposes:
- To analyze and optimize Game performance and user experience.
- To identify and address technical issues or bugs.
- To generate aggregate statistics for research or development purposes.
1.4 Your RightsBy using the Game, you acknowledge and agree to the collection of anonymous information as described in this Agreement. If you do not agree, you may uninstall the Game.
2. Data SecurityThe Company takes reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the anonymous information collected. While no system is completely secure, the Company strives to ensure that the data collected is safeguarded against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
3. Compliance with LawsThe Company complies with all applicable laws and regulations concerning the collection and use of anonymous data, including but not limited to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
4. Changes to this AgreementThe Company reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be communicated to Users when starting the Game from Steam, and continued use of the Game after such changes will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
