END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT ("EULA")

I. GENERAL:

1.You conclude this EULA with Trefl S.A. ("Trefl"), which grants You a license to use the game
"Spy Guy Hidden Objects Deluxe Edition" (the "Game").

2.If You agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this EULA, the Game license is granted you under them.

3.If You agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this EULA, you should select the "I AGREE" option to install the Game and confirm your acceptance to this EULA. If You do not agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this EULA, Trefl will not grant You license and You will not be able to install the Game.

4.You may not use the Game in other ways than as permitted by the license granted under this EULA.

5.Trefl reserves the right to update this EULA from time to time. You will be informed. In order to continue using the Game, You will be required to accept updated EULA. Otherwise, the EULA
is terminated.

II. DEFINITIONS:

1)EULA – this End-User License Agreement of the Game;

2)GAME – "Spy Guy Hidden Object Deluxe Edition";

3)TREFL – Trefl Spółka Akcyjna, a company incorporated under Polish law, with its registered office at 81-155 Gdynia, 25 Kontenerowa Street, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court Gdańsk – North in Gdańsk, VIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000036560, NIP 585-13-57-118, REGON 191928047, with the share capital in the amount of PLN 25,812,800, paid in full;

4)YOU – the end user of the Game.

III. LICENSE:

1.Trefl grants You a paid license to use the Game. The license is non-exclusive, non-transferable and territorially unlimited. The license is granted upon delivery of the Game to You and terminates upon termination of the EULA.

2.The License entitles You to use the Game, without the right to sublicense, in the following fields of exploitation:

1) install one copy of the Game on your computer equipment;

2) use of a single installation of the Game on computer hardware;

3) temporary reproduction (backup) in the memory of computer equipment, necessary for the use of the Game;

4) adapting the Game necessary to use it via computer hardware (hardware and software configuration).

3.Commercial use of the Game is prohibited.

4.Your breach of the terms of this license entitles Trefl to terminate the EULA without any notice.

IV. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Game and all of its components are the property of Trefl or its licensors and they own the right to any copies thereof. You do not have any rights to it other than those described in Part III of the EULA above.

V. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Trefl shall not be liable for damages resulting from the possession, use, misuse or failure of the Game, including damages to property, personal rights, loss of profits, lost or damaged data, failure of computer equipment.

VI. FINAL PROVISIONS

1.This EULA is effective as of ______ 2024.

2.Any irregularities related to the functioning of the Game and other reservations may be reported by You in writing to the e-mail address indicated in the EULA.

3.In the complaint, You should provide data enabling unambiguous identification of You,
Your correspondence address, as well as the nature and date of the irregularities and other objections found. Trefl will respond to the content of the complaint within 14 days.

4.You and Trefl agree to amicably resolve any disputes that may arise. If You and Trefl are unable
to reach an consent, any disputes between You and Trefl will be submitted to the court having jurisdiction in accordance with the rules of the Code of Civil Procedure.

5.If any provision of this EULA is found by any court or other competent authority to be illegal
and/or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of this EULA will continue in full force and effect.

6.In matters not covered by this EULA, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
