END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User,” “you”) and Kwon Jee (“Developer,” “we,” “us”) governing your use of the software application (“Application”).
By installing, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Application.

1. License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for personal or commercial use, subject to this Agreement.
You may not:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application
Redistribute, sell, sublicense, or rent the Application
Use the Application for unlawful purposes

2. AI Functionality Disclaimer
The Application may include artificial intelligence features that generate text, audio, or other outputs.
You acknowledge that:

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate
The Developer does not guarantee correctness, reliability, or fitness for any purpose
You are solely responsible for reviewing and using generated content

The Application is not intended for:

Legal, medical, or financial advice
Safety-critical or life-dependent decisions
Reproduction of copyrighted text, song lyrics, book passages, or other protected material

3. User Responsibility
You agree that you will not use the Application to:

Violate any laws or regulations
Infringe intellectual property rights
Generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content
Attempt to elicit, reproduce, or distribute copyrighted material through AI-generated output

You are solely responsible for any content and its side effect of what you create, use, or distribute through the Application.
The Application runs a local AI language model that generates responses based on its training data which may inadvertently reflect training data.
The developer cannot guarantee that all AI output is free of third-party intellectual property. You are solely responsible for reviewing generated content before use or distribution.

4. Third-Party Components
The Application may include third-party software, libraries, or assets.
These components are licensed under their respective licenses, which are provided in a separate file (e.g., “THIRD_PARTY_LICENSES.txt”).

5. Updates and Changes
We may update, modify, or discontinue the Application at any time without notice.
This Agreement may also be updated. Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

6. No Warranty
THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING:

MERCHANTABILITY
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
NON-INFRINGEMENT

7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE DEVELOPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS
DAMAGES RESULTING FROM USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APPLICATION

YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

8. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated.
We may terminate or suspend your access at any time if you violate this Agreement.
Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Application.

9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
