Concession d’une licence limitée non exclusive <br>Tant que vous respectez les dispositions du présent EULA, SEL vous concède, sous licence, le droit limité non exclusif :<br>(a) d’installer une (1) copie du Produit logiciel, et de l'utiliser, sur un seul disque dur, dont vous avez la garde et le contrôle et qui respecte la configuration mentionnée dans le manuel, pour votre usage personnel privé et non-commercial ;<br>(b) de transférer le Produit logiciel d’un disque dur à un autre À CONDITION qu’il soit utilisé uniquement sur un (1) disque dur à la fois et que le disque dur sur lequel il est utilisé soit sous votre garde et contrôle au moment de l'utilisation ;<br>(c) de céder le Produit logiciel (y compris ses éléments et sa documentation) et l’avantage du présent EULA à une autre personne, À CONDITION que cette personne ait convenu d’accepter les conditions du présent EULA et que vous transfériez simultanément à cette personne toutes les copies autorisées du Produit logiciel en votre possession ou bien que vous détruisiez toutes les copies non cédées. Si un cessionnaire n’accepte pas ces conditions, le présent EULA sera automatiquement résilié. Restrictions<br><br>Vous ne pouvez pas :<br><br>(a) utiliser ou exploiter le Produit logiciel à des fins commerciales de quelque manière que ce soit ;<br><br>(b) installer, ni utiliser le Produit logiciel sur un serveur réseau, un environnement multijoueur ou un environnement d’accès à distance à des fins de distribution à un (1) ou plusieurs autres ordinateurs se trouvant sur ce réseau, ni procéder à une telle distribution, ni rendre accessible une copie du Produit logiciel d'une manière quelconque ou par le biais d'un support en permettant l'utilisation par plusieurs joueurs ;<br><br>(c) utiliser le Produit logiciel, ni en permettre l’utilisation, sur plusieurs ordinateurs individuels, consoles de jeu, périphériques portatifs, tablettes, téléphones mobiles ou autres appareils sans fil, smartphones ou PDA à la fois, sans obtenir une licence séparée supplémentaire auprès de Square Enix ; <br><br>(d) louer, donner à bail, concéder par sous-licence, prêter, exploiter à des fins lucratives, copier, modifier, adapter, fusionner, traduire, utiliser, reproduire, distribuer, diffuser, exécuter en public, stocker sur un système de recherche ou bien négocier le Produit logiciel, en tout ou en partie, de quelque manière que ce soit, sauf autorisation expresse par le présent EULA et sauf et dans la mesure où la loi en vigueur le permet expressément ;<br><br>(e) désosser, établir le code source, modifier, décompiler, désassembler tout ou partie du Produit logiciel ou en créer des œuvres dérivés, sauf si la loi en vigueur le permet expressément. Si la loi le permet expressément, de telles actions et de telles modifications, adaptations et améliorations légitimes ainsi que tous les copyrights et droits d’auteur à leur égard seront réputés être cédés à SEL et/ou ses concédants et leur appartiendront, leur seront attribués et en seront la propriété exclusive à leur création dans la limite où la loi le permet, et vous renoncez par les présentes à tous les droits moraux sur de telles créations ;<br><br>(f) enlever, désactiver ou contourner toutes protections de sécurité ou toutes mesures techniques qui contrôlent l’accès au Produit logiciel et/ou qui sont destinées à empêcher ou entraver la violation de copyright, de droits d’auteur ou d’autres droits de propriété intellectuelle sur le Produit logiciel ;<br><br>(g) enlever, modifier, dégrader ou contourner les mentions ou étiquettes de propriété figurant sur ou au sein du Produit logiciel ; <br><br>(h) exporter ou réexporter le Produit logiciel ou toute copie ou adaptation de celui-ci en violation de lois ou règlements en vigueur ;<br><br>(i) créer des données ou programmes exécutables qui imitent les données ou fonctionnalités du Produit logiciel.<br><br>En outre, vous convenez de respecter l’ensemble des informations sur la sécurité, des instructions de maintenance ou des autres avis pertinents contenus dans le manuel qui est fourni avec le Produit logiciel.<br><br>4. Caractéristiques et fonctionnalités de jeu en ligne/multijoueur et sans fil<br><br>Ce Produit logiciel peut permettre l’accès à des services offerts par SEL et/ou ses sociétés affiliées ou des tiers agréés par elle, qui permettent aux utilisateurs du Produit logiciel de profiter de certaines caractéristiques et fonctionnalités en ligne ou en mode multijoueur associées au Produit logiciel (« Fonctionnalités en ligne »). Ces services et Fonctionnalités en ligne peuvent, cependant, occasionner des paiements supplémentaires. En outre, l’accès et l’utilisation de tels services/Fonctionnalités en ligne et d’autres biens et informations mis à votre disposition dans le cadre de tels services peuvent faire l’objet d’un processus d’abonnement et d’acceptation de termes et conditions supplémentaires, y compris, sans que cela soit limitatif, des politiques de confidentialité régissant l’utilisation et le traitement de données personnellement identifiables.                 Where a CD key, activation key or registration code (“CD Key”) is required to install this Software Product and/or to access any on-line or multiplayer game play, this cannot be reproduced or replaced.

Online/multiplayer and Wireless Features and Functionality<br><br>This Software Product may allow services operated by SEL and/or its affiliates or third parties authorised on their behalf to be accessed which allow users of the Software Product to enjoy certain on-line or multiplayer features and functionality associated with the Software Product (“Online Features”).  These services and Online Features may, however, require payment of additional fees.  In addition, access to and use of such services/Online Features and other goods or information made available as part of such services may be subject to completion of a registration process and acceptance of additional terms and conditions including, but not limited to, privacy policies governing the use and processing of personally identifiable information.
