End User License Agreement (EULA) for Save The Flag
Effective Date: July 23, 2025

1. License
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use one copy of Save The Flag ("the Game") for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

2. Restrictions
You agree not to:

Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the Game;

Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to discover the source code of the Game;

Use the Game for any unlawful purpose or commercial exploitation without prior written consent.

3. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the Game and all associated intellectual property are owned solely by the developer. No ownership rights are transferred to you by this Agreement.

4. Third-Party Content
The Game may include third-party assets licensed to the developer (e.g., animations, models, sounds). Such assets are used under license and remain the property of their respective owners. Your use of the Game is subject to this Agreement and the licenses granted to the developer.

5. Warranty Disclaimer
The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The developer does not guarantee that the Game will be error-free or uninterrupted.

6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the developer be liable for any damages arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the Game, including incidental or consequential damages.

7. Updates and Support
The developer may, but is not obligated to, provide updates, patches, or support for the Game.

8. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Germany.
