                Before installing or using the Product, you must accept the terms of this Agreement.<br><br><br>Analytics Data Collection Agreement (Rust Rides Playtest & Demo)<br><br>To improve Rust Rides and ensure a stable gaming experience, we collect certain telemetry data. This information helps our team effectively identify the causes of frame rate (FPS) drops, analyze vehicle physics behavior, and fix bugs.<br><br>What we collect:<br><br>PC Specifications: Your Operating System, CPU and GPU models, total RAM, and system language/locale.<br><br>In-Game Telemetry: At the moment an automated crash/drop is detected or a manual report is sent, we receive the coordinates, movement speed, and player names of everyone in your current session over the last 30 seconds of gameplay.<br><br>Your Feedback: Any text comments you provide when manually submitting a bug report.<br><br>How it works:<br>Data is sent automatically if a critical FPS drop is detected (below 15 FPS) or when you manually click the report button.<br>We do not collect your personal files, passwords, IP addresses, or any sensitive information outside of the game.<br>

                開発者および出版社（以下「ライセンサー」）は、あなたに対し、製品を個人かつ非商用目的で使用するための非独占的・譲渡不可・期間限定のライセンスを付与します。
                The developer and publisher (“Licensor”) grants you a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, limited‑term license to use the Product solely for personal, non‑commercial purposes.
                <br><b>1.2</b> 
                製品の改造（「モッド」）を作成および使用することが許可されます。ただし、ゲームバランスを不正に操作して不当な優位性を得る行為やチートツールを含むモッドは禁止されます。
                You are permitted to create and use modifications (“mods”) of the Product, provided they do not alter game balance to gain an unfair advantage and do not include cheat‑type tools. Any mods that confer cheating advantages or other prohibited functions are strictly forbidden.

                ライセンサーの書面による明示的な同意なしに、製品を商業目的でコピー、配布、または派生作品を作成することはできません。
                You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Product for any commercial purpose without the Licensor’s express written consent.

                製品は「現状有姿」で提供され、明示的または黙示的を問わず、一切の保証（商品性や特定目的適合性を含む）がありません。
                The Product is provided “as is,” without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
                <br><b>3.2</b> 
                ライセンサーは、製品の使用または使用不能に起因するいかなる直接的・間接的・偶発的・派生的損害についても責任を負いません。
                The Licensor shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Product.

                補償

                あなたが本EULAまたは適用法令に違反したことに起因して発生するすべての請求、訴訟、費用（合理的な弁護士費用を含む）から、ライセンサーおよびその関係者を免責し、補償することに同意します。
                You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Licensor and its representatives from any claims, demands, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of your breach of this EULA or applicable law.

                This game may contain flashing lights or visual effects that could trigger epileptic seizures or loss of consciousness in a small percentage of people. If you have a history of epilepsy or sensitivity to flashing lights, consult a physician before playing and adjust your display’s brightness and contrast according to manufacturer recommendations.

                契約の終了
                Termination
                </div><b>6.1</b> 
                あなたが本契約の条項に違反した場合、ライセンサーはいつでも本EULAを終了させることができます。
                The Licensor may terminate this EULA at any time if you fail to comply with its terms.
                <br><b>6.2</b> 
                本EULA終了後、直ちに製品の使用を停止し、所有するすべてのコピーを削除してください。
                Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Product and delete all copies in your possession.
                <br><br><div class="bb_h2">7. 
                準拠法および管轄
                Governing Law and Jurisdiction
                </div><b>7.1</b> 
                本EULAは、抵触法規の適用を除き、ウクライナ法に準拠し解釈されます。
                This EULA is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
                <br><b>7.2</b> 
                本契約に関する紛争は、ライセンサー所在地を管轄する裁判所を専属的合意管轄とします。<br><br>インストール時に「同意する」をクリックすることで、本エンドユーザーライセンス契約の全条項を読み、同意したものとみなされます。
                Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in the Licensor’s jurisdiction.
