RUNECLICK END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

By installing, copying, or otherwise using RuneClick ("the Game"), you
agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, do not install or
use the Game.

1. LICENSE GRANT
Vosk Games grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable,
revocable license to install and use the Game for personal,
non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms of the Steam Subscriber
Agreement and this agreement.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Game and all associated content -- including but not limited to
code, artwork, music, sound effects, text, UI design, and game
mechanics -- are the intellectual property of Vosk Games and are
protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You
may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or
create derivative works from the Game or its assets except as
explicitly permitted by this agreement or applicable law.

3. USER-GENERATED CONTENT (MODS)
The Game supports user-created modifications ("Mods") through Steam
Workshop and local mod loading. By creating and publishing a Mod:

a. You retain ownership of your original creative work.

b. You grant Vosk Games a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide,
royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, modify, adapt,
distribute, and incorporate your Mod or any portion of it into
the Game, future updates, sequels, or related products, with
credit to the original creator where reasonably practicable and
without additional compensation or notification. This license
supplements
(and does not replace) any rights granted under the Steam
Subscriber Agreement.

c. Vosk Games is not obligated to use, feature, or incorporate any
Mod and may remove any Mod from the Workshop at its sole
discretion.

4. MOD DISCLAIMER
Mods are created by third-party users, not by Vosk Games. Vosk Games
does not review, endorse, or guarantee the safety, quality, or
functionality of any Mod. You install and use Mods at your own risk.
Mods that include GDScript code execute with the same permissions as
the Game itself. Vosk Games is not liable for any damage, data loss,
or other harm caused by the installation or use of any Mod.

5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY,
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. VOSK GAMES
DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE GAME WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, VOSK GAMES' TOTAL
LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE GAME SHALL NOT
EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE GAME. IN NO EVENT SHALL VOSK GAMES
BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR
PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

7. GOVERNING LAW
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United
States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes
arising from this agreement shall be resolved in the courts of the
State of Texas.

8. TERMINATION
This license is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically
if you fail to comply with any term of this agreement. Upon
termination, you must cease all use of the Game and destroy all copies.

9. DATA COLLECTION
To operate online leaderboards and to detect automated input
("autoclicking") that would make those leaderboards unfair, the Game
sends a small set of statistics to Valve's Steam service and to Vosk
Games' leaderboard-validation server, associated with your Steam ID.
This includes your game progress (such as total and per-skill
experience and similar counters) and, to detect automation, anonymous
statistics describing the TIMING of your keyboard and mouse input --
for example, how much the time between your inputs varies. The Game
does NOT record which keys you press, the text or content of anything
you type, your mouse position, or which application you are using.
Because the Game measures your real computer use, input timing may be
sampled while other applications are focused; only anonymous aggregate
statistics, never input content, are collected. This data is used
solely to operate leaderboards and prevent cheating, is not sold, and
is not used to identify you as an individual.

10. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This agreement, together with the Steam Subscriber Agreement,
constitutes the entire agreement between you and Vosk Games regarding
the Game and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings.
