Terms of Service and End User License Agreement

SECTION 16 OF THIS TERMS OF USE CONTAINS A BINDING ARBITRATION CLAUSE AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER. THIS SECTION AFFECTS USERS OF RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES AND THEIR RIGHTS ABOUT HOW TO RESOLVE DISPUTES WITH US.

These Terms of Service (“ToU”) & End User License Agreement (“Agreement” or “EULA”) govern your access to and use of all Double Edge Games, Inc. (collectively “Double Edge” “Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us” or similar variations) products and services: including this website (the “Site”), game clients (the “Game” or “Games”), applications, subscriptions, virtual goods, and related services (collectively, with the Site and the Games, the “Services”).

By accessing, installing, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. The EULA governs the terms regarding your use of each Game and this ToU governs your use of the Services.
Double Edge may amend this ToU at any time by posting the amended ToU on the Site. You agree that you will be bound by any and all changes to this ToU. For your convenience, the date of last revision is included at the top of this page. Double Edge may make changes to the Site at any time and you understand that Double Edge may discontinue or restrict your use of the Site for any reason or no reason with or without notice.

YOUR USE OF THE SITE AND SERVICES SIGNIFIES THAT YOU AGREE TO THIS ToU AND CONSTITUTES YOUR BINDING ACCEPTANCE OF THIS ToU, INCLUDING ANY AND ALL MODIFICATIONS THAT DOUBLE EDGE MAKES FROM NOW UNTIL PERPETUITY.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.

You represent that:

• You have legal capacity to enter this Agreement
  
• You will comply with applicable laws
  
• Your information is accurate and up to date

2. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Double Edge grants you a:

• Limited
  
• Non-exclusive
  
• Non-transferable
  
• Non-sublicensable
  
• Revocable

license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

3. Ownership & Intellectual Property
All rights in the Services, including:

• Software and code
  
• Game design, mechanics, and systems
  
• Characters, items, and virtual goods
  
• Logos, trademarks, and content

are owned by Double Edge Games, Inc. or its licensors.
You do not own any part of the Services and are only granted a license to use them.

4. Accounts
You may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Maintain account security
  
• Accept responsibility for all activity
  
• Provide accurate information

We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Subscription Services
We may offer subscription-based features (“Subscriptions”). By subscribing, you agree:

• To recurring billing
  
• That charges will be automatically applied

Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to renewal.

Cancellation
You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing cycle. No refunds for partial periods.

Pricing Changes
We may update pricing with reasonable notice.

6. Purchases, Shop & Virtual Goods
The Services may include:

• Virtual currency
  
• Skins, items, and other cosmetics
  
• Battle passes or upgrades
  
• Loot boxes, randomized rewards, or similar chance-based purchase mechanics where permitted by applicable law

You agree that:

• Virtual goods are licensed, not owned
  
• They have no real-world monetary value
  
• All purchases are final unless required by law
  
• Availability of certain virtual goods, loot boxes, or randomized reward systems may vary based on your country, state, or local jurisdiction

We may:

• Modify, remove, or rebalance items
  
• Correct pricing errors
  
• Limit or cancel transactions

Regional Restrictions for Purchases, Shop, & Virtual Goods
Certain countries, regions, or jurisdictions may restrict or prohibit the sale, purchase, or use of loot boxes, randomized rewards, or other in-game purchase mechanics, including but not limited to countries such as Belgium, Netherlands, and Brazil, as well as any other jurisdiction where such features are limited by law.

Where required by law, we may disable, restrict, modify, or remove access to these features without notice.

You agree that you will not:

• Attempt to bypass regional purchase restrictions
  
• Use VPNs, proxy services, third-party applications, false account information, or other methods to circumvent geographic or legal limitations
  
• Purchase restricted items through unauthorized third-party sellers or marketplaces

Any attempt to bypass these restrictions may result in:

• Immediate account suspension or permanent ban
  
• Removal or forfeiture of purchased items or virtual currency
  
• Revocation of licenses associated with your account
  
• Additional action where required by law or payment processor compliance

We reserve the right to investigate suspected circumvention and enforce restrictions at our sole discretion.

7. Content Policy & User-Generated Content
Please read through our Content Policy which can be found at www.doubleedge.gg. You must comply and agree to all our terms provided here in the ToU and the Content Policy on user-generated or fan-generated content.Unless otherwise specified on the Site, we grant you a personal, revocable, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive license in connection with the Services to reproduce and display any Double Edge content and marks for non-commercial purposes only. You may retain ownership of your created content outside of any logos, trademarks, or service marks that belong to Double Edge and our licensors.

8. Acceptable Use & Anti-Cheat
You agree not to:

• Cheat, hack, or exploit bugs
  
• Use bots or automation
  
• Reverse engineer the Services
  
• Manipulate rankings or matchmaking
  
• Use unauthorized third-party software

We may use monitoring and anti-cheat systems. Violations may result in:

• Account suspension or termination
  
• Loss of virtual goods
  
• Permanent bans

9. Competitive Use Restrictions
You may not use the Services to:

• Build competing products
  
• Scrape or extract data
  
• Train AI models without permission
  
• Commercially exploit game systems

10. Updates & Live Services
We may:

• Modify or discontinue features
  
• Release updates and patches
  
• Reset rankings, seasons, or economies

We are not obligated to maintain specific features.

11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access through the following:

• You violate this Agreement
  
• You engage in harmful or abusive conduct
  
• Required by law

Upon termination:

• Your license ends immediately
  
• Access to the Services may be revoked
  
• Virtual goods may be forfeited

12. Third-Party Services
The Services may include third-party integrations. We are not responsible for:

• Third-party content
  
• External services or policies

13. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”

We do not guarantee:

• Continuous or error-free operation
  
• Availability at all times
  
• Compatibility with all devices

14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Double Edge is not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
  
• Loss of data, progress, or virtual items
  
• Service interruptions and other factors that fall under Force Majeure

Total liability shall not exceed amounts paid by you in the past 3 months.

15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Double Edge Games, Inc. from claims arising from:

• Your use of the Services
  
• Your violation of this Agreement
  
• Your infringement of third-party rights

16. Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

Binding Arbitration
Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

Class Action Waiver
You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive participation in class actions.

17. Anti-Fraud & Abuse
We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in:

• Fraud or chargebacks
  
• Payment abuse
  
• Exploitation of systems and Services

18. Competitive Integrity & Tournaments
If the Services include competitions run and operated by Double Edge, we reserve the right to the following:

• We may disqualify players for cheating or misconduct
  
• We may modify rules, formats, or prize structures

Decisions are final unless otherwise required by law.

Please refer to each individual event or tournament for specific rules and regulations that govern it. Double Edge is not responsible for any third-party event, including their rules and services that are not explicitly operated by Double Edge.

19. Privacy
By using the Site and the Services, you represent that you have read and are familiar with the Double Edge Privacy Policy found at www.doubleedge.gg in addition to this ToU. Double Edge may revise the Privacy Policy at any time, and the new versions will be made available on the Site. If at any point you do not agree to any portion of the Privacy Policy, you must immediately stop using the Site.

20. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware without regard to conflict of law principles.

21. Changes to This Agreement
We may make changes or updates to this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Site and the Services constitutes acceptance of changes.

22. Entire Agreement
This Agreement, along with our Privacy Policy, Content Policy, and any additional policies henceforth, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Double Edge Games, Inc.
