Ce Contrat de Licence Utilisateur Final (« Contrat ») est un accord juridique entre vous (« Utilisateur » ou « vous ») et Valentin (Vezed) et l’équipe de développement de Give Game Studio (« Développeur »), créateurs et titulaires des droits d’exploitation du logiciel appelé Reign and Rumble (« Jeu »).
En téléchargeant, installant ou utilisant le Jeu, vous acceptez d’être lié par les termes de ce Contrat. Si vous n’acceptez pas ces conditions, vous ne devez pas télécharger, installer ou utiliser le Jeu.

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you ("User" or "you") and Valentin (Vezed) and the development team at Give Game Studio ("Developer"), creators and rights holders of the software titled Reign and Rumble ("Game").

1. CONCESSION DE LICENCE
Valentin (Vezed) et l’équipe de développement de Give Game Studio vous concèdent une licence limitée, non exclusive, non transférable et révocable vous permettant d’utiliser le Jeu à des fins personnelles et non commerciales sur un appareil compatible que vous possédez ou contrôlez, conformément à ce Contrat et aux conditions de la plateforme concernée (par exemple, le Contrat d’Abonnement de Steam).

By downloading, installing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download, install, or use the Game.

2. RESTRICTIONS
Il vous est interdit de :
Copier, modifier ou distribuer le Jeu ou toute partie de celui-ci ;
- Désassembler, décompiler, effectuer de l’ingénierie inverse ou tenter d'extraire le code source du Jeu ;
- Utiliser le Jeu à des fins commerciales, y compris mais sans s’y limiter à l’affichage public, la diffusion monétisée ou l’organisation de tournois sans autorisation écrite préalable ;
- Utiliser des logiciels de triche, d’automatisation, des hacks, des mods ou tout autre logiciel tiers non autorisé visant à modifier ou interférer avec le fonctionnement du Jeu.

1. LICENSE GRANT
Valentin (Vezed) and the development team at Give Game Studio hereby grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Game for personal and non-commercial purposes on a compatible device that you own or control, in accordance with this Agreement and the applicable platform’s terms (e.g., Steam Subscriber Agreement).

3. PROPRIÉTÉ INTELLECTUELLE
Tous les droits de propriété intellectuelle relatifs au Jeu (y compris mais sans s’y limiter aux mises à jour, correctifs ou contenus téléchargeables) appartiennent exclusivement à Valentin (Vezed) et l’équipe de développement de Give Game Studio. Ce Contrat ne vous accorde aucun droit de propriété sur le Jeu.

Copy, modify, or distribute the Game or any part of it;
- Disassemble, decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the Game;
- Use the Game for commercial purposes, including but not limited to public display, monetized streaming, or organizing tournaments without prior written permission;
- Use cheat software, automation tools, hacks, mods, or any unauthorized third-party software intended to alter or interfere with the Game's functionality.

4. CONTENU UTILISATEUR
Si le Jeu vous permet de créer, partager ou publier du contenu (« Contenu Utilisateur »), vous accordez au Développeur une licence non exclusive, mondiale et gratuite pour utiliser, reproduire, modifier et distribuer ce Contenu Utilisateur dans le cadre du fonctionnement et de la promotion du Jeu.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All intellectual property rights related to the Game (including but not limited to updates, patches, or downloadable content) are the exclusive property of Valentin (Vezed) and the Give Game Studio development team. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights in the Game.

5. EXCLUSION DE GARANTIES
Le Jeu est fourni « tel quel », sans garantie d’aucune sorte. Dans les limites autorisées par la loi, le Développeur décline toute garantie, expresse ou implicite, y compris mais sans s’y limiter aux garanties de qualité marchande, d’adéquation à un usage particulier et de non-contrefaçon.

4. USER-GENERATED CONTENT
If the Game allows you to create, share, or publish content ("User Content"), you grant the Developer a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such User Content in connection with the operation and promotion of the Game.

6. LIMITATION DE RESPONSABILITÉ
Dans les limites permises par la législation applicable, le Développeur ne pourra être tenu responsable des dommages indirects, accidentels, consécutifs, spéciaux ou punitifs, y compris mais sans s’y limiter à la perte de données, de bénéfices ou d’opportunités commerciales, résultant de ou liés à votre utilisation du Jeu.

5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Game is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Developer disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. RÉSILIATION
Ce Contrat reste en vigueur jusqu’à sa résiliation. Vous pouvez y mettre fin à tout moment en désinstallant le Jeu. Ce Contrat prendra fin automatiquement si vous ne respectez pas l’une quelconque de ses dispositions. À la résiliation, vous devez cesser toute utilisation du Jeu et supprimer toutes les copies en votre possession.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to data loss, loss of profits, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the Game.

8. DROIT APPLICABLE
Ce Contrat est régi par le droit français. Tout litige relatif à ce Contrat relève de la compétence exclusive des tribunaux situés à Roubaix en France.

7. TERMINATION
This Agreement remains in effect until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by uninstalling the Game. This Agreement will automatically terminate if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and delete all copies in your possession.

8. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Roubaix, France.
