This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and the developer ("Developer") for the use of this software ("Game").

The Developer grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not:

• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game
  
• Distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or sell the Game
  
• Use the Game for any unlawful purpose

All rights, title, and interest in the Game remain with the Developer.

The Game is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

The Developer shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Game.

This Agreement is effective until terminated. The Developer may terminate this Agreement at any time if you violate its terms.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Developer’s country.
