                MULTIMEDIA PRODUCT LICENSE AGREEMENT<br>Please read carefully this agreement (the "license") between you ("user") and nacon ltd. ("nacon") before downloading and using the game in any way, including the software, documentation, or any other digital media, and any other materials related to the game (together the "media product"). <br>If user is a minor under the age of 15, user may only create an account with nacon, download the media product and subscribe to the license with the consent of at least one parent (or person with parental authority).<br>If user is a minor over the age of 15, he or she may create an account with nacon, download the multimedia product and purchase the license alone, but his or her parents (or holders of parental authority) may request deletion of the account and termination of the license.<br>By checking the "i accept" (click-wrap) box, as well as the start of downloading and/or using the multimedia product in any way, the user accepts the license. If the user does not accept the terms of the license, the user may not download and/or use the multimedia product in any way. <br>The provisions of this license are subject to the mandatory provisions of the applicable law, which may grant the user specific rights.
                멀티미디어 제품 사용자 라이선스<br><br>게임을 다운로드하거나 소프트웨어, 문서, 기타 디지털 매체 및 게임과 관련된 요소(총칭하여 "멀티미디어 제품")를 포함한 어떠한 방식으로든 사용하기 전에 귀하(이하 "사용자")와 NACON SA("NACON") 사이의 계약을 주의 깊게 읽어주십시오. <br><br>사용자가 만 15세 미만의 미성년자인 경우, 부모(또는 친권 보유자) 중 한 명 이상의 동의가 있어야 NACON에 계정을 만들고 멀티미디어 제품을 다운로드하여 라이선스에 가입할 수 있습니다.<br>사용자가 만 15세 이상의 미성년자인 경우, 단독으로 NACON에 계정을 만들고 멀티미디어 제품을 다운로드하여 라이선스에 가입할 수 있지만 부모(또는 친권 보유자)가 계정 삭제를 요청하고 라이선스를 해지할 수 있습니다.<br><br>"동의합니다" 항목을 체크하고 어떠한 방식으로든 멀티미디어 제품을 다운로드하거나 사용한다면 사용자가 라이선스를 수락한 것으로 간주합니다. 사용자가 라이선스 조항을 거부한다면, 어떠한 방식으로도 멀티미디어 제품을 다운로드하거나 사용할 수 없습니다. <br><br>해당 라이선스의 조항은 준거법의 필수 조항에 의해 규정되며, 사용자에게 특정한 권한을 부여할 수 있습니다.

                The License<br>NACON grants the User a non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the Multimedia Product, allowing him/her to download and use the Multimedia Product for the duration of the legal protection of the copyright, throughout the world, for strictly private use and in accordance with the terms hereof. Under no circumstances is the Multimedia Product sold to the User.

                <br><br>2.	
                Ownership of the Multimedia Product<br>The License does not confer any right or title to the Multimedia Product, which remains the sole property of NACON. It therefore does not transfer any intellectual property rights relating to the Multimedia Product to the User for any reason whatsoever.<br>The User acknowledges that all rights relating to the Multimedia Product and its elements (including titles, computer codes, themes, characters, names of characters, plots, stories, dialogues, places, concepts, images, photographs, animations, videos, music and texts incorporated in the Multimedia Product), including any trademark rights, patent, design, model, sui generis right on the databases, copyright, know-how, trade secret and all related claims are the exclusive property of NACON (or its licensors) and are protected by French regulations or other laws, treaties and international agreements relating to intellectual and industrial property.
                멀티미디어 제품의 소유권<br><br>라이선스는 Nacon이 단독으로 소유하는 멀티미디어 제품에 대한 어떠한 권리나 소유권을 부여하지 않습니다. 따라서 어떠한 방식으로든 멀티미디어 제품의 지적 재산권을 사용자에게 양도할 수 없습니다.<br><br>사용자는 멀티미디어 제품과 상표권, 특허, 디자인, 모델, 데이터베이스의 독자적 권리, 저작권, 전문 지식, 영업 비밀, 이와 관계된 모든 요청을 포함한 멀티미디어 제품의 요소(멀티미디어 제품에 포함된 타이틀, 컴퓨터 코드, 테마, 캐릭터, 캐릭터 이름, 플롯, 스토리, 대화문, 장소, 콘셉트, 이미지, 사진, 애니메이션, 비디오, 음악, 텍스트)가 Nacon(혹은 라이선시)의 독점 재산이며 지적 재산권 및 산업 재산과 관련된 프랑스 법과 기타 국제법, 조약 및 계약에 의해 보호받는다는 사실을 인정합니다.
                <br><br>3.	
                Use of the Multimedia Product<br>The User is authorized to use the Multimedia Product in accordance with the instructions provided with it. The License is granted for strictly personal and non-commercial use.<br>The following are prohibited, subject to the mandatory provisions of applicable law (and in particular Article L.122-6-1 of the French Intellectual Property Code) and/or the authorization of NACON (or its licensors):<br>1.
                멀티미디어 제품의 사용<br><br>사용자는 제품과 함께 제공된 지침에 따라 멀티미디어 제품을 사용할 수 있습니다. 라이선스는 엄격히 개인적 및 비상업적 용도로만 부여됩니다.<br><br>준거법의 필수 조항(그리고 특히 프랑스 지적 재산권 규정 L.122-6-1항)과 Nacon(혹은 라이선시)의 승인에 따라 다음과 같은 항목은 명확히 금지됩니다:<br><br>1
                	
                Making of copies of the Multimedia Product and in particular the software it includes (with the exception of a backup copy when this is necessary to preserve the use of the software);<br>2.
                멀티미디어 제품, 특히 포함된 소프트웨어 사본을 만드는 행위(소프트웨어 사용을 유지하기 위해 필요한 저장 사본 제외);<br>2
                	
                Commercial exploitation of the Multimedia Product or any of its constituent parts, in any form whatsoever (sale, transfer, rental, license, leasing, etc.);<br>3.
                멀티미디어 제품이나 구성 요소를 어떠한 형태로든 상업적으로 이용하는 행위(판매, 양도, 임대, 라이선싱, 대여 등);<br>3
                	
                Use contrary to good morals or the laws in force;
                풍기를 어지럽히거나 법에 위배되는 방식으로 멀티미디어 제품을 사용하는 행위;<br>4	멀티미디어 제품이나 구성 요소, 혹은 파생된 작업물을 수정하는 행위;<br>5	멀티미디어 제품이나 구성 요소, 관련된 디지털 권리 관리 시스템의 기술적 보안 수단을 변경, 우회, 제거하는 행위;<br>6	유저에 의해 혹은 유저가 선택한 제삼자에 의해 멀티미디어 제품의 소프트웨어가 가진 잠재적 오류, 이상, 버그를 수정하는 행위;<br>7	멀티미디어 제품이나 구성 요소를 전자 통신 네트워크(전화, 인터넷, 셋톱박스, 스마트 TV를 포함하며 이에 국한되지 않음)를 포함한 어떠한 형태로든 공유하거나 전송하는 행위;<br>8	연동성을 위해서라 할지라도 멀티미디어 제품을 디컴파일링, 리버스 엔지니어링, 분해하는 행위.<br><br>사용자는 어떠한 형태로든(전자 통신 네트워크를 통한 다운로드 포함) 구성 요소(해당하는 경우 멀티미디어 제품의 활성화 코드 포함)를 포함한 멀티미디어 제품을 양도, 판매, 재판매, 라이선스 부여, 임대할 수 없습니다. <br>
                <br>4.	
                Modification of the Multimedia Product or any of its constituent parts or the creation of any derivative work;
                업데이트<br><br>Nacon은 멀티미디어 제품 소프트웨어의 업데이트, 업그레이드, 새로운 버전(이하 "업데이트")을 사용자에게 제공할 필요는 없습니다. 하지만 Nacon이 사용자에게 업데이트를 제공하는 경우에는 사용자가 이전 버전의 업데이트를 사용할 수 있는 유효한 라이선스를 가지고 있어야 하며, 라이선스의 조건에 따라 업데이트가 제공됩니다. 또한, 사용자는 Nacon이 점진적으로 혹은 다른 방식으로 이전 버전에 대한 지원을 중지하거나 줄일 권리가 있다는 것을 인정합니다. 따라서 사용자는 Nacon이 제공한 보증의 혜택을 완전히 누리기 위하여 제공된 업데이트를 다운로드하고 사용하는 것에 동의합니다. <br>
                <br>5.	
                Modification, circumvention or removal of technical protection measures of the Multimedia Product and its constituent parts and systems of digital rights management related thereto;
                라이선스의 발효 - 종료<br><br>멀티미디어 제품을 처음 사용한 시점부터 라이선스가 발효됩니다.<br><br>만약 사용자가 라이선스의 의무를 심각하게 위반하였거나 라이선스의 계약 조건에 필수적인 의무를 위반하는 경우 Nacon은 통지 없이 자동으로 정당하게 라이선스를 종료할 수 있습니다. 만약 사용자가 멀티미디어 제품과 구성 요소를 파기하거나 제거하는 경우 라이선스는 사용자에 의해 자동으로 정당하게 종료됩니다. <br>
                <br>6.	
                Correction by the User or by a third party chosen by the User of any errors, anomalies and bugs in the Multimedia Product software;
                보증<br><br>6.1 상업 보증. Nacon은 해당 멀티미디어 제품이 사용자에게 완벽한 만족과 많은 시간의 즐거움을 제공할 수 있도록 인터랙티브 엔터테인먼트의 모든 전문 지식을 사용했습니다. <br><br>하지만 정상적인 사용 환경에서 멀티미디어 제품에 결함이 발생하거나 구입일로부터 90일 이내에 설명서에 명시된 기능 및 기술적 특징에 부합하지 않는 경우 Nacon은 하단에 명시된 약관에 따라 멀티미디어 제품을 무료로 교환하는 것에 동의합니다. (혹은 그렇지 못한 경우 구매 가치에 따라 전액 환불합니다.) <br><br>결함이 발견된 멀티미디어 제품의 교환(혹은 가능한 경우 환불)을 위해 사용자는 다음을 수행해야 합니다: <br><br>1) Nacon 기술 지원팀에 문의하기. 멀티미디어 제품의 문제를 간략하게 설명한 이후 Nacon에서는 제품에 결함이 있는지 확인합니다. <br><br>2) 만약 Nacon에서 결함을 확인했다면, Nacon은 사용자가 추가 비용 없이 멀티미디어 제품의 새로운 사본을 다운로드할 수 있도록 제공합니다. (혹은 가능한 경우 멀티미디어 제품의 물리적 사본을 보내거나 최대한 빠르게 구매 비용을 환불합니다.) <br><br>Nacon은 앞서 명시한 조건에 따라 사용자가 코드를 반환한 경우 멀티미디어 제품과 관련된 활성화 코드를 삭제할 권한을 보유합니다.<br><br>6.2 법적 보증. 앞서 서술한 상업 보증과 상관없이 사용자는 멀티미디어 제품의 판매자가 준거법 보증에 구속되며, 특히 사용자가 프랑스 영토에 거주하고 있는 경우 계약에 명시된 제품의 상품성 부족과 상품의 결함에 대해 소비자법 L.211-4항, 민법 1641~1649항에 개별적으로 구속된다는 사실을 통보받습니다. 이러한 보증에 대한 세부사항은 부록 1에서 제공됩니다.<br>
                <br>7.	
                The provision or transmission of the Multimedia Product or any of its constituent elements, by any means and in particular through an electronic communications network (telephone, internet, set top box, connected television, without this list being restrictive);
                제한적 보증<br><br>멀티미디어 제품은 라이선스의 6항에 정의된 것 이외의 보증 없이 그대로 제공됩니다. 특히, Nacon은 멀티미디어 제품의 지속적이거나 오류가 없는 작동 혹은 오류의 수정을 보장하지 않습니다. <br><br>사용자는 지시 사항이나 최신 버전의 최소 요구 권장 사항을 따르지 않는 어떠한 종류의 멀티미디어 제품 사용에 대해 사용자 본인이 위험을 감수한다는 것을 명시적으로 인정합니다. 따라서 이러한 사용자의 부적절한 상황이나 불가항력으로 발생한 결함이나 부적합성의 경우 Nacon에서 명시한 라이선스의 6항에 의해 어느 것도 보장받을 수 없습니다.<br> <br>Nacon은 준거법이 정한 한도 내에서 멀티미디어 제품의 시장 가치, 사용자 만족, 특정 목적에 대한 적합성 혹은 비침해에 대한 보증을 제외합니다.<br>
                <br>8.	
                Decompiling, reverse engineering or disassembling the Multimedia Product, even for interoperability purposes.<br>The User may not transfer, sell, resell, sub-license, rent or otherwise make available the Multimedia Product acquired by him/her by any means whatsoever (including by way of downloading on an electronic communications network), nor any of its constituent elements (including, where applicable, the activation code associated with the Multimedia Product). <br><br>4.	Updates<br>NACON is not obliged to provide the User with updates, upgrades or new versions (hereinafter, "Updates") of the Multimedia Product software. However, in the event that NACON makes an Update available to the User, the User must have a valid license for the previous version in order to use the Update, which shall be provided under the terms of this License. The User further acknowledges that NACON reserves the right, progressively or not, to cease or limit the maintenance of older versions. Therefore, the User agrees to download and use any Update made available in order to fully benefit from the guarantees made by NACON. <br><br>5.	Effective date - Termination of the License<br>The License becomes effective upon the first use of the Multimedia Product.<br>It shall be automatically terminated by NACON without notice in the event of a serious breach of any of its obligations or a breach of any of its essential obligations under the terms and conditions of the License by the User. It is automatically terminated by the User by the destruction and/or uninstallation by the User of the Multimedia Product and all its constituent parts. <br><br>6.	Guarantees<br>6.1 Commercial warranty. <br>NACON has applied all its know-how in the field of interactive entertainment to this Multimedia Product to guarantee the User complete satisfaction and many hours of entertainment. <br>If, however, within ninety (90) days from the date of purchase of the Multimedia Product, it proves, under normal conditions of use, to be defective or not in compliance with the functional and technical characteristics described in the instructions provided, NACON undertakes to replace the Multimedia Product free of charge if it is available (or, failing that, to reimburse it in full at its purchase value), under the conditions defined below.  <br>In order for the defective copy of the Multimedia Product to be replaced (or, if applicable, refunded), the User must: <br>1) Contact NACON's technical support. After briefly describing the defect in the Multimedia Product, NACON will confirm whether it is indeed a defect. <br>2) If this confirmation is given by NACON, NACON shall allow the User to download a new copy of the Multimedia Product at no additional cost (or if necessary, send a new physical copy of the Multimedia Product or return the purchase price as soon as possible). <br>NACON reserves the right to delete the activation code associated with the Multimedia Product in the event that it is returned by the User under the above conditions.<br><br>6.2 Legal guarantees. <br>Independently of the commercial warranty granted above, the User is reminded that the seller of the Multimedia Product remains bound by the applicable legal warranties, and in particular, with regard to consumer Users residing on French territory, of the defects of conformity of the good to the contract and of redhibitory defects under the conditions provided for in Article L.211-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, and in Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code, respectively. The details of these guarantees are given in Appendix 1.<br><br>7.	Limitation of warranty<br>THE MULTIMEDIA PRODUCT IS PROVIDED AS IS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OTHER THAN THAT PROVIDED IN ARTICLE 6 OF THE LICENSE. In particular, NACON does not guarantee the continuous or error-free operation of the Multimedia Product or the correction of errors. <br>The User expressly acknowledges that any use of the Multimedia Product that does not comply with the instructions for use, the minimum recommended specifications, and the latest version made available, is at his/her own risk. Therefore, if the defect or non-compliance noted by the User is the result of such improper use, as well as a case of force majeure, none of the guarantees provided for in Article 6 of the License shall be due by NACON.<br>Within the limits imposed by the applicable law, NACON therefore excludes any warranty regarding the market value of the Multimedia Product, the satisfaction of the User, its suitability for a particular purpose or the absence of infringement.<br>8.	Liability<br>In no event shall NACON be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or other damages arising out of

                the use or inability to use the Multimedia Product,

                the improper use or malfunction of the Multimedia Product or an older unsupported version,

                 (3) 
                the loss or alteration of any data or information, and/or
                데이터 및 정보에 대한 손실 혹은 변조,
                 (4) 
                the loss of any income or business resulting from the possession or use of the Multimedia Product, even if NACON has been advised of the possibility of such damage.<br>In particular, NACON shall not be held liable for the use of the Multimedia Product contrary to the precautions for use set forth in the instructions for use.<br>The User assumes all costs of repair and/or correction of the Multimedia Product, as well as all risks related to loss of profits, loss or alteration of data, errors, loss of commercial information or other resulting from the possession of the Multimedia Product or its use. <br>In any event, NACON's liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the Multimedia Product.
                Nacon에서 피해 가능성을 통지하지 않은 경우에도 멀티미디어 제품의 소유 또는 사용으로 발생한 수입이나 사업상의 손실이 원인이 된 간접적, 우발적, 특별, 우발적 또는 기타 피해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.<br><br>특히, Nacon은 설명서에 명시된 주의 사항을 무시한 멀티미디어 제품 사용과 관련된 모든 책임을 거부합니다.<br><br>사용자는 멀티미디어 제품에 대한 모든 수리 혹은 수정 비용, 데이터 손실 또는 변경, 오류, 상업 정보 손실 또는 멀티미디어 제품의 소유 또는 사용으로 발생한 기타 손실과 관련된 모든 위험을 감수합니다. <br><br>어떠한 경우에도 Nacon의 책임은 멀티미디어 제품의 구매 비용을 초과할 수 없습니다. 
                <br><br>9.	
                Content generated by the User<br>The Multimedia Product allows the User to create content and make it available to third parties. In this respect, the User undertakes to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. <br>In particular, the User undertakes to ensure that the content thus generated does not contain, in whole or in part, representations that
                사용자 생성 콘텐츠<br><br>멀티미디어 제품은 사용자가 콘텐츠를 사용하고 이를 제삼자와 공유하는 것을 허용합니다. 이러한 이유로 사용자는 모든 준거법과 규정을 준수하는 것에 동의합니다. <br><br>특히, 사용자는 생성된 콘텐츠가 전체로든 일부분이든 다음 항목을 위반하지 않는다는 것에 동의합니다:<br>
                <br>-	
                Not respecting all applicable laws and regulations;
                준거법 혹은 규정을 위반하는 행위;
                <br>-	
                Encouraging or glorifying violence. In particular, the content may not represent scenes of violence, torture or mutilation in an outrageous manner;
                폭력을 장려하거나 미화하는 행위. 특히, 콘텐츠는 폭력, 고문 혹은 절단 등 불필요한 장면을 묘사해서는 안 됩니다;
                 <br>-	
                Sexual, explicit or not, or tending to provoke sexual excitement. The content may not depict, encourage or glorify violence, pain or humiliation in a sexual context. Content may not depict minors in a sexualized context;
                성적이거나 노골적인 콘텐츠의 묘사 혹은 성적인 흥분을 유발하도록 만들어진 콘텐츠. 콘텐츠는 폭력, 고통 혹은 성적인 문맥의 수치심을 묘사, 권장, 미화해서는 안 됩니다. 콘텐츠는 어떤 상황에서도 성적인 맥락에서 미성년자를 묘사해서는 안 됩니다.

                Of minors in a violent or abusive context;
                폭력적이거나 학대적인 맥락에서 미성년자를 묘사하는 행위;
                <br>-	
                Encouraging or glorifying, explicitly or implicitly, the use of drugs, alcohol or tobacco;
                명시적 혹은 암시적으로 마약, 알코올, 담배의 사용을 권장 혹은 미화하는 행위;
                 <br>-	
                Encouraging, condoning or promoting racial, ethnic, gender, religious, national, physical attributes, or physical or mental disabilities stereotypes;
                인종, 민족, 성별, 종교, 국가적 고정 관념 혹은 신체적 특성이나 정신적 장애와 관련된 고정 관념을 권장, 용인, 조장하는 행위.

                Encouraging, condoning or promoting intolerance, discrimination or prejudice against people because of their race, ethnic group, nationality, gender, disability, physical attributes, religion, age or sexual orientation;
                인종, 민족, 국적, 성별, 장애, 신체적 특성, 종교, 연령 혹은 성적 취향에 대해 사람들에 대한 편견 혹은 차별을 조장, 용인, 권장하는 행위.
                <br>-	
                Negative or disrespectful use of religious symbols, beliefs, texts or places of worship;
                종교적 상징, 신념, 글귀 혹은 예배소를 부정적 혹은 무례하게 사용하는 행위;
                 <br>-	
                Offensive to any person or entity. Content may not include profanity, obscenity, vulgarity, harassment, or any other type of attack on any person or entity. Content may not violate the rights of any person, including their right to privacy;
                개인이나 단체에 대한 위법 행위. 콘텐츠에는 개인 및 단체에 대한 모욕, 외설, 저속, 괴롭힘 혹은 다른 유형의 공격이 포함되어 있어선 안 됩니다. 콘텐츠는 개인의 권리, 특히 개인정보 보호 권리를 침해하지 않아야 합니다;

                Include false, misleading or defamatory information;
                허위, 오보 혹은 명예를 훼손하는 정보를 포함하는 행위;

                Promoting third party entities;
                제삼자 홍보 행위;
                <br>-	
                Defamatory or disparaging of NACON, or otherwise damaging to its reputation or goodwill;
                Nacon의 명예를 훼손하거나 비방하거나 평판 혹은 영업권을 위태롭게 만들도록 설계된 콘텐츠를 포함하는 행위;

                Suggesting that the content is endorsed or approved by NACON.<br>NACON reserves the right to delete any content generated by the User that does not comply with the above rules.
                Nacon에 의해 콘텐츠를 승인받거나 보증받을 것을 권장합니다.<br><br>Nacon은 앞서 명시한 규칙을 준수하지 않은 모든 사용자 생성 콘텐츠를 제거할 권리가 있습니다.
                <br><br>10.	
                Applicable law 
                준거법 – 관할권<br><br>라이선스는 섭외 사법을 제외한 프랑스 법률의 적용을 받습니다. 라이선스의 생성, 해석, 집행 또는 종료와 관련하여 분쟁이 발생한 경우, 프랑스 법률에 따라 결정권이 있는 프랑스 법원은 긴급하거나 다수의 피고인이 있는 경우에도 단독 관할권을 갖습니다.<br><br><br> <br>부록 1: 법적 보증<br>프랑스 소비자법 L.211-4조: 판매자는 계약과 일치하는 제품을 제공하여야 하며 배송 시 존재하는 불일치의 경우 법적 책임을 진다. 판매자에게 책임이 있다고 여겨지거나 판매자의 책임하에 진행된 포장, 조립 지침, 설치로 발생하는 계약 위반의 경우 판매자가 법적 책임을 진다."<br>프랑스 소비자법 L.211-5항 "계약을 준수하기 위해 제품은 다음 항목을 충족해야 한다: 1. 해당 제품과 관련된 일반적인 목적에 적합하며, 다음 항목에 해당하는 경우: <br>

                Jurisdiction<br>The License is subject to French law, excluding any conflict of law rules. In the event of a dispute arising from the formation, interpretation, performance or termination of the License, the French courts having jurisdiction under French law shall have exclusive jurisdiction, even in case of emergency or multiple defendants.<br> <br>Appendix 1: Legal guarantees<br>Article L.211-4 of the French Consumer Code: "The seller is required to deliver goods in conformity with the contract and is responsible for any defects in conformity existing at the time of delivery. He is also responsible for defects in conformity resulting from the packaging, the assembly instructions or the installation when the latter has been put at his charge by the contract or has been carried out under his responsibility.”<br>Article L.211-5 of the Consumer Code: "To be in conformity with the contract, the goods must: 1° Be fit for the purpose usually expected of similar goods and, where applicable :
