END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between you (“User”) and EOAG Games (“Company”) regarding the use of the software titled Raid One (“Game”).

By installing, accessing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Game.

1. License Grant

The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes.

2. Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in the Game, including but not limited to software, assets, characters, artwork, music, and related materials, are owned by EOAG Games.
You receive a license to use the Game; ownership is not transferred.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game.

Distribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the Game.

Use the Game for commercial purposes without written permission.

Use cheats, bots, hacks, or unauthorized third-party tools.

Exploit bugs, network vulnerabilities, or other unintended functions.

4. Online Services

Some features of the Game require an active internet connection.
The Company may modify, suspend, or discontinue online services at any time without prior notice.

5. User Content

If the Game allows user-generated content, the User is responsible for all such content.
The Company may remove inappropriate or unlawful content at its discretion.

6. Updates & Patches

The Company may provide updates, patches, or modifications to improve gameplay, fix issues, or adjust balance.
These updates may be applied automatically.

7. Termination

The license is effective until terminated.
The Company may terminate this Agreement if the User violates its terms.
Upon termination, the User must stop using and uninstall the Game.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

The Game is provided “AS IS,” without warranties of any kind.
The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, absence of bugs, or compatibility with all hardware.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Company is not liable for:

Loss of data

Service interruptions

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
To the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to the Agreement

The Company may update this Agreement.
Continued use of the Game after changes means acceptance of the updated terms.
