END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you ("User") and JohnMarkPresents ("Developer") regarding the video game Pulse Grid ("Game").

1. LICENSE GRANT

Developer grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms
of this Agreement and the Steam Subscriber Agreement.

2. RESTRICTIONS

You may NOT:
- Copy, distribute, or share the Game files
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game
- Remove or modify copyright notices
- Use the Game for commercial purposes
- Cheat, exploit bugs, or manipulate leaderboards
- Sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the Game

3. OWNERSHIP

The Game and all its content is owned by Developer and protected by copyright laws. This Agreement grants you a license to use the Game, not ownership
of it.

4. USER CONTENT

Replays and scores you create remain your property. By uploading to Steam leaderboards, you grant Developer and Valve a license to store and display
that content for Game functionality.

5. STEAM INTEGRATION

This Game requires Steam and is subject to the Steam Subscriber Agreement. Leaderboards, achievements, and cloud saves are provided by Valve
Corporation.

6. UPDATES

Developer may release updates or patches at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updates.

7. DISCLAIMER

THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. DEVELOPER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE GAME WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

DEVELOPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE GAME. TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT
EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE GAME.

9. TERMINATION

This license terminates automatically if you violate any terms. Upon termination, you must cease use and delete all copies of the Game.
