END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between you (“Player”) and Iron Prodigy (“Licensor”) regarding the use of the software PropWiz (“Game”). By installing, accessing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. License Grant

Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the Game for personal, non-commercial use.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

Copy, distribute, or resell the Game except as permitted by the Steam platform.

Modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the Game.

Use the Game for commercial purposes, unless explicitly authorized.

3. Online Services

The Game includes multiplayer features that may require an internet connection. Licensor may modify, suspend, or discontinue online features at any time without notice.

4. Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in the Game, including software, assets, and content, remain the property of Licensor. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights.

5. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Licensor may terminate this Agreement if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must uninstall and cease use of the Game.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind. Licensor does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Licensor shall not be liable for any damages arising from use or inability to use the Game.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

By installing, accessing, or playing PropWiz, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
