This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Skywall Studios LLC. Read it carefully before clicking the "I Agree" button.

By clicking the "I Agree" button, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, do not click the "I Agree" button.

Skywall Studios LLC hereby grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Pro Soccer Online in accordance with the terms of this EULA agreement.

Intellectual Property and Ownership

Skywall Studios LLC shall at all times retain ownership of Pro Soccer Online as originally downloaded by you and all subsequent downloads of Pro Soccer Online by you. Pro Soccer Online (and the copyright, and other intellectual property rights of Pro Soccer Online, including any modifications made thereto) is and shall remain the property of Skywall Studios LLC.

Skywall Studios LLC reserves the right to grant licenses to use Pro Soccer Online to third parties.

Permissions

You are permitted to use Pro Soccer Online for personal, non-commercial use.

You are not permitted to:

A) Edit, alter, modify, adapt, translate or otherwise change the whole or any part of Pro Soccer Online nor permit the whole or any part of Pro Soccer Online to be combined with or become incorporated in any other software, nor decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer Pro Soccer Online or attempt to do any such things.

B) Reproduce, copy, distribute, resell or otherwise use Pro Soccer Online for any commercial purpose.

C) Allow any third party to use Pro Soccer Online on behalf of or for the benefit of any third party.

D) Use Pro Soccer Online in any way which breaches any applicable local, national or international law.

System Information access

You agree to Pro Soccer Online reading and store your personal Windows computer's hardware IDs in a private database for tracking purposes.

Online communication

You agree to not use the online communication features of Pro Soccer Online such as voice chat and text chat to say things that contain extreme vulgarity, racism, hate speech, private personal information regarding other players, and/or violence & death threats.

Misuse of these features will result in access to them being revoked for a varying time anywhere from a few days to permanently and in extreme cases may result in account termination.

Ranked mode behavior

You agree to not behave in a way that generally goes against the spirit and ruins other player's experience of the game in ranked modes. This includes behavior like scoring own goals, stealing the ball from teammates, exploiting bugs to gain a competitive advantage.

Failure to comply with these rules will result in your account having access revoked to the ranked mode for a varying amount of time anywhere from a few days to permanently.

Termination

Skywall Studios LLC reserves the right to terminate your account at their discretion for failure to comply with this EULA or any other reason.

Skywall Studios LLC reserves the right to terminate your account at their discretion for failure to comply with this EULA or any other reason they deem you to be a negative .

Upon such termination, the licenses granted by this EULA will immediately be revoked and access to the online services of Pro Soccer Online will be revoked from your Steam account.

You will not be entitled to a refund upon license termination/ban from online services for the base product or any purchases made using Steam microtransactions.

Attempting to regain access to Pro Soccer Online using a different Steam account is not permitted and will result in an automatic re-termination of that account and access to the online services of Pro Soccer Online will be revoked.

The provisions that by their nature continue and survive will survive any termination of this EULA agreement.

Online communication

Misuse of the online communication features of Pro Soccer Online such as text chat and voice chat will result in access to said features being revoked. This includes extreme vulgarity, racism, leaking of personal information of another user, and/or death threats. Extreme cases may also result in full termination of their account.

In game behavior

In game behavior that generally goes against the spirit of the game in a way that ruins other's experience will be subjected to losing access to specific game modes and potentially a full account termination in extreme cases.

Governing Law

This EULA agreement, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with this EULA agreement, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
