End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of the software PORTERS (“Game”) developed by Rational Studios (“Developer”). By installing, copying, or playing the Game, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

License
You are granted a personal, non-commercial license to use the Game exclusively through the Steam platform. The Game is licensed, not sold.

Restrictions

You may not copy, distribute, rent, or sell the Game.

Reverse engineering, decompiling, or modifying the Game is prohibited.

In online modes, cheating, abuse, or offensive behavior is not allowed.

Ownership
All rights, title, and intellectual property in the Game remain with Rational Studios.

Disclaimer of Warranty
The Game is provided “as is.” No guarantee is given that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. The Developer is not liable for damages resulting from the use of the Game.

Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
