📜 End User License Agreement (EULA) – Pool Live Max

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between you (“User” or “Player”) and RETA GAMES regarding your use of the video game Pool Live Max . By installing, accessing, or playing the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Game.

1. License Grant

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the Game for your personal entertainment only.

You do not acquire ownership of the Game or any rights beyond this license.

2. Ownership

All intellectual property rights in the Game, including but not limited to code, graphics, music, assets, trademarks, and content, remain the sole property of RETA GAMES or its licensors.

This Agreement does not transfer ownership of the Game or any associated rights.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

Copy, modify, or distribute the Game or its files.

Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Game.

Use cheats, bots, automation, exploits, or third-party software to manipulate gameplay.

Share, sell, rent, or sublicense the Game or access to your account.

Use the Game for any commercial or unlawful purpose.

4. Online Features & Multiplayer

The Game may include online multiplayer features. You agree to behave respectfully toward other players and not engage in harassment, cheating, or disruptive conduct.

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to online features if you violate this Agreement or community guidelines.

Multiplayer servers and services may be modified, updated, or discontinued at any time at our discretion.

5. User Content

If the Game allows you to upload, share, or create content (e.g., usernames, avatars, mods), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content within the Game.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and must not upload anything illegal, offensive, or infringing on others’ rights.

6. Updates & Patches

We may provide updates, patches, or modifications to improve or balance the Game. These may be applied automatically.

Continued use of the Game after updates constitutes acceptance of the modified version.

7. Termination

This Agreement remains in effect until terminated.

We may terminate your license at any time if you breach this Agreement.

Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and uninstall it.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game is provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

You use the Game at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RETA GAMES is not liable for any damages, including but not limited to loss of data, accounts, gameplay progress, or other indirect damages arising from your use of the Game.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of  Egypt / Giza ,without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Egypt.

11. Changes to this Agreement

We may update or modify this Agreement from time to time.

The updated Agreement will be posted, and your continued use of the Game will mean acceptance of the changes.
