2.	Legal basis
We collect and process personal data on the basis of the current European law. The following legal bases can be found in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Depending on the purpose of the data collection, one or more of the following legal bases apply:

Consent is an expression of will. This can be done in writing in form of a statement or with another clear affirmative action. For this purpose, the data subject must be sufficiently informed and understand the consent.

2.	Rechtsgrundlage
Wir erheben und verarbeiten personenbezogene Daten basierend auf aktuellstem europäischem Recht. Die nachfolgend genannten Rechtsgrundlagen finden Sie alle in der Datenschutzgrundverordnung (DSGVO). Je nach Zweck der Datenerhebung treffen eine oder mehrere der nachfolgenden Rechtsgrundlagen zu:
•	Einwilligung gemäß Artikel 6 Absatz 1 lit.a Datenschutzgrundverordnung (DSGVO). 
Eine Einwilligung ist eine Willensbekundung. Diese kann schriftlich in Form einer Erklärung oder auch mit einer sonstigen eindeutigen bestätigenden Handlung erfolgen. So oder so muss die Einwilligung freiwillig sein, für einen ganz bestimmten Fall gelten und unmissverständlich zum Ausdruck bringen, dass die betroffene Person mit der Verarbeitung der sie betreffenden personenbezogenen Daten einverstanden ist. Dazu muss die betroffene Person ausreichend informiert werden und die Einwilligung verstehen.

Das bedeutet: Die Daten sind erforderlich damit wir die vertraglichen Pflichten ihnen gegenüber erfüllen können oder wir benötigen die Daten um einen Vertragsschluss mit Ihnen vorzubereiten.

4.	Data erasure and storage time
Personal data must be erased if they are no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed. To play our game the use of the "Steam" service of Valve Corporation, P.O. Box 1688," Bellevue, WA 98004, USA and Valve S.a.r.l., Regus City Center Suite 227, 26 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg, Luxembourg ("Valve") and the prior conclusion of a user agreement are required. Valve itself collects personal data while using the "Steam" service in its own name and on the basis of this user agreement. We have no access to this data. With regard to the collection and use of data by "Steam", we therefore refer to Valve's user agreement and data protection declaration.

Box 1688, , Bellevue, WA 98004, USA und Valve S.a.r.l., Regus City Center Suite 227, 26 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg, Luxemburg („Valve“) und den Abschluss eines Nutzungsvertrages mit voraus. Valve selbst erhebt im Rahmen der Nutzung des Dienstes „Steam“ personenbezogene Daten im eigenen Namen und auf der Grundlage dieses Nutzungsvertrages. Wir haben auf diese Daten keinen Zugriff. Hinsichtlich der Datenerhebung- und Nutzung durch „Steam“ verweisen wir daher auf den Nutzungsvertrag und die Datenschutzerklärung von Valve.

2.	In-game News
When contacting our servers to retrieve news, your IP address will be collected solely for the purpose of performing the communication and will not be stored. This is done by our hosting provider Strato AG (Berlin, Germany) on the basis of order processing according to Art. 28 (3) GDPR. The legal basis for us is Art. 6 (1) lit. b or f GDPR, ie legitimate interests or the fulfilment of our contractual relationship with you. The legitimate interest is to inform you about news about the product. A right of objection does not exist, since the registration is technically conditioned and without this the communication process would not be possible.

2.	In-Game News
Bei Kontakt mit unseren Servern zum Abruf von News, wird Ihre IP Adresse ausschließlich zum Zweck der Durchführung der Kommunikation erfasst und wird nicht gespeichert. Dies geschieht bei unserem Hosting Anbieter Strato AG (Berlin, Deutschland) auf der Grundlage einer Auftragsverarbeitung nach Art. 28 Absatz 3 DSGVO.  Rechtsgrundlage für uns ist Art. 6 Absatz 1 lit. b bzw. f  DSGVO, also berechtigte Interessen bzw. die Erfüllung unseres Vertragsverhältnisses mit Ihnen. Das berechtigte Interesse liegt darin Sie über Neuigkeiten zum Produkt zu informieren. Ein Widerspruchsrecht besteht nicht, da die Erfassung technisch bedingt ist und ohne diese der Kommunikationsvorgang nicht möglich wäre.
