You are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use any maps exported from this software for commercial purposes (e.g., books, games, commissions). You own the rights to your specific map layouts.

3. THIRD-PARTY ASSETS & FONTS
This software includes assets and fonts licensed for commercial output (including 1001Fonts FFC licensed material).

You may use these in your exported maps.

You may not extract or redistribute the raw font or art files from the software's installation directory.

4. USER-IMPORTED CONTENT
You are solely responsible for the legality of any assets (images/fonts) you import into the software. [Your Company Name] is not liable for copyright infringement arising from your imported content.

5. TERMINATION & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
This license is effective until terminated by you or us. The software is provided "as-is." To the maximum extent permitted by German law (BGB), Nicolas Michel Birk Huber (Mapthusiast) shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
