OverDrop - End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between you ("User") and the developer of OverDrop ("Software") ("Developer").

By installing, copying, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by all terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to this Agreement, do not install or use the Software.

1. License Grant
The Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to:
a) Install and use the Software for personal, non-commercial purposes
b) Install the Software on devices you own or have legal authorization to use

2. Restrictions
You may not:
a) Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code
b) Modify, alter, translate, or create derivative works
c) Redistribute, sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the Software
d) Remove copyright notices or license information
e) Use the Software for illegal purposes
f) Use the Software for game cheating, hacking, or fraudulent activities

3. Ownership
The Software and all associated intellectual property rights are the exclusive property of the Developer.
This Agreement does not transfer ownership; it only grants usage rights.

4. Data Collection and Privacy
For details on data collected and processed by the Software, please refer to the Privacy Policy.
The Software:
a) Stores only local settings data (opacity, position, size, etc.)
b) Does not collect personally identifiable information
c) Does not transmit data over the network (except for update checks)

5. Warranty Disclaimer
The Software is provided "AS IS" without any warranties.
The Developer makes no warranties, express or implied, including:
a) Merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
b) That the Software will operate uninterrupted or error-free
c) That the Software is compatible with all games or applications
d) That account sanctions by anti-cheat systems will not occur

6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
a) The Developer is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from Software use
b) This includes, but is not limited to, data loss, profit loss, game account sanctions, or hardware damage
c) The Developer's total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Software

7. Game Policy Compliance
a) Some online games may prohibit overlay software
b) Game account sanctions resulting from Software use are the User's responsibility
c) Users are responsible for complying with game terms of service and policies
d) The Developer does not guarantee compatibility with specific games

8. Updates and Maintenance
a) The Developer may provide Software updates but is not obligated to do so
b) Updates may be provided at no additional cost
c) Updates may require acceptance of a revised version of this Agreement

9. Termination
a) This Agreement remains valid until you remove the Software
b) If you violate this Agreement, the license will automatically terminate
c) Upon termination, you must remove all copies of the Software

10. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, excluding conflict of law principles.
All disputes related to this Agreement are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Korean courts.

11. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Developer,
superseding all prior oral or written agreements related to the Software.

12. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable,
the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
