END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and the developer of Nightclub Empire ("Developer") regarding the use of the game Nightclub Empire ("Game").

By downloading, installing, or playing the Game, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. License Grant
The Developer grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Game for personal entertainment purposes only.

2. Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the Game or any part of it
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game
- Use the Game for commercial purposes without permission
- Attempt to bypass or interfere with game systems or services

3. Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in the Game, including all assets, code, and content, are owned by the Developer.

4. Updates and Changes
The Developer may update, modify, or discontinue the Game at any time without notice.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The Developer does not guarantee that the Game will be error-free or uninterrupted.

6. Limitation of Liability
The Developer shall not be held liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Game.

7. User Responsibility
You are responsible for your use of the Game and any consequences arising from it.

8. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term.
