This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is between you (the “User”) and ShadowWrought Games (“Developer”) regarding the use of the video game Moonvile (the “Game”). By installing, accessing, or playing the Game, you agree to the following terms:

1. License Grant

The Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and play the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

2. Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in the Game, including but not limited to artwork, music, code, and other assets, remain the property of ShadowWrought Games. You are granted only the right to play the Game, not to own or resell its content.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

Copy, distribute, or sell the Game.

Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Game except where permitted by law.

Use cheats, exploits, or unauthorized third-party tools that disrupt gameplay.

Use the Game for commercial purposes without written permission from the Developer.

4. Online & Multiplayer Features

The Game may include online or multiplayer features. These may be changed, suspended, or removed at any time without notice. The Developer is not responsible for connection issues, lag, or downtime.

5. User Conduct

While playing Moonvile, you agree to:

Respect other players.

Not engage in harassment, cheating, or disruptive behavior.

Understand that violations may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Game.

6. Termination

This license terminates automatically if you breach this Agreement. If terminated, you must stop playing and uninstall the Game.

7. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Game is provided “as is.” The Developer makes no guarantees of error-free gameplay or uninterrupted service. You play at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any damages arising from playing or inability to play the Game, including but not limited to data loss, crashes, or hardware issues.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Turkey and applicable international treaties.
