End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (the "User") and [Hayankkum] ("Developer") regarding the game [Mohyeong World] ("Software").

By installing, copying, or using this Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.

1. License Grant
The Developer grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software for personal entertainment purposes only.

2. Restrictions
You may not:
- Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
- Use the Software for commercial purposes without written permission.
- Distribute or share copies of the Software without authorization.

3. Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Software remain with the Developer. This Agreement does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.

4. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. The Developer may terminate it at any time if you fail to comply with any term. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software.

5. Disclaimer
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The Developer is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software.

6. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
