KING’S MUG — END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”, “you”) and Vace Games Ltd (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) governing your use of the video game King’s Mug (the “Game”).

By installing, accessing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Game.

1. License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

2. Restrictions
You agree not to:
• Copy, distribute, sell, or sublicense the Game
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code (except where permitted by law)
• Modify or create derivative works of the Game
• Use the Game or its assets for commercial purposes without permission, except as permitted under Section 3 (Content Creation & Streaming)
• Exploit bugs, glitches, or unintended mechanics for unfair advantage

3. Content Creation & Streaming
We encourage content creation. You are permitted to create, share, and monetize videos, livestreams, and other content featuring gameplay of the Game, provided that such content:
• Includes legitimate gameplay of the Game
• Does not distribute or extract standalone game assets (e.g., models, audio, textures)
• Does not misrepresent the Game or the Company
• Does not violate any applicable laws or this Agreement

We reserve the right to revoke this permission in cases of abuse or misuse.

4. Ownership
The Game and all associated content (including but not limited to code, assets, audio, visuals, trademarks, and design) are owned by Vace Games Ltd and are protected by intellectual property laws.
This Agreement does not grant you ownership of the Game.

5. Online Features & Conduct
If the Game includes online or multiplayer features, you agree to:
• Not cheat, hack, or use unauthorized third-party software
• Not exploit systems in a way that negatively impacts other players
• Not harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Not share offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content

We reserve the right to:
• Suspend or permanently restrict access to online features
• Reset progression or remove content
• Take enforcement actions without prior notice

6. Updates & Changes
We may update, modify, rebalance, or discontinue the Game (or parts of it) at any time without liability.
This includes gameplay changes, feature additions or removals, and technical updates.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Game is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We do not guarantee that:
• The Game will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Bugs or issues will be resolved entirely
• The Game will meet your expectations

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vace Games Ltd shall not be liable for:
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, progress, or in-game content
• Any damages exceeding the amount you paid for the Game

Nothing in this Agreement excludes liability where it cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Game if you violate this Agreement. Upon termination, you must stop using the Game.

10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

11. Changes to This Agreement
We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the Game after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement.
