END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
for the game “Huntervania”

1. Introduction

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and [Twoja nazwa studia / imię i nazwisko] (“Developer”) governing your use of the video game “Huntervania” (“Game”).

By installing, accessing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

If you do not agree, do not install or use the Game.

2. License Grant

The Developer grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, limited license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes.

3. Ownership

The Game is licensed, not sold.

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Game (including code, graphics, audio, and content) are owned by the Developer or its licensors.

4. Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the Game
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game (except where permitted by law)
Distribute, sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the Game
Use the Game for commercial purposes without permission
Remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notices
5. User Content (if applicable)

If the Game allows user-generated content:

You grant the Developer a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content within the Game
You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate laws or third-party rights
6. Online Features

The Game may include online features.

The Developer does not guarantee:

continuous availability
error-free operation
permanent access to online services

Online features may be modified or discontinued at any time.

7. Updates and Changes

The Developer may:

update the Game
modify content or features
fix bugs

Updates may be required to continue using the Game.

8. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Game is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranties of any kind.

The Developer does not guarantee that:

the Game will be error-free
the Game will meet your expectations
the Game will be uninterrupted
9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for:

indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
loss of data, progress, or profits
any issues arising from use or inability to use the Game
10. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated.

It will terminate automatically if you violate its terms.

Upon termination, you must stop using and delete the Game.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of [Twój kraj, np. Poland], without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Steam Integration
