                This End User License Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (an individual or entity) and ©魔愚路2025 (hereinafter referred to as “our Group”). By accessing, downloading, installing, or using the service “Artillery Girl” (hereinafter referred to as “the Service”) provided by our Group, you are deemed to agree to the terms of this agreement.
                本終端用戶許可協議（以下簡稱“EULA”）是您（個人或團體）與©魔愚路2025（以下簡稱“本集團”）之間簽訂的法律合同。通過訪問、下載、安裝或使用由本集團提供的“炮擊少女”（以下簡稱“本服務”），您即視為同意本協議的條款。

                Article 1: License

                All content provided within the Service (including but not limited to in-game images, characters, scenarios, music, source code, logos, and any other information) is subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights owned by our Group.
                本服務內提供的所有內容（包括但不限於遊戲內圖片、角色、情節、音樂、源代碼、徽標以及其他所有信息）均受本集團擁有的版權及其他知識產權保護。

                Users shall not exercise moral rights of authors concerning the use of our Group based on the preceding paragraph.
                用戶不得就基於前款規定使用本集團的內容主張著作人身權。

                Article 2: Prohibited Conduct

                Users are prohibited from engaging in the following acts:

                 (a) 
                Reproduction, modification, alteration, analysis, reverse engineering, or any act that may infringe on our Group’s intellectual property rights in the programming of all or part of the Service.
                對本服務的全部或部分編程進行複製、修改、改造、解析、逆向工程，或其他可能侵犯本集團知識產權的行為。
                 (b) 
                Acts contrary to public order and morals or acts in violation of laws, regulations, or this agreement.
                違反公序良俗或違反法律、規定或本協議的行為。
                 (c) 
                Use of cheats, bugs, bots, etc.
                使用作弊工具、漏洞或自動化程序（如Bot）。
                 (d) 
                Harassment, bullying, or defamation of third parties.
                對第三方進行騷擾、霸凌或誹謗的行為。
                 (e) 
                Commercial use of the Service without the prior consent of our Group.
                未經本集團同意，將本服務用於商業目的的行為。
                 (f) 
                Actions
                違反分發指南的行為。

                Article 3: Ownership

                A non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license is granted to you for personal and non-commercial use of the game and services under the conditions of this agreement.

                Group welcomes the streaming of gameplay videos by individuals or corporations. You may stream or distribute game commentary in compliance with the distribution guidelines.                 Our Group assumes no responsibility for disputes or damages arising between users or between users and third parties.
