                This End User License Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (an individual or entity) and ©魔愚路2025 (hereinafter referred to as “our Group”). By accessing, downloading, installing, or using the service “Artillery Girl” (hereinafter referred to as “the Service”) provided by our Group, you are deemed to agree to the terms of this agreement.<br>If you do not agree to this agreement, you must not access, download, install, or use the Service.<br>Article 1: License<br>- All content provided within the Service (including but not limited to in-game images, characters, scenarios, music, source code, logos, and any other information) is subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights owned by our Group.<br>- Users shall not exercise moral rights of authors concerning the use of our Group based on the preceding paragraph.
                本エンドユーザーライセンス契約書（以下「EULA」とする）は、あなた（個人または団体）および©魔愚路2025（以下「当グループ」とする）との間で締結される法的契約です。当グループが提供する「砲撃少女」（以下「本サービス」とする）にアクセスし、ダウンロードし、インストールし、または使用することにより、あなたは本契約の条項に同意したものとみなされます。

                Article 2: Prohibited Conduct<br>- Users are prohibited from engaging in the following acts: (a) Reproduction, modification, alteration, analysis, reverse engineering, or any act that may infringe on our Group’s intellectual property rights in the programming of all or part of the Service. (b) Acts contrary to public order and morals or acts in violation of laws, regulations, or this agreement. (c) Use of cheats, bugs, bots, etc. (d) Harassment, bullying, or defamation of third parties. (e) Commercial use of the Service without the prior consent of our Group. (f) Actions violating distribution guidelines. (The distribution guidelines are listed on the Steam store page linked below: <a class="bb_link" href="https://store.steampowered.com/app/3665900/)" target="_blank" rel>https://store.steampowered.com/app/3665900/)</a> (g) Acts equivalent or similar to the above or acts disadvantageous to our Group.
                本契約に同意しない場合は、本サービスをアクセス、ダウンロード、インストール、または使用しないでください。

                Article
                第１条＜ライセンス＞<br>１.本サービス内で提供されるすべてのコンテンツ（ゲーム内画像、キャラクター、シナリオ、音楽、ソースコード、ロゴ、その他一切の情報を含みますが、これらに限られません）に関する著作権、その他の知的財産権は、当グループに帰属します。<br>２.利用者は、前項に基づく当グループの利用に関し、著作者人格権を行使しないものとします。<br><br>第２条＜禁止事項＞<br>１．利用者は、次の各号に掲げるような行為を行うことを禁止します。<br>（a）本サービスのプログラミングの全部または一部の複製、改変、改造、解析、リバースエンジニアリング、当グループの知的財産権を侵害する恐れのある行為。<br>（b）公序良俗に反する行為や法律、規約に反しまたは違反する恐れのある行為。<br>（c）チートやバグ、Bot等の使用行為。<br>（d）第三者に対しての嫌がらせやハラスメント、誹謗中傷行為。<br>（e）本サービスを当社に無断で商業目的で使用する行為。<br>（f）配信ガイドラインに違反する行為。<br>  （配信ガイドラインは下記リンクのSteamストアページ内に記載しております。

                Ownership<br>- A non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license is granted to you for personal and non-commercial use of the game and services under the conditions of this agreement.<br>- Our Group welcomes the streaming of gameplay videos by individuals or corporations. You may stream or distribute game commentary in compliance with the distribution guidelines.                 - The Service does not use accounts.
                １．本サービスではアカウントを使用しません。

                - Personal information obtained through the Service by our Group will not be used for purposes other than improving and operating the Service.
                １．当グループは、本サービスにて取得した個人情報はサービス向上および運営以外の目的には使用されません。

                Article 6: Disclaimer
                第６条＜免責事項＞

                - Our Group assumes no responsibility for any damages suffered by users while using the Service.
                １．当グループは、本サービスを利用する際に利用者が被ったいかなる損害についても、一切の責任を負わないものとします。

                - Our Group assumes no responsibility for the preparation and management of equipment or communication environments necessary for using the Service.
                ２．当グループは、本サービスの利用する際に必要な機器、通信環境の用意と管理の一切の責任を負いません。

                - Our Group reserves the right to change the contents of this agreement when necessary.
                ３．当グループは、必要に投じて本規約の内容を変更できるものとします。

                Article 7: Governing Law
                第７条＜準拠法＞

                - This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
                １．本契約は、日本の法律に準拠し、その法律に従って解釈されます。ただし、法の抵触の原則は適用されません。

                Article 8: Dispute Resolution
                第８条＜紛争解決＞

                - Our Group assumes no responsibility for disputes or damages arising between users or between users and third parties.
                １．当グループは、利用者同士または利用者と第三者において生じた紛争や損害につき、一切の責任を負いません。

                Article 9: Miscellaneous Our Group does not intend to support or promote any specific political, religious, or ideological positions through the provision of the Service.
                第９条＜その他＞<br>当グループは、本サービスの提供において、特定の政治的、宗教的、思想的立場を支持または推進する意図は一切ございません。
