This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and ReaskGames (“Developer”) regarding the use of the game Grinnel (“Game”).

By downloading, installing, or playing the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. License Grant

The Game is licensed, not sold. ReaskGames grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Game for personal and non-commercial purposes only.

2. Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Game, including but not limited to source code, graphics, audio, music, characters, and designs, are owned by ReaskGames. This Agreement does not grant you ownership of the Game.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

Copy, distribute, or reproduce the Game or any part of it

Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code

Modify the Game or use cheats, hacks, or unauthorized third-party software

Use the Game for commercial purposes

4. Updates and Modifications

ReaskGames may update, modify, or discontinue the Game at any time without prior notice. All updates are subject to this Agreement.

5. Online Features and Third-Party Services

The Game may include online features or services provided by third parties, including Steam. Use of such services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Game is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. ReaskGames does not guarantee that the Game will be error-free or uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReaskGames shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Game.

8. Termination

This Agreement will terminate automatically if you violate any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and delete it from your devices.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
