The purpose of this Operation Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") is to clearly define the standards of use, restriction criteria, and appeal procedures for Godius (hereinafter referred to as the "Game") to ensure that users can enjoy the game in a fair and pleasant environment.
This Policy is applied in conjunction with the Godius Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. In the event of any conflict, the Terms of Service shall prevail.

※ This Policy applies to all users, including those who access and use the game through the Steam platform.

Article 2. Scope of Application
This Policy applies to all users who fall under any of the following:

Users who create a Godius account and use the game.

Users who access the game through Steam, the official website, or any other authorized channels.

Users who utilize related services, including in-game chat, communities, and customer support.

※ Minors (under the age of 19) must use the game with the consent of their legal guardian, and the legal guardian is responsible for guiding the minor to use the service properly.

If the Company confirms any conduct falling under the categories below, it will apply phased restrictions to the respective user. Restrictions are implemented based on objective logs and evidentiary materials.

2nd Offense: Permanent restriction / Comprehensive investigation of all related accounts

3-3. Profanity, Bad Manners, and Hate Speech

Persistent profanity and insults

Hate speech or discriminatory expressions based on gender, race, nationality, disability, etc.

Sexual harassment and verbal or physical conduct causing sexual discomfort

Continuous bullying or harassment targeting a specific user

Threatening to disclose personal information (Doxing)

1st Offense: 3-day chat restriction / Warning email sent

2nd Offense: 7-day chat restriction + 7-day game restriction / Restricted without prior warning

Immediate Action: Temporary suspension / Investigation conducted after preserving evidence

Minor Cases: 7 to 30-day restriction + Full retrieval of acquired currency and items / Subject to mitigation upon voluntary reporting

Severe Cases: Permanent restriction + Data retrieval / Determined based on the level of economic disruption

※ The scope of "Data retrieval" is limited to items and currency acquired through bug exploitation; normally acquired data remains protected.
※ If you discover a bug and voluntarily report it through Customer Support, you may receive rewards and mitigation of restrictions.

3-5. Interference with Operations

Actions causing server overload

Repeated or malicious abuse of false reporting

Impersonating staff or operators

Intentional disruption of the operations team's duties

■ Restriction Criteria

1st Offense: Warning and 7-day restriction

2nd Offense: 30-day restriction or Permanent restriction / Impersonation will result in an immediate permanent restriction upon the 1st offense

All restrictions are carried out based on objective data such as game server logs, report histories, and monitoring results.

The Company may take emergency restriction measures without prior notice to protect the game environment. In such cases, the reason for the restriction will be notified afterward via email or in-game notice.

Repeated or malicious violations by the same user may result in aggravated punishment, taking previous restriction history into account.

Even if an action is committed by a third party who is not the owner of the account, the accountability remains with the respective account.

The handling of unused paid currency upon restriction shall follow the Terms of Service and relevant laws and regulations.

※ Permanent restriction of games purchased through Steam operates independently of Steam's refund policy. Eligibility for refunds depends on Steam's criteria.

If a user objects to a restriction, they may lodge an appeal in accordance with the procedures below.

Appeal Period: Within 30 days from the date the restriction is applied.

5-2. Processing Procedure
Receipt: Acknowledgment email sent upon receiving the appeal / Within 1 business day.

Review: Operations team review and re-verification of logs / Within 7 business days.

Notification of Result: Final outcome notified via email / Within 1 day after the review is completed.

※ Restrictions remain active during the appeal review period. If the appeal is accepted, the period may be recalculated or compensation may be provided.

5-3. Results of Appeal
Accepted: Cancellation or mitigation of the restriction, and implementation of remedy measures.

Rejected: Notification of the reasons for the decision; re-application for the same matter is not permitted.

Partially Accepted: The severity of the restriction may be adjusted.

Article 6. Privacy Policy and Youth Protection
Users' personal information is collected and used in accordance with the Privacy Policy, and restriction-related logs are retained for up to one year for dispute resolution purposes.

Users under the age of 14 cannot use the service without the consent of their legal guardian.

The Game provides a user environment appropriate for the age rating in compliance with the Youth Protection Act.

※ For overseas users, personal information protection laws of the respective country (such as GDPR) may additionally apply.

Article 7. Amendments to the Operation Policy
The Company may amend this Policy due to changes in the operating environment, relevant laws, or regulations.

When amending the Policy, a prior notice will be made through the official game website and Steam announcements 7 days prior to the effective date.

For significant amendments concerning users' rights and obligations, notice will be given 30 days in advance, accompanied by individual email notifications.

Users who do not agree to the amended Policy may request to terminate their service usage and withdraw their membership.
