9. Limited Warranty (Physical Media Only)

If you purchased the Game on physical media (e.g., disc), itengy Games warrants the disc to be free from manufacturing defects for 90 days from purchase. If defective, itengy Games will, at its discretion, replace the disc or refund the purchase price upon proof of purchase.

This warranty does not apply to damage caused by misuse or neglect. Any replacement is warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or 30 days—whichever is longer.
