This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and Glint Translator ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") governing your use of the Glint Translator software ("Software"). The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use the Software for personal, non-commercial use, subject to the terms of this Agreement. Your license is tied to your Steam account.

The integration with local AI models (such as Gemma and Qwen via the Ollama engine) is completely optional and must be explicitly activated by the user. These models are used solely to translate screen text captured by the Software to the target language. The Software does not provide a general-purpose chat or interactive prompting interface; the AI models' capabilities outside of translation are not accessible or functional within the Software. All local AI processing is performed entirely offline on your local device.
7. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The Software may include optional integrations with third-party technologies required for certain features to function. The Company does not transmit user data to third parties. Any interaction with third-party systems is limited to what is strictly necessary for the functionality of the Software.
7.8. GAMING & ANTI-CHEAT DISCLAIMER
The Software only captures screen pixels and processes visual text. It does not interact with application memory, inject code, modify executable files, or interfere with game processes. However, use of the Software in online or competitive environments is at your own risk. The Company is not responsible for any bans or penalties imposed by game publishers or anti-cheat systems.
8.9. UPDATES AND MODIFICATIONS
We may provide updates, improvements, or modifications to the Software at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
