                YOUR ACCOUNT

                accepts no responsibility for any losses or harm you suffer from any unauthorised use of your Account or any third-party account that you use to access our Services. We reserve the right to change your Account name if we find that your Account or any third-party account you use to access our Services uses abusive, offensive, or defamatory screen names and/or personas.

                 When we refer to "Stopping" or to "Stop" Account, this includes temporarily or permanently disabling, suspending or banning an Account (including a third-party platform account that you have used to access our Services). If your Account is disabled or banned, you will not be able to access your Account and any licences previously granted to you to use our Services will be either temporarily or permanently revoked.

                 We will always do our best to give you reasonable notice before Stopping your Account. However, if you have seriously breached our Terms or have been issued with previous warnings, we may immediately Stop your Account. Under such circumstances we will notify you in writing by email or within the Services as appropriate and the licence granted in these Terms will terminate and you must cease all use of the applicable Services.

แก้ไขหรือปรับราคาเนื้อหา/ไอเท็มเสมือนจริงได้ทุกเมื่อไม่ว่าด้วยสาเหตุใดภายใต้ขอบเขตสูงสุดที่กฎหมายให้อนุญาต <br><br>7.5	การจัดซื้อเนื้อหา/ไอเท็มเสมือนจริงทั้งหมดถือเป็นเด็ดขาดและไม่สามารถขอคืนเงินได้ ยกเว้นหากกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องระบุไว้เป็นอย่างอื่น<br><br><div class="bb_h2">8 สิทธิและความรับผิดชอบของคุณ</div><br>8.1	คุณยอมรับว่าจะจ่ายค่าตอบแทนให้แก่เราหากเราต้องจ่ายค่าเสียหายหรือเกิดความสูญเสียหรือค่าใช้จ่ายใด ๆ (รวมทั้งค่าธรรมเนียมในการดำเนินการทางกฎหมาย) ในส่วนที่เกี่ยวกับข้อเรียกร้องใด ๆ ของบุคคลภายนอกเนื่องจากการใช้บริการของคุณที่เป็นการละเมิดเงื่อนไขเหล่านี้ซึ่งขัดต่อกฎหมายและระเบียบข้อบังคับหรือเป็นการละเมิดสิทธิ์ของบุคคลภายนอก คุณควรหยุดใช้บริการของเราหากกฎหมายที่บังคับใช้กับคุณระบุห้ามหรือหวงห้ามไม่ให้คุณใช้บริการของเรา<br><br>8.3	อุปกรณ์ของคุณจะต้องผ่านเงื่อนไขด้านฮาร์ดแวร์ ซอฟต์แวร์และเงื่อนไขทางเครือข่ายที่กำหนดเพื่อเล่นเกมของเรา เกมของเราอาจต้องใช้งานผ่านแพลตฟอร์มที่กำหนด (เช่น Steam) เราไม่สามารถรับประกันว่าเกมของเราจะใช้การได้หรือรองรับอุปกรณ์ แพลตฟอร์มหรือระบบปฏิบัติการ หรืออุปกรณ์ใช้งานใด ๆ หรือสามารถทำงานร่วมกับซอฟต์แวร์หรือบริการเชื่อมต่ออื่น ๆ หรือการรับรองว่าบริการของเราจะพร้อมใช้งานในทุกพื้นที่ เงื่อนไขทางเทคนิคขั้นต่ำและข้อมูลการรองรับการทำงานมีเผยแพร่ไว้ที่ร้านค้าที่คุณจัดซื้อเกมของเรา<br><br>8.4	หากเรามีการแก้ไขบริการของเรา เราอาจแจ้งให้คุณติดตั้งชุดข้อมูลแก้ไข (Patch) ข้อมูลอัพเดตหรือชุดข้อมูลเพิ่มเติมเพื่อให้คุณสามารถใช้บริการของเราต่อไปได้ ข้อมูลอัพเดตเหล่านี้อาจมีเนื้อหาเพิ่มเติมสำหรับเกมหรือเป็นการแก้ไขบั๊ก และจะต้องให้คุณติดตั้งเพื่อใช้บริการของเราต่อไป<br><br><div class="bb_h2">9 แนวทางสำหรับกลุ่มหรือชุมชนเฉพาะ</div><br>9.1	ขณะใช้บริการของเรา คุณสามารถโต้ตอบกับผู้ใช้บริการคนอื่น ๆ  เราต้องการแน่ใจว่าเกมของเรามีความปลอดภัย สนุกสนานและเปิดกว้าง ดังนั้นเราจึงได้เผยแพร่แนวทางสำหรับกลุ่มหรือชุมชนเฉพาะขึ้นที่ผู้ใช้ทุกคนจะต้องปฏิบัติตาม สิทธิ์ใช้งานส่วนบุคคลในส่วนบริการของเราหรือเนื้อหาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับบัญชีผู้ใช้ของคุณ รวมทั้งเนื้อหา/ไอเท็มเสมือนจริงทั้งในส่วนบริการของเราหรือในเว็บไซต์จากภายนอก หรือในการดำเนินการใด ๆ ที่เกี่ยวกับธุรกรรมจากเกม <br>• ใช้งานหรือพยายามใช้งานบัญชีผู้ใช้ของผู้ใช้รายอื่นหรือเจาะระบบหรือพยายามเจาะระบบรักษาความปลอดภัยที่เกี่ยวกับส่วนบริการ <br>• ส่งเสริมการใช้ความรุนแรงหรือการเลือกปฏิบัติ สนับสนุนหรือรับรองการกระทำที่ผิดกฎหมายหรือทำให้เกิดข้อกังขา <br>• ล่วงละเมิด ข่มขู่ ทำให้สำคัญผิด ทำให้อับอาย ส่งข้อมูลขยะ หรือดำเนินการใด ๆ กับบุคคลอื่นที่ไม่พึงประสงค์ หรือคุกคามบุคคลหรือกล่าวถ้อยคำที่สร้างผลกระทบต่อบุคคลในประเด็นด้านเชื้อชาติ รสนิยมทางเพศหรือศาสนา <br>• จัดการหรือมีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินการหรือกลุ่มดำเนินการใด ๆ ที่เป็นอันตราย ก้าวร้าว ก้าวล่วง สื่อในทางลามกอนาจาร ข่มขู่ กลั่นแกล้ง แสดงอาการหยาบโลน หรือแสดงพฤติการณ์ในทางเพศใด ๆ (รวมทั้งการแสดงภาพโป๊เปลือยและการเปิดเผยในลักษณะที่ไม่เหมาะสม) การทำให้เสื่อมเสีย การุกล้ำความเป็นส่วนตัวหรือการสนับสนุนการกระทำใด ๆ ที่เป็นการละเมิดกฎหมายหรือไม่พึงประสงค์และ/หรือไม่เหมาะสมในสายตาของวิญญูชนทั่วไป<br>• ใช้ชื่อหน้าจอและ/หรือลักษณะประจำตัวที่มีลักษณะก้าวร้าว ก้าวล่วงหรือทำให้เสื่อมเสียไม่ว่าจะจัดทำผ่านบริการขจองเราหรือผ่านอุปกรณ์หรือแพลตฟอร์มจากภายนอก<br>• อัพโหลดไฟล์ข้อมูลที่มีไวรัส ม้าโทรจาน เวิร์ม สปายแวร์ ไทม์บอมบ์ ข้อมูลที่อันตรายหรือโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ใด ๆ ที่อาจำทำให้เกิดความเสียหายหรือเป็นการแทรกแซงหรือทำให้เกิดความไม่ต่อเนื่องในการให้บริการ<br>• ละเมิดสิทธิ์ของบุคคลภายนอกรวมทั้ง (ในเบื้องต้น) ลิขสิทธิ์ เครื่องหมายการค้า สิทธิบัตร สิทธิ์ในผลงานออกแบบ สิทธิ์ทางศีลธรรม สิทธิ์ในความเป็นส่วนตัว สิทธิ์ในการเผยแพร่หรือกรรมสิทธิ์อื่นใด<br>• อัพโหลดข้อมูลโฆษณา ประชาสัมพันธ์หรือการชี้ชวนทางการค้าใด ๆ รวมทั้ง (ในเบื้องต้น) ข้อมูลขยะ อีเมลขยะ จดหมายลูกโซ่ แผนเครือข่ายปิรามิดหรือการดำเนินการใด ๆ ที่ใกล้เคียงกันนี้<br>• ใช้บริการของเราเพื่อพัฒนาบริการหรือเกมที่อาจเป็นการแข่งขันกับบริการของเราหรือช่วยให้บุคคลอื่นพัฒนาบริการหรือเกมที่เป็นการแข่งกับบริการของเรา<br>• พยายามหรือจงใจแอบอ้างบุคคลหรือแสดงตัว สังกัดหรือความเชื่อมโยงใด ๆ กับบุคคลอื่นอันเป็นเท็จ<br>• สืบค้น สแกนหรือทดสอบจุดเปราะบางของส่วนบริการของเรา หรือพยายามละเว้นหรือละเมิดมาตรการรักษาความปลอดภัยหรือการตรวจรับรองสำหรับส่วนบริการของเรา<br>• ใช้บริการรองรับในเกมหรือปุ่มรองรับการทำงานต่าง ๆ อย่างไม่เหมาะสมหรือแจ้งข้อมูลอันเป็นเท็จกับเรา<br>• ใช้โรบอท สไปเดอร์ แอพพลิเคชั่นค้นหาไซต์/เรียกค้นข้อมูลหรืออุปกรณ์แมนวลหรืออัตโนมัติหรือกระบวนการใด ๆ เพื่อเรียกค้น จัดทำดัชนี "เหมืองข้อมูล" หรือทำซ้ำหรือละเว้นเนื้อหา โครงสร้างการสือค้นเนื้อหาหรือการแสดงหรือแจ้งให้ทราบใด ๆ ในส่วนบริการของเรา <br>• ใช้ พัฒนา โฮสต์หรือแจกจ่ายสูตรโกง ซอฟต์แวร์อัตโนมัติ ("บอท") modded lobbies แฮ็คหรือซอฟต์แวร์ที่ไม่ได้รับอนุญาตจากภายนอกอื่นใดในส่วนที่เกี่ยวกับบริการ หรือการโกง ใช้บอท เพิ่มความสามารถพิเศษหรือ booting หรือดำเนินการใด ๆ เพื่อหลีกเลี่ยงมาตรการด้านเทคโนโลยีที่จัดไว้เพื่อควบคุมการใช้งานหรือองค์ประกอบใด ๆ ของบริการของเรา หรือ<br>• กระทำการใด ๆ ที่เราเห็นว่าเป็นการละเมิดหรืออาจเป็นการละเมิดเจตนาของเงื่อนไขเหล่านี้<br><br>9.3	ภายใต้ขอบเขตคสูงสุดที่ฟังก์ชั่นการทำงานของส่วนบริการรองรับ คุณจะต้องไม่โพสต์หรือแจ้งข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล "จริง" ของบุคคลใดขณะใช้บริการเหล่านี้หรือเว็บไซต์ที่เกี่ยวข้อง รวมทั้งในห้องแชทหรือกระดานกระทู้ต่าง ๆ <br><br>9.4	เราขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการสืบค้น ตรวจติดตามและ/หรือบันทึกกิจกรรมออนไลน์จากส่วนบริการ และคุณใหสิทธิ์แก่เราโดยชัดแจ้งในการสืบค้นและบันทึกกิจกรรมดำเนินการของคุณภายใต้วัตถุประสงค์เหล่านี้<br><br>9.5	การละเมิดหลักเกณฑ์ใด ๆ ข้างต้นให้ถือเป็นการใช้ดุลพินิจโดยเราตามสมควรในทุกกรณี<br><br><div class="bb_h2">10 การยกเลิก</div><br>10.1	เราหวังว่าคุณจะพอใจกับบริการของเรา ทั้งนี้หากคุณเปลี่ยนใจ กรุณาปฏิบัติตามนโยบายการยกเลิกต่อไปนี้<br>• การจัดซื้อสิทธิ์ใช้งานทั้งหมดในการใช้เนื้อหา/ไอเท็มเสมือนจริงของเรา เกมและเนื้อหา/ไอเท็มดิจิตอลหรือบริการอื่น ๆ ที่เราจัดหา ("สิทธิ์ใช้งานที่จัดซื้อ") ถือเป็นเด็ดขาดและไม่สามารถขอคืนเงินได้ยกเว้นหากกฎหมายที่มีผลบังคับใช้ระบุไว้เป็นอย่างอื่น <br>• สำหรับผู้พำนักในสหภาพยุโรปและสหราชอาณาจักร หลังจากคลิกที่ปุ่มคำสั่งซื้อที่เกี่ยวข้องในอินเทอร์เฟซจัดซื้อ คุณยอมรับว่าสิทธิ์ใช้งานที่จัดซื้อจะออกและนำส่งให้แก่คุณในทันทีก่อนพ้นระยะเวลาเพิกถอนภายใต้เงื่อนไขทางกฎหมาย และคุณจะเสียสิทธิ์ในการเพิกถอนสิทธิ์ใช้งานที่จัดซื้อเมื่อมีการดาวน์โหลดสิทธิ์ใช้งานที่จัดซื้อ สตรีมและ/หรือเรียกใช้ตามลักษณะสิทธิ์ใช้งานที่จัดซื้อที่เกี่ยวข้อง <br><br><div class="bb_h2">11 การเปลี่ยนแปลงเงื่อนไขเหล่านี้</div><br>11.1	เราอาจมีการปรับเปลี่ยนเงื่อนไขเหล่านี้และ/หรือบริการที่จัดให้ได้ทุกเมื่อเพื่อ: (i) ให้สอดล้องกับการเปลี่ยนแปลงของกฎหมายและระเบียบข้อบังคับที่เกี่ยวข้องและ เพื่อให้สอดรับกับการเปลี่ยนแปลงของส่วนบริการของเรา เงื่อนไขที่มีการปรับปรุงจะมีการแจ้งไว้ให้ทราบทางเว็บไซต์ของเรา เราจะแจ้งให้คุณทราบเมื่อมีการปรับเปลี่ยนเงื่อนไขเหล่านี้ผ่านทางข้อมูลที่แจ้งไว้ในเกม อีเมลหรือผ่านช่องทางอื่น คุณจะต้องคอยตรวจสอบเงื่อนไขเหล่านี้เป็นระยะ ๆ ว่ามีการเปลี่ยนแปลงใดบ้างก่อนใช้บริการของเรา การใช้บริการของเราต่อไปจะถือว่าคุณยอมรับการเปลี่ยนแปลงเงื่อนไขเหล่านี้ที่มีขึ้นเป็นครั้งคราว <br><br><div class="bb_h2">12 ความรับผิดชอบของเราต่อคุณ</div><br>12.1	เราจะดำเนินการตามสมควรเพื่อดูแลส่วนบริการของเราและแก้ไขข้อบกพร่องต่าง ๆ ให้รวดเร็วที่สุด เราขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการแก้ไขและปรับปรุงส่วนบริการของเราเป็นระยะ ๆ รวมทั้งการระงับบริการของเราเพื่อซ่อมบำรุง ดูแลรักษา ปรับปรุงหรือจัดการด้านระบบรักษาความปลอดภัย หรือเพื่อสาเหตุอื่นตามควร ในกรณีนี้ เราจะพยายามอย่างเต็มที่เพื่อให้การให้บริการกลับมาตามเดิมโดยเร็วที่สุด <br><br>12.2	บริการของเราจัดให้ "คามสภาพ" และ "ตามที่สามารถจัดให้ได้"  ภายใต้ขอบเขตสูงสุดที่กฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องให้อนุญาต เราไม่ได้รับประกันทั้งโดยแจ้ง โดยนัยหรือภายใต้ข้อบังคับใด ๆ ว่าคุณจะสามารถสืบค้นหรือใช้บริการของเราได้ในเวลาหรือพื้นที่ที่คุณต้องการ หรือบริการของเราจะมีจัดให้อย่างต่อเนื่องหรือปราศจากข้อผิดพลาด บั๊ก ความเสียหาย การสูญเสีย การแทรกแซง การแฮ็คหรือปราศจากไวรัสคอมพิวเตอร์  นอกจากนี้เราจะไม่รับผิดชอบใด ๆ ต่อการสูญเสียหรือความเสียหายที่อาจเกิดขึ้น เช่น จากความไม่พร้อมใช้งาน ไม่พร้อมให้บริการหรือปัญหาด้านระบบรักษาความปลอดภัยของส่วนบริการของเรา หรือการรับรองคุณภาพ ความแม่นยำหรือน่าเชื่อถือของส่วนบริการของเรา  นอกจากนี้เราไม่ได้รับประกันใด ๆ ว่าส่วนบริการของเราจะสามารถใช้งานได้กับหรือสามารถใช้งานได้ผ่านอุปกรณ์ แพลตฟอร์ม ระบบปฏิบัติการหรือเครื่องมือใดเป็นการเฉพาะ หรือสามารถทำงานร่วมกับซอฟต์แวร์หรือบริการเชื่อมต่อใดเป็นการเฉพาะ  เราไม่มีส่วนรับผิดชอบใด ๆ ต่ออุปกรณ์ ซอฟต์แวร์หรือส่วนบริการดังกล่าว คุณรับทราบว่าเราไม่มีส่วนรับผิดชอบใด ๆ ต่อความเสียหายโดยตรง โดยอ้อม ความเสียหายจากอุบัติการณ์ ความเสียหายพิเศษ ความเสียหายอันเป็นแบบอย่างหรือความเสียหายอันเป็นผลต่อเนื่องหรือการสูญเสียใด ๆ รวมทั้งการสูญเสียผลกำไร ค่าความนิยมหรือข้อมูลในลักษณะใด ๆ ทั้งโดยตรงหรือโดยอ้อม <br><br>12.3	ภายใต้ขอบเขตสูงสุดที่กฎหมายให้อนุญาต ความรับผิดสูงสุดของเราไม่ว่าจะโดยสัญญา เหตุละเมิด ความรับผิดโดยเคร่งครัดหรือความรับผิดอื่นใด รวมทั้งกรณีความสูญเสีย ค่าใช้จ่าย ต้นทุนหรือความเสียหายที่เกิดขึ้นกับคุณที่เกี่ยวกับส่วนบริการของเราหรือเงื่อนไขเหล่านี้ให้จำกัด (โดยรวม) เป็นจำนวนเงินเทียบเท่ากับค่าบริการสำหรับบริการที่เกี่ยวข้องตามที่คุณจ่ายจริงให้แก่เราในช่วง 6 เดือนก่อนที่จะเกิดเหตุเรียกร้องขึ้น  <br><br>12.4	นอกเหนือจากที่ระบุข้างต้น เงื่อนไขเหล่านี้ไม่มีการตั้งข้อสงวนหรือจำกัดความรับผิดของเรากรณีการฉ้อฉลโดยการสำแดงข้อมูลอันเป็นเท็จ กรณีเสียชีวิตหรือการบาดเจ็บที่เกิดขึ้นจากการประมาทของเราหรือการประมาทของพนักงานหรือตัวแทนขของเรา หรือความรับผิดอื่นใดที่กฎหมายที่มีผลบังคับใช้ไม่อนุญาตให้กำหนดเงื่อนไขหรือตั้งข้อสงวนได้<br><br><div class="bb_h2">13 ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล</div><br>13.1	เรามีการประมวลผลข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับคุณภายใต้นโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวของเรา การใช้บริการของเราจะถือว่าคุณให้ความยินยอมในการดำเนินการดังกล่าว คุณให้สิทธิ์แก่เราแบบไม่จำกัดแต่เพียงผู้เดียว เป็นการถาวร ไม่สามารถเพิกถอนหรือเปลี่ยนมือและให้สิทธิ์ต่อได้ในทุกพื้นที่ทั่วโลกโดยไม่คิดค่าธรรมเนียมใด ๆ ในการใช้งาน แก้ไข ทำสำเนา จัดทำผลงานต่อเนื่อง ดำเนินการและจัดแสดงแก่บุคคลทั่วไป แก้ไข ส่งเสริม จัดแปลหรือใช้ประโยชน์ในเชิงพาณิชย์ เผยแพร่และแจกจ่ายความคิดเห็นของคุณเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ใดก็ได้ภายใต้กระบวนการและรูปแบบการใช้ประโยชน์จากเนื้อหาทั้งที่มีอยู่ในปัจจุบันและที่จะมีขึ้นในอนาคต นอกจากนี้คุณยังยินดีสละ "สิทธิ์ทางศีลธรรม" ที่เกี่ยวกับความคิดเห็นของคุณภายใต้ขอบเขตที่กฎหมายให้อนุญาต<br><br>14.2	คุณยอมรับว่าเราไม่จำเป็นต้องใช้ความคิดเห็นของคุณหรือให้เครดิตใด ๆ กับคุณสำหรับความคิดเห็ฯใด ๆ ที่เรานำไปใช้ <br><br><div class="bb_h2">15 หลักเกณฑ์ทั่วไป</div><br>15.1	เงื่อนไขเหล่านี้ระบุข้อตกลงโดยสมบูรณ์ระหว่างคุณและเราเกี่ยวกับบริการของเรา และมีผลแทนที่ข้อตกลงและการทำความเข้าใจใด ๆ ที่มีอยู่ก่อนหน้าทั้งหมดระหว่างคุณและเราในส่วนที่เกี่ยวกับบริการเหล่านี้<br><br>15.2	ห้ามคุณให้สิทธิ์หรือถ่ายโอนสิทธิ์ของคุณภายใต้เงื่อนไขเหล่านี้ให้แก่บุคคลอื่นไม่ว่าด้วยสาเหตุใด
