                Prohibited Activities

                You agree that you will not:

                - Engage in any illegal conduct or encourage any illegal activity.

                - Upload or distribute any material that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

                - Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

                Account Suspension or Termination

                Disclaimer of Warranties

Run Games LLC. makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the Game’s performance, availability, or reliability.<br><br>No Liability for User Content: Run Games LLC is not responsible for any User Content posted in the Game, and you may be exposed to content that is inaccurate, offensive, or otherwise objectionable.

                Limitation of Liability

                Run Games LLC, its affiliates, employees, agents, or licensors will not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Game or User Content.<br>This limitation of liability applies to the maximum extent permitted by law.

                Updates and Changes
